This place is a must if you're out and about in the Highlands! We got the Bacon sandwich with gluten free bread which was the perfect lunch when on a shopping spree. The gluten free bread had great flavor and texture. The bacon and peach jam pairing was chef's kiss. No shock that the bacon was crispy and cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the staff was kind and helpful. After getting a flaky sea salt chocolate chip cookie (HIGHLY recommend), we couldn't stop talking about how amazing and dreamy it tasted (thick, flavorful, chocolate chunks, etc). One of the staff overheard us and treated us to another cookie - on the house!Can't wait to come back and try their brunch!

No joke...their cubano sandwich is the best. They have a tomato and buratta summer special sandwich, which is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. I know they do dinner nights with the butcher that is supposed to be very special. I am eager to grab a spot and join soon.

Came here for the breakfast burrito and left super happy. The butcher breakfast burrito was made with brisket today, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it.

We ordered sandwiches from here yesterday, while we were sitting at the bar, enjoying a flight of beets at Empourium. Their online ordering is super easy, and both sandwiches were ready when we arrived. I had the Little Piggy, sans the peppers - it's Capicola, soppressata, ham, herb aioli, romaine, red wine vinagrette, on ciabatta. It was absolutely delicious - by far one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. My husband had the Turkey club - with smoked turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, romaine, herb aioli, on a ciabatta - which he said was also really good. Excited to come back and try more of the menu!

We got a butcher's choice burrito. The meat was smoked pork and roast beef. The burrito was a good size and was tasty, but a few bites had un-chewable cartilage-like pieces. The tots inside were awesome and I wish there had been more inside! I'd probably go with the OG next time.

Very similar to Il Porcilino which it replaced.More fresh meats.Cured meats and cheeses.Sandwiches, of course.

I have frequent this neighborhood staple a handful of times for their breakfast burrito. Today, I stopped by and found a bad attitude. If the food was as good as the attitude, there wouldn't be any problem. No one likes a smartAss when they're about to Overpay for food, especially when your customer drove twenty minutes to spend money. It's a very safe bet that I won't be coming here anymore. Also, it gives me great satisfaction writing this upfront and truthful review.

One of the best breakfast burritos in Denver/Boulder, they rotate the meat options daily, the braised beef and carnitas burritos are AMAZING. They are pre-made so it's super quick and you don't have to wait long at all. The house made hot sauce is fire

Great service, great food, great people. The banh mi sandwich is my favorite! They have so many fun market ingredients and snacks to try. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Very high prices. If you leave even a dollar tip, you're looking at $20 for a sandwich. Not a giant, two-meal, stack-o-meat deli sandwich. Just a regular sized sandwich. The sandwiches ARE good, but absolutely NOT life-changing. God forbid you order online (+fees) or add a side. I was entering an order for two and we were passing $50. That's a very, very tough sell when there are so many other options right on the same street.The breakfast burrito is a better deal, and probably the only thing I'll consider in the future.
