this is the brick of bread I ended up getting instead of a "cheese pizza"

Great experience, it was fast and clean and the food tasted great. Will definitely be coming back. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast for 9$ can't beat it

This is a great little deli/convenience market.Their lunch prices are reasonable and the sandwiches/burgers offered are cooked to order - but made quickly.They accept level up for payment.Since I'm temping in the fundraising department of a neighboring nonprofit - I've stopped at Bostonian Market & Cafe for lunch at least twice a week.

My fiancé, a foodie, and I stopped in here for a lunch after visiting SoWa, because the options at SoWa were way overpriced. Honestly, I don't understand why there wasn't a line out the door. It doesn't look fancy from the outside (see photo), but the food inside is excellent, and serving sizes are very reasonable. My "bargain radar" brought us here. Our sandwiches were with fresh and flavorful ingredients, and the owner and his son were quick, friendly and conscientious. I will be back as their prices can't be beat (7.99 cheeseburger with fries, same for his--to quote him, "phenomenal" Reuben). I didn't see anyone loitering by the door before, during or after our meal. This was on a Sunday around 1pm.

Bostonian is a gem. It looks like a typical convenient store with some Boar's Head deli sandwiches, nothing striking, but the food and service are exceptional. The owner and staff are always incredibly friendly and their Chicken Supreme sandwich has captured the hearts of everyone I've introduced.If you need a quick bite or something to take back to your desk, then Bostonian is the place to go. Make sure you try the Chicken Supreme!

I did not have high expectation. I was exhausted and tired and wanted something convenient, a place to sit down, and an adult beverage. Snagged a table on the partitioned outdoor patio. Used a code on the table to bring up the menu on my smartphone- the menu was easy to navigate, too. Server came around took drink orders and immediately brought ice water. Many of the items on the menu looked promising but when I heard of the special (pan seared Salmon with artichoke and gnocchi) I order it. My dish was an absolute hit! It was as beautifully presented and created as any would find in an upscale restaurant. Other members in my party were pleased with their choices as well. The cocktails were fantastic and we ordered another round and ended the meal with the donuts- just awesome ! It's evident that the management knows their stuff, as does the kitchen and the front of the house. Finally, our server was smart, quick, and responsive - a real pro! Do not hesitate dining here!

I love everything about this place! The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and it's right across the street from my office. Every order has been made quickly and the owners are just so humble and kind. The complaints from others is all part of the charm of this place. I know there are a few reviews here speaking of the loitering outside. I agree it is a bit excessive, but it's likely that they are all patrons of this market at one point or another. Just smile and say hello!

Me and my girlfriend were looking for places to try something new. Ive read the review prior to ordering from this "Bostonian Market and Cafe" place, and I can definitely say the experience was disappointing. The Cheese pizza was hard and burned at the bottom, made very sloppy and I didn't know what I was looking at really. , I was able to knock on it and received a response. The "Pepperoni" Pizza was probably the most unappealing slice of pizza Ive ever gotten in my entire lifetime. All in All, theres pictures below for the naysayers and on top of that one of the workers had the nerve to deflect my complaint about the said food.
