I was a bit hesitant because we eat ALOT of Ramen. Shopping plaza... so there is a parking deck and also paid street parking. Decor has a fast food vibe... high top tables and low tables. Cute. We ordered spicy fried chicken ramen and tempura shrimp ramen. To put it mildly I was shocked... the ramen and broth was RIDICULOUSLY flavorful. Portion size was good. Service was friendly. The lady who took our order was helpful and patient. Coming here was an EXCELLENT choice. I highly recommend.

Visiting Atlanta, was in the Emory Point neighborhood today (Sunday).I was hungry at 1pm, and hadn't eaten (a good) breakfast. I intended to eat out at the Chick'nCone restaurant, which is literally right across from the BoruBoru shop. Unfortunately, Chick'nCone -- which I wanted to go to -- has weird store hours, and weirder still on Sundays (they open at 2pm, probably due to church or something). So, I decided to stop by at the BoruBoru Ramen/Sushi shop, since it was open and the other shop was not.I mentioned that it was my first time at the place, and the server lady recommended I try the Muscle Man, which comes with a whole slew of various protein. I sorely needed protein, and I like that a lot of their menu options have some form or another of good solid protein.I went with the Muscle Man (as a burrito) as that seemed to check all the boxes, and seemed to have the most variety of protein. I got it with sushi rice, so the burrito was actually wrapped in a black, thin layer of sushi instead of the traditional bread, which was pretty neat. The only minus was the price, it was 2-3$ more expensive than normal, at around 15$ or so.Ate at a table inside. There was no one else at the shop at the time I came by, so I had free reign on selection of seating. I chose a four-seater table closer to the window. The burrito I ordered was brought to me. It came with raw fish -- salmon & tuna -- as well as scallion and cooked chicken for variety of protein. It also came with avocado, jalapeños, and cucumber, which I thought was a nice bonus, and made for an interesting combo and mix of flavors. The cucumber made it less dry and not as spicy, and I liked the addition.Overall, the food was nice, and the meat/protein tasted good especially with the rice and the sushi layer. It was nothing exceptional, but it was filling for a brunch, and provided a solid variety of protein. Overall, food was good and sufficiently tasty, and would recommend others to check this place out.

This place is sooooo good. Clean and modern, great service, and great food!Boriboru is facing the street side. You can park on the street or park on avenue place using park mobile. I was greeted by the cashier, who was very sweet. I ordered the caveman burrito--a mix of chicken, raw tuna, edamame, mix greens, sushi rice (you have other rice options), and some other goodness wrapped in seaweed. You can also get it in a bowl. It was AMAZING. I've never had poke before, so this was a great introduction. Ask, they have the best siracha I've ever had.I also ordered the signature boba--brown sugar, whole milk, egg flan, etc. Very sweet and good, but this was my first intro to boba, and I just can't do the texture lol. However. I think that most people who truly like boba will enjoy this. When I left, the cashier and the other staff thanked me and said bye. Again, this place is great and I'll be back!

I am impressed with this fast casual spot! Boruboru Sushi is more like a poke place even though "sushi" is in the title, it kinda throws you off a little.Takoyaki: The hubs seemed to really liked this, and for good reason as it was delightful. The textures and flavors were superb. You can get either a quantity of 2, 4, 6, and possibly even 8 (?). The extra sauce and ingredient tidbits were great. It came out all warm and soft.Boruboru style: The bowl was really delicious!! There was a lot of great textures and flavors that hit me right away. Even the cucumber's shape was unique; I think it made it taste better. :) The tuna chunks were visually striking as it was in big cubes versus little pieces. The portions did appear to have more compared to other places.Fried salmon skin: The crunchy salmon skin was amazing! The sushi burrito was quite messy to eat. The guy did warn us that we should unravel as we go. I really liked how the wrapping was made out of seaweed, but it was rather thin and tears easily. The spinach was a little strange, but it worked well balancing out the salmon. The jalapenos gave this a slight kick in spice. If you're wondering, parking in the garage will be validated so no worries there.

Run like a thief in the night and eat here! I was staying in town for business and after reading other reviews decided to try this spot. WOW! The food is incredibly fresh and the flavors and combinations are nothing less than perfection! It's a Michelin Star worthy meal in a comfortable and casual environment. Since it was my first time, I asked them for their most popular dish and they guided me through my options. Everything we ate was delicious!! I went back the next day and ate there again before my flight home. 100/10

This is probably one of the best Poke bowl places near me. I like it more than Bullgogi I think. We tried the takoyaki, Boruboru style bowl and fried salmon skin burrito. I really enjoyed the takoyaki. There's a lot of other stuff sprinkled on it that makes the presentation great. I think all takoyaki it self kind of tastes the same. Fried squid balls taste like fried squid balls but this place really knocks it out with the presentation. I've think this is the best takoyaki balls I've had in Atlanta mainly because of all that stuff they sprinkle on top.I had the Boruboru style and it was great. The portion seemed larger than what I remember from Bullgogi and the tuna was bright and fresh. My wife was fascinated with the cucumber shape and said it tastes better because it was cute. Ordering one of their signature bowls is a better deal than creating your own. My wife fried salmon skin was crunchy and and a little messy to eat. I think the sushi burrito is kind of a fad and not really worth it. I feel like you get more value and taste with the bowls. There was validated parking.Would I come here again?Yes. I think this is one of the best restaurants at Emory Point.

I love poke bowls and when I'm in the Emoy Point area, I can't resist getting me some food at Boruboru! Food is fresh and full of flavor. My fav is the spicy tuna poke salad bowl. It has cucumbers, avocado, edamame and scallions among many ingredients. I love the dressing and the jalapeños too. I can eat this every day! Delicious!!

I stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. It was pretty empty so I walked right up to order. I ordered a custom poke bowl. The cashier said she would bring my order to my table. Their fountain pop machine was out of service so I had to get a bottled drink. Less than 5 min after I sat down, my food was coming out. It was pretty good, but they were light on the sauce.
