Very disappointed with the service today. We've been here an few times in the past because we like the food even though this particular location doesn't serve alcohol.Last time I was here the waitress got my order wrong and she seemed upset with me. Once I got it the food was good.Today, we came in around 7:30 pm. There was one family that was finishing up their meal. The waitress from our last visit was talking with them. The other table has putting in their order. We sat for ten minutes when another family came in. No one had come by but as soon as that family sat down, a waitress went to their table. I got up to tell the waitress that no one had even come by or given us a menu. She said "oh really" as she looked over at the other waitress behind the counter who smirked. That didn't sit well with us so we left. I think that's the last time we'll come to this restaurant. The location at Redemption Square has better service.

I come here and consider my self a regular. I was served tea in a to-go cup. Which I didn't ask for. I asked for a re-fill and they wanted to charge me 3.00 more. Ugh no thank you.

This place was ok not the best pho place, they don't have siracha sauce bottles just little packets, they used to have them but not anymore, vermicelli was not the best either meat was cold. I got the pho with the vegetable basket and the bean spouts was dead looking,dry and looked old, cilantro didn't look fresh either. Service is good. Overall the food didn't bring out any excitement when you get it, just seemed lazy, dead, boring, bland. This place used to be good but it's been going downhill

The food was average. The Spring rolls were decent with an interesting tasting peanut sauce. The egg rolls didn't come with the lettuce and the pickled veggies plus I think they were prefried. The Rice Rice Baby dish was also just OK. The pork was overcooked and the rice wasn't properly cooked. The Pho my friend ordered looked like common ramen noodles. My other friend complained that the coconut curry dish was too sweet and not hot enough. The ambience and service were also just OK. Prices were high, too high for the quality. All in all we ate everything because we were hungry but I wouldn't recommend or come back to this Vietnamese place.

Horrible service by young woman and waited for an hour and didn't get our food or drinks and other customers served before us who got there after us.Rude and unprofessional by the employees and stated to not come back when we informed them that we needed to leave.

The food has always been so good, especially on a cold winter day. During the summer I'd usually get rice dishes. The egg rolls and spring rolls are delicious. I went outside of my usual and tried the Curry Tofu and was pleasantly surprised. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Nice happy hour! I decided to stop in as my friend mentioned this was a cute restaurant around the corner from generation park. I went and sat at the bar alone. The staff was very friendly very peaceful atmosphere. Let me say my drinks and wings were on point. The wings were just delish. The flavor was savory I licked my fingers. lol. What I didn't like was the Firecracker shrimp. It was battered in panko breads crumbs the sauce didn't taste like regular bang bang sauce so it wasn't something I'd order again. My friend ordered a Curry pasta that smelled good and my friend said it's her favorite dish on the menu. Overall I'd be back to try something different and would suggest to give them a try if you're in the area. The owners were so nice and staff was friendly and attentive. Parking is metered on the street in front of restaurant. Free parking is around the Corner off street for free. I opted for free not to far from restaurant. Great job Bibos! I will be back.
