Unfortunately, the overall quality of the establishment fell short of expectations, and I felt compelled to express my thoughts. The food at the restaurant, while being Filipino in nature, failed to impress. It lacked the vibrant flavors, freshness, and creativity that make Filipino cuisine truly remarkable. The dishes seemed ordinary and lacked the depth and authenticity that one would hope for in a Filipino restaurant. It was disappointing to find that the flavors were dull and didn't capture the essence of the vibrant Filipino culinary tradition.Furthermore, the atmosphere of the restaurant contributed to the underwhelming experience. The dull ambiance and lackluster decor didn't create a welcoming or engaging environment. It felt uninspired and did not reflect the warmth and vibrancy that is often associated with Filipino culture.

This was better than I expected. My buddy found this spot so we checked it out. Parking is easy. We visited for lunch on a weekday. The food is buffet style all you can eat. The food was very tasty and fresh. If you like this kind of food you will enjoy the restaurant. The price was good and cheap and the restaurant was easy to get in and out. Overall good experience and will go again.

Food was very good. I think timing is everything with this restaurant. It's a small Buffay. Very good authentic food. A little slow on refilling the empty dishes on the Buffay. But it was quiet and relaxed. And I would recommend it.

This is like my 3rd time having filipino food. A few years ago i went to the location on 1960 for buffet and the food was cold. I thought i might check out this place for the first time today. They had a few dishes most of them were pork and beef. I am not sure because i am not from the same culture, most of the dishes were made with vinegar because they are sour which is hard to enjoy. Some people complained about the food temperature but to me it was slightly warmer than the room temperature and it was okay for me. I really enjoyed their cold dessert at the buffet line that has shredded young coconut, jelly, raisins, grapes and maybe made with condensed milk. It is pinkish color. I loved it so much. Service:Plates look all old and some looked dirty. Chinese buffet places will come and take the plates away from you when you are done but they have customers' dirty dishes piling up on the tables. Not even once someone came and cleared them off our table. One couple brought their dog inside the restaurant. The dog was barking. I was like if it is not a service dog, they shouldn't be allowed to bring a pet inside where people eat. Nowhere on the dog's body that said service dog. My overall experience at this place during my first visit was somewhat disappointing. Weekend lunch $14.99. I won't be back.

Before making this review, I sent the company an email. I gave them a chance to respond directly but I have yet to hear back. Really sad that this review is even having to go up like this. I always try my best to support my kababayans (fellow Filipinos). I will go ahead and preface that I have never eaten at their restaurant. I only found them through Yelp and Google, we decided to order a couple of dishes from them for Christmas Eve. There is a designated parking lot outside of the restaurant. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door that they were doing pick up orders only. When we got inside, sure enough, they had all of their buffet area and tables organized with the pickup orders and who knows how many others were being prepared in the back. We ordered Kare Kare and fresh Lumpia. The Kare Kare is usually served with bagoong (it's like a shrimp paste) and the fresh lumpia is usually served with a peanut sauce. The order came with the bagoong but there was no peanut sauce. We ended up making our own. The photo that you're seeing is indeed a pushpin. This pushpin was found in the Kare Kare. Thank goodness we found it and it never made it into someone's mouth or stomach! This is definitely unacceptable. I don't think I need to say anything more.

I have been to this place twice. Both times the food was cold. The food is kept on warmers but the warmers must not be turned on. The food is good quality and prepare well. The crispy pata is better than expected. The chicken BBQ is flavored perfectly. The garlic rice is good too, but since it's all served cold you can't appreciate it But strangely ginataan is the only thing that is warm. It's very good but it's mostly tarot root with maybe one piece of jackfruit in the whole batch. It's just the luck of the draw if you find it. And there is no purple yam at all. The turon is the best I've ever had. It is perfectly crisp without being soggy. The fruit is firm with a nice mouth feel. The outside has a glaze of sugar that is crackly and crunchy. I've never had anything better.

One of my favorite places to get Filipino food at a reasonable price. The selection has been plentiful, fresh, and delicious when I have gone. The service is friendly and the owners are usually always there. Love this place very much as they always give back to and support the Fil-Am community.PRO PARENT TIP: This is a buffet, so even picky eaters can sample everything and likely find something to eat.

We wanted some comfort food but didn't have anything specific in mind. After some searching we've decided on Filipiniana Restaurant...can't go wrong with a buffet when we didn't have any cravings at the time just some good grub to fill our empty stomach. We got there 5 minutes after opening...the place was empty, we were the 2nd customer that day. The guy behind the counter told us to sit anywhere and help ourselves to the buffet. Not all the food is out yet, but it's fine because there was enough for round 1. Everything looks delicious so we grabbed a little bit of this and a little bit of that. As we sat in our little booth taking our first bite...both of our eyes lit up and smiled at each other. We devoured our plates in silence while anticipating for round 2 of this deliciousness. By the time we finished round 1, all the other food items are out and piping hot, and the place is packed. Round 2 was just as delicious and comforting as the first. We both commented that we didn't feel like we were eating at a restaurant....it feels more like eating at a friend's grandma's house. The desserts were ok, not great... maybe because we were so full from stuffing our faces with all the yumminess. We've eaten at a lot of buffets but this place is definitely our new favorite. The food was amazing and comforting. The staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Definitely a fave among local Filipinos. There's a great variety of choices. Authentic. Reasonably priced for a lunch buffet. Will definitely return again if able. Try to go early on the weekend as it fills up.

I use to like coming to this restaurant but as the years pass this restaurant is slowly going down in quantities and varieties of food. The food are now either brand or too salty. The buffet menu has very little choices. I visited this place twice in two months to see if it was just a fluke and it was not a fluke. The quality and variety is down
