#18 for 2024This is a small restaurant bar with only a few tables. Not recommended for large parties. There were 2 people working when we came. Service is a bit slow with very few tables available. The bar was wide open if you wanted to sit there. Noise level was not high so it was easy to converse. We were taking a break so we didn't have much time. With only an hour it's very tight having to walk to get here. I can't say it was worth it. The food was good and satisfying but there wasn't any wow factors to get excited about. The $26.00 lasagna was hefty in it's aluminum tray. Not sure if I could eat it all. I could split that and be happy. The chicken alfredo was okay. I guess I'm use to a creamier, rich sauce. Taste was there but just not enough.

This is an absolutely amazing gem that my boyfriend and I found tonight! Be prepared to spend a pretty penny however, BUT the food is so worth it! Came here as a little fun date night & absolutely loved the joint & will be coming back! Our servers were outstanding as well, very friendly vibes & great music as well as having some very chill programs on the tv. They have dim lighting here as well & for the parking you have to pay for the metered parking outside (assuming you find a spot). This place also isn't too far from the metro if you ride that into the city! You can see the Capitol building as well from the restaurant which was really sweet. Overall a very clean restaurant & well kept, the food also came out in a very decent time (15-20 minute wait) and you can watch the chef make it from certain seats. It felt like a hidden gem & will be coming back!

Best lasagna I've had in Colorado. Solid music vibe. Limited menu but very engaging and accommodating staff.

Small cozy Italian restaurant with just a few tables. On a cool fall Wednesday, my group of 8 filled up the restaurant. The one server and the one chef were working pretty hard and they seemed to really want to make sure we were enjoying it. The portions were somewhat small for an Italian restaurant. The shrimp Diablo scampi was good flavor, but not much spice. The chicken Parmesan had great flavor. Everyone in the group was happy with their order. Full bar. Go when you have time to experience it!

We got a deal through Groupon, which comped the appetizer, a charcuterie board, and two mixed drinks. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was excellent. Because mixed drinks are $15 each, we calculated that you don't really save a lot with the deal. The drinks weren't worth it and it's mostly ice of course. Food was awesome though so we would go back for that as a snack.

Took my wife and myself to celebrate our anniversary. We had a very nice time and the food was great. Most likely we'll be coming here again. Atmosphere was good and the service was great! We had a great waiter. Parking was kind of a pain though.

The ambiance of this hidden gem is just enough. The restaurant is very intimate and hosts many underground and main stream hip hop artists. The owner of Bar Red is a gifted lyrical poet as well. He gots BARS!! I enjoyed the Seared Salmon With Risotto. The dish was absolutely delicious . Try it you won't regret it!!

The service was SPECTACULAR but the food was lacking. We got the lasagna and chicken parm-both portions were nothing to write home about. The parm came out soggy-not even sure how that's possible in a restaurant and I've had better lasagna from the freezer section. Drinks were ok but were $20 a piece. I would not come back

Best Italian in Denver. Great cocktail selection and wine list. Customer service from Zach was off the charts.
