Can't say enough good things about this bakery. The staff is extremely inviting and nice . You can tell they all love baking , and even though they have been there for hours they are always enthusiastic. The baked goods, there way too many items to mention. You should try as much as you can. The ambiance is that of mix use space so nothing impressive as you order and take your own seats in the shared space of the marketplace . But really this is the best bakery in denver hands down. Flavors bombs galore !

Yeah. I can get the hype, haha. This place definitely has some unique pastries. If you like buttery flakey pastries, this is the place for you. The prices are more expensive, but it makes sense considering the size of the pastries and the fact that most, if not all of them are filled with something. I got the pistachio croissant, honey rose cruffin, and the hot honey sausage roll. All of them were super yummy, but know that too much at once is truly too much haha. Thankfully nothing is too sweet! This place doesn't really have an ambiance to it. It's more of a walk up, order, and take it somewhere else either around the food hall or somewhere outside of there. Service was kind, but my ticket got lost somewhere so the people behind me all got their orders before me. Thankfully, they were quick to ensure I got my order when I let them know. Only thing I have a complaint about is the coffee. I got the cold brew and honestly, I think it was the worst cold brew that I've ever had. It was super bitter and it overpowered the actual coffee. Even adding cream and sugar didn't do much for it. So come here for the pastries, not the drinks. Would come here again though!

Really enjoyed this place and enjoyed the tip we received from people sitting outside to order online. Our order was ready in like 10 minutes vs waiting inside would have probably taken 30-45 given the line. So that's your hot tip.We tried two croissants; both were filled and HUGE. The croissants were buttery and flaky, the filling was good (we tried Strawberry Milk and Strawberry Lemonade - they were quite similar but I liked the Strawberry Lemonade mode). Very creative to do so much filling; I don't know if I LOVED it but it was definitely different and I'd bring friends here to try them.We ate outside at the tables instead of inside but it was our first time in Edgewater public so we want to come back because it looks really cute inside.

Love at first bite...I decided to try a chocolate croissant even though they are usually a bit disappointing. This one was outstanding, despite being slightly overcooked and therefore crispier than it should have been. Even so it was delicious and I'm definitely going to go back, and hopefully they'll have taken the tray of my next selection out of the oven a few minutes earlier next time!

Great croissants. Crispy but not over baked. The sweet ones aren't overly sweet. Great coffee to go with them. Recommend the ube.

Wow, all of the croissants and pastries here!! First off, so smart to display everything on the table out front. Inside the public market and a pickup window outside if you pre-ordered.ALL OF THE CROISSANTS WERE PHENOMENAL!!! Look at the center of that blueberry cross cut. They don't skimp on the fillings here and the croissants are flaky but soft inside and so damn good. This spot will be my Denver to go now.

I come by this bakery every time I'm in the area! Definitely worth the hype. Staff is always so pleasant and friendly, also happy to answer questions. Their coffee is great too! It's in a market with other food vendors. Very trendy and hip vibe. Clean and actually really quiet if you come early before 10:30 since they'll be one of the only places open in here

I was happy to see the line was only about 20 people deep when we arrived. A lot of times it's completely out the door. They were very quick to move people through the line also.I was hoping these had a little more flavor than they did. They were kind of bland and dry tasting. The inside of the cinnamon roll was delightful the outside not so much. The boxes seem to have more filling than they did pastry. They get a five star on presentation. They've got that mastered. I would like to see a little more buttery soft flavor in the pastry. The location has several vendors and restaurants inside. This is a very nice place to stop. Grab a bite to eat eat relax and catch up with friends.

BEST BEST BEST CROISSANT IN ALL THE LAND! Whether you're a sweet or savory croissant connoisseur, you'll find the right bite here. The pastries are made with such care and beauty that you almost feel bad diving into them. That thought leaves you quick, though. The moment your teeth sink into the crunchy layers: you're eyes will light up, dopamine will rush to your brain and you will want more and more! Luckily, I knew this would occur... so I ordered three croissants! Cinnamon Roll Croissant, Reuben Croissant and Almond Croissant. They were all more than impressive and won medals in our hearts: GOLD to the Reuben, SILVER to the Cinnamon Roll, BRONZE to the Almond. Truthfully, someone else could have placed these differently. They were all flawless and uber delicious!!Other great parts: The service is super friendly! There's plenty of spots to eat! The parking is easy! The line goes quick!

As my friend said, you cannot get this outside of France. Amazing, flakey delicious pastries. Be there early for best selection. Pizza pesto was not as exciting as I thought, nor the coffee croissant but still very flaky. The focaccia was springy and full of air pockets; I love to have a flavored one. Strawberry cream and almond were excellent. Bon bons were best at room temp. The mall is empty early in the day since most places don't open until 10 or later, which was the only drawback to being early. Not really much seating. I flew in from Las Vegas and flew out with focaccia and pastries and Bon bons and cookies. They all travelled well but the pastries and the focaccia expressed out a lot of oils/butter.
