Bowl’s By Ko

Food is bland, the service is fast but very rude. I was helped by the lady with glasses and a pony tail. We barely interacted but she did a great job at making sure to make every bit of it unpleasant.

Stopped by Avanti to grab a quick lunch and decided on bowls by ko. You can order a bowl off their menu, or you can do a build your own, which I am always a fan of to create a bowl to my liking and keep it healthier if I want. Reasonably priced, lots of gluten free, nut free, and vegan options as well.

I could live on the Buffalo chicken bowl, it is that good! The chicken is so juicy and the ranch might be my favorite ever! The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Good vibes all around

Reviews were great but the food and service did not reflect that. People working were rude and the food was pretty bland. I ended up sick all night after eating here. Would not recommend and definitely will not be back.

I had the Korean beef bowl. Great flavors, lots of food. All the bowls are gluten free. Highly recommend

Bowls by Ko is inside Avanti, a collective eatery with a fun and casual vibe. Where we live, there are not many dedicated gluten-free restaurant options for eating out, so my family was so excited to learn of this place when visiting Denver. And for you non-celiacs, don't worry, the food isn't any different than you would expect. Just great food prepared with high-quality ingredients. And, the two ladies cooking and serving were really kind and full of smiles. I was not sure about the dairy-free ranch (I am a ranch snob and make my own full-dairy version homemade), so I asked for a sample; it was happily provided and tasted great! My 10-year old daughter with celiac disease loved the Korean Beef Bowl and asked for a Pork Carnitas bowl to take on the plane home later today. I ordered a Korean Buffalo Chicken bowl (also for the plane) and it smells wonderful. So grateful for this safe-eating option! We will be back the next time we visit Denver!
