I ordered from this place through door dash. So I don't how the setting/vibes are at this place. But, I do know about the service, which was a comfortable experience! I like that even though I ordered on door dash and not at the restaurant, the restaurant still called to confirm if the toppings were ok, and helped with the dipping sauce since I wasn't able to order my through the door dash app for their restaurant. I give it a 4 star because I like my wings a little more crispy than how they were, and the philly was just ok. But none of the food was nasty at all! I will eat here again in the future probably, but its not a place that I will crave or always think about eating.

10/10 would NEVER come again. I placed an online order at 1:05pm, was told my order would be ready by 1:15 and matter of fact, the link I was texted said it was ready before then so I show up at 1:20. About 1:40 I get up to ask if they know the status of my order in which this lady comes out and apologizes for the wait and asks if I can give her 20 minutes, she'll even throw in something extra. I said thank you, and confirmed...20min? She said "20min". Ok cool. I leave to go across the street for 15 min and come back and wait... the clock now says 2:15pm and the front desk worker asks me what I'm waiting for. Then proceeds to tell me the lady who I spoke with earlier LEFT and there were currently no chefs cooking anything. They told me they'd have to cancel my order and I would be refunded in 3 business days... I told them that was unacceptable. I spent well over an hour just to finally be told my order wouldn't be made by the people who don't even work for this business. They told me the owner would reach out to me by 4:00p... ask me if I got a call yet. I then tried calling the number on the website and was declined TWICE. Very shady business. Horrible communication and bottom of the barrel customer service.
