Had the Bang Bang Plate and added on two lobster tails! Everything was amazing. I was looking around for boiled seafood and I'm so glad I was able to find this food truck!!!

I also purchased the shrimp boil pack from GFE boil bar at Houston's Grub Park. The shrimp were large, but sadly they were chewy... seemed to not be completely done; so I had to throw in oven which did the trick-- more tender. Other than the shrimp initially not being tender, the dish had a good flavor.

I ordered the salmon nachos which were quite good. Well seasoned and fresh. I deducted a point because my food was cold. I was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. My beeper never beeped. After 20 minutes, I went to check on it and was told they been beeping me. The beeper didn't work. It was a very slow day and I was sitting in the picnic area. I spent $25 for lunch. They should have looked for me.

I got the fried fish and fries plate. I wasn't impressed. The fish was EXTREMELY overcooked and I had to dose it all with seasoning as it was also very bland too. The fries were good though...

I don't have a pic to post but my order was #46 yesterday afternoon(10/30). It was very busy and that could be the reason the food came out so slow. However, I saw several orders like mine come out before mine. So I decreased by one star for service being slow. I came back 20 mins after ordering and waited another 20. I ordered a shrimp pack. Very large sized shrimp. Great sausage. And decent flavor. When I am back, I will try this place again, but perhaps order something different as the rice was a tad over cooked and mushy. The food not hot inspite of me waiting so long(decreased a star here).Great presentation with the plastic container it came in. This could be a five star food truck with honoring the times and watching the rice when it gets too busy.
