Blue Sparrow Coffee

Came here with a friend on a Sunday for a quick bite on our walk. They had plenty of drink options as well as a nice pastry selection. Unfortunately, the pasty was a bit dry, but I think that is because it is just sitting there open to all air. It would have been nice if they asked if we wanted it warmed up but it still tasted okay. They had indoor and outdoor seating which was very convenient. It was cute inside and they had two people at the counter taking order. I would be happy to come back here and try a few different things.

Needed a central spot to meet up with some friends and we found ourselves at Blue Sparrow Coffee which was the perfect spot to hang out with friends! The café has the cutest courtyard, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy some great coffee. I tried the ham and Swiss croissant, and it was hands down the best I've ever had--flaky, buttery, and so delicious!The coffee was excellent too, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their delicious food and chill in that adorable courtyard! Highly recommend!

excellent coffee shop in the tip-top tier of colorado. all drinks are incredible.their golden match is to die for. a healthy mixture of turmeric and matcha for a phytonutrient extravaganza. their caramel oat lattes are fire .nummy pasties, both savory and sweet. compelling indoor and outdoor spaces, nice music, great restaurants nearby. they have a second location near rei, which is also quite excellent (my partner's favorite coffee shop in denver).

Really great experience here! The baristas were so pleasant and friendly. My drink was wonderful and very warm which I enjoyed. Soo many seating options and really comfy atmosphere. Outside seating as well. Bathrooms were clean and overall excellent experience. My only concern would be parking (street parking with meters)- walk if you can!

Got a mocha to go and sat outside the cafe, it was quick service and good coffee! Next time I'll have to try one of their pastries. It's a small little place inside but again the outside seating was nice.

Amazing service, ambiance, pastries and coffee! We got the almond croissant, vanilla latte and the drip coffee. We can't wait to come back and try more. The outdoor area is also beautiful and a great place to catch up with friends.

Cute cafe with some indoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large upstairs patio. Would be a great place to study or work. We got an iced oat milk latte, iced matcha latte, and Japanese iced coffee. Unfortunately I didn't get photos of the drinks because we all started drinking them right away, but each drink was really good and worth getting!

The good:This is a cute little coffee shop in a trendy little area in Denver. Denver has plenty of great artisanal coffee spots and Blue Sparrow shouldn't be spared. Their lattes are perfectly made and their latte art is on point. The interior has around 5-6 tables for two people. There are some high chairs for people watching. There's outdoor seating as well and some shopping spots outside so it's nice to grab coffee and walk around here. They sell classic pastries as well like croissants and cookies. The service was prompt. The prices are fair and the menu is simple and straight forward. The bad:It's a really small shop so it's more for grabbing a drink then going or sitting a little bit rather than studying all day. The interesting:They have a 2nd location in Denver as well. They sell merchandise like sweaters and candles.

Cute! Cute! Cute! The coffee was good. The outdoor area was nice. The croissant was fresh. Loved seeing all the cute dogs around

The ambiance is a whole vibe! It's elegant with fun magazines and decor to keep you entertained! It was a great working space, although I went for fun, many people had their laptops out working. The lemon poppy loaf bread was yummy, and I enjoyed my espresso shot with Carmel. He made it perfectly and filled it up to the top!
