Heard good things about this truck but was definitely overhyped. Wait time and quality we're disappointed. Nothing more than a few pieces of meat on rice with wilted greens. Hard pass for me!

There was a Truck or Treats event on our work campus yesterday. About 12 trucks came and Bo's was one of them. The tofu dish was great and the sauce was spectacular! It had a really nice flavor that complimented the dish. Would definitely recommend!

Tried their food truck yesterday and food was great!!! I had to order another plate since my kids loved it so much. The bulgogi is always my favorite!Wait time is a bit of an issue but I guess expected when it's a food truck and has to be cooked fresh. Customer service was great! Food portion was good too.

Went to my first Durham Food Truck Rodeo today and this truck was at the top of my list to visit. I've heard great things about Namu, the restaurant that the truck owner also has in Durham. I asked for a good recommendation and he said the bulgogi was the most popular item. I've had that before, so I opted for the mandu, a Korean dumpling, over rice. I paid around $10 for four mandu sitting on a bed of lettuce with rice and a side of jalapeños, pickles, and a spicy sweet sauce I poured over the dumplings. The dumplings themselves were delicious! They were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I got the spicy pork filling and it was more sweet than it was spicy. I enjoyed the meal and it came out pretty quickly and was filling.

Bo's Kitchen is definitely one of my favorite food trucks around the area. I sometimes find myself craving their food so I have to track them down! Plus, Bo is a friendly guy!I usually order the Beef or Spicy Pork Mandu which are amazing Korean dumplings but today I decided to branch out and ordered the Spicy Pork with Rice. A generous portion of spicy pork over rice with a scrambled egg for only $10, it was so tasty! Next time I will be trying the Bulgogi. What a delicious Korean food truck, a must try!

There were some things I really liked about Bo's Kitchen. First of all the service was quick and efficient. I ordered over my app and it worked out well. I ordered bulgogi, Mandu, and Kim chi. The bulgogi meat was pretty good but I did not care for the rice. It tasted off and not sure what the problem was. Also, I found it odd that they added mixed greens to this dish because they wilted. Think cabbage or a tougher green would complement the bulgogi. Also, I would have preferred a different style of egg other than scrambled on this dish. For instance, a runny sunny side up fried egg.I loved the Mandu. It was stuffed with bulgogi. The Mandu is definitely 4 or 5 stars. On the other hand, I did not like their Kim Chi. It was not spicy or flavorful enough. It seemed like an after thought.Overall, if I try this again I would try a couple versions of the Mandu.

Excellent & authentic Korean food from this local food truck, which collaborates with another Korean food truck at a brick & mortar spot in Durham.Ordering in advance online is the way to go, food ready right on time and piping hot. The menu is straightforward with around 9 choices.I tried the All About Bo. This is a sampler of sorts. I opted for beef mandu and beef bulgogi. Mandu are fried dumplings. In retrospect I should have ordered mine with the spicy pork. The beef were delicious, but sort of bland. Luckily there's a dipping sauce to punch them up. The bulgogi is outstanding. Thin cut ribeye is marinated in savory sauce and then grilled. It's super tender and sweet. At Bo's the bulgogi is served over a bed of rice & mixed greens. Sort of a take on bibimbap; a very tasty combo. Others tried the spicy pork & spicy chicken bulgogi options, agreement around the table is that the beef bulgogi is the winner...but it's a close race. Be on the lookout for this truck... Good food!

Sorely disappointed. I sought them out at the Duke Farmer's Market today. I ordered the spicy pork mandu. I love good dumplings, but these were way overfried, hard and dark brown.

This place is a rip off. The prices are too high for what you get. The rice plate has no rice and is only salad. Order it and tell me I'm lying.

The food truck was good, however, I felt pretty sketched out by the prices. At a recent food truck event I stopped here (prior to waiting in the long line) to view the menu and the prices on everything. What I wanted was listed as 10 dollars on the outside of the food truck.... I wait in line for 30 minutes, get up to the window and order my food and the cashier says that'll be 15 bucks. I told her that the menu said 10 dollars and all she said was the menu was "old." I don't think it's too much to ask to have your prices updated as it's very misleading and also seems fairly questionable to display prices that are lower and charge people higher.
