BB's Tex-Orleans

Not busy on a week day for an early dinner. I wanted crawfish and snow crab only, but the waiter said the price for a lb of snow crab was more than there current price of their seafood experience, so I decided to go with that to cut cost, and add a lb of crawfish. He was nice enough to give us that info, because we could have paid way more. The crawfish was hot and fresh and seasoned with their special sauce. The crawfish were decent size. I like how they tasted. Their crawfish is consistently good every season as I have experienced. Now for the crab and shrimp seafood experience it was a fail. Now granted I did eat my crawfish first so they sat for a little while, but I only had a lb of crawfish so it didn't sit super long. The boil was dry and not hot. Compared to the crawfish the whole boil lacked seasoning and was overcooked. I know it was overcooked because when crab is cooked right they snap fairly easy and the meat stays in tact. The shell was flimsy and hard to get the meat out. The shrimp were dry. The veggies were mushy. The best thing were the sausages. Since my husband was treating me, I did eat all of the crab but I didn't even attempt to eat anything else.My husband did like his own food which was some type of enchiladas with a side of red beans and some fries. I will stick to the hot plates when it's not crawfish season, and when it is , I will get crawfish and an appetizer over any crab boil. I will return just didn't satisfy my craving on this visit.

Service we barely had our waiter never introduced himself to us Never asked if we needed refills or even apologized for the long wait time. He had no idea what we ordered so when our food was out he had no idea food was missing. We had to wait another 15 min just to ask for our bill n then another 5 min for a copy Food portions and price do not match Gumbo was good

Ordered food on door dash and it was not the quality we expected. My fiancé ordered a half and half with shrimp and fish. The fish filet was so small and thin that you barely noticed there was any fish on the PoBoy. It was more bread than filling. I ordered the Da Cray plate. It comes with fried Swai fish. I got the etouffe and collard greens. The swai was fried nicely but also a small piece of fish. The etouffe and greens had good flavor. Very disappointed with the Po Boy.

My hairdresser recommended BB's. My house margarita was quite possibly the worst I've ever had. I sent it back, and we weren't charged for it. We ordered oysters for an appetizer, but they didn't arrive until after our meal was served. However, they looked really good so we accepted them and they were delicious. The madhatter salad was very good, as was the Trio Loco. Our server was very good as well.

The food was great - the crawfish empenadas, boudin balls and crawfish ettoufee was amazing. The service was great. The restaurant was clean had great vibes of being in a Cajun restaurant. Would definitely recommend and will be back.Thank you to the party of 3 that paid most of the tab - may you always be blessed

We chose a booth and were immediately sat.Our waiter was very nice and helped explain some food options to us since we are new to the area.My wife ordered the shrimp and grits and I ordered the grilled fish tacos ( tacos Del Mar, I think was the name). I loved my tacos, the sauce on the tacos was the perfect flavor punch to wrap it all together and my dish came with rice and beans with chunks of meat in the beans. Yum!My wife loved the shrimp in her shrimp and grits plate but she mentioned the grits needed more butter to add more flavor since they were pretty bland. She does have high expectation though bc it's one of her fave dishes. That plate alone I would give 3/5 until they improve their grits a bit. The atmosphere is great and they have outdoor seating which I imagine is open when it's not as hot as the sierra desert outside since it's summer now lolOur server apologized for being so busy and not giving us enough attention. Our drinks were empty a bit longer than we liked but they seemed a little short staffed so we gave them some leniency.Overall I imagine we will be back and potentially try some more dishes! I would recommend this place but be prepared to wait longer for your food!

Happiness on a plate. I subtracted a star because for the second time, my sausage link was cool...not steaming hot as the shrimp and crab legs.

The servers were awesome, food was amazing fresh and I forgot to take a picture of the chips and dip but it came out fresh hot and delicious

I came in today during happy hour to pick up my online order. It took 30 mins for them to acknowledge me due to the male bartender eating a cupcake behind the bar with a customer and conversing. By the time I was able to go home and eat my food it was cold. I will never give this business my money moving forward. Mind you the bar was not full and full of flies in the restaurant. I am disappointed at the establishment.
