In love with this location. Everything from the staff, ambience, music, flowers, and of course the food... The only one thing I would comment on and it is not necessarily a bad thing, but the crème brûlée was too thick. It was more like a delicious flan.

Went back to Basil after a very long time. When I lived close by I used to dine there often.We had a pleasant experience overall but I was not impressed about the food this time and it might have been because we chose the wrong items. We ordered the fries and blue cheese thinking it must had been something out of the ordinary. Instead it was literally a bowl of not so special fries with some blue cheese sauce to dip them (10$). We also tried the kibbeh croquettes. We got 2 very dry small croquettes with some yogurt sauce ($14). Hoping in something that would turn the experience around we ordered the lamb shawarma platter to share which was good. Dessert (creme brûlé cheesecake) was delicious. Got a glass of Pessimist and I was pleased about its temperature, just perfect for a red full body wine.Will need to go back to be able to try more appetizers and change my mind about the quality. The manager lady is very kind and professional! She loves her job you can tell. Kudos!Service was on point and ambience too. We dined on the patio under a large umbrella and it was very pleasant.

Always a wonderful night at this local spot..Ask for specials..they usually don't miss, and the family owned and operated feel is a nice change from the Buckhead chains... Great dog friendly patio too!

all I can say is yum, yum, and yum! Such good salads. I recommend the mixed green salad and toasted spinach ravioli. the ravioli is in a puff pastry and it's so good and really cute interior also so beautiful. I LOVE IT!!!!

Delicious, staff are super nice, great atmosphere. I love an old house turn restaurant. I'm not giving g 5 stars because we had two items that didn't feel "complete". We thought the ceviche and artichoke could have used lemon. The Baked Brie was great but felt like something we could make at home. The mixed grill was amazing and made it worth the wait!

Today was a perfect day to sit on Basil's perfect patio under the umbrellas.We had attentive service and delicious food. The mushroom flatbread was very good as was my companion's calamari.We both had the Greek salad which was exceptional with brightly coloredpickled vegetables, tomato, olive, feta and lettuce.Their iced tea is quite good too!
