Stopped in for happy hour. Ample bar. I haven't been in a while but this time the drinks were on point that we ordered seconds. Cucumber martini and a marshmallow espresso. Oddly enough, the ambiance was chill probably because it was before 9:00 pm. Service was friendly but after 9:00 the DJ came on and the shots started being served. That was our cue to leave as we were looking to have conversation.

A nice quiet place to grab a quick bite during the weekStopped in with the hubs because we were both craving the delicious spinach and artichoke dip. This dip is always a hit! We typically go for burgers for our entrees but this time I decided to get the charred lemon salad with added shrimp. This salad consists of romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, pretzel crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Protein can be added at an additional charge. Options include: Chicken, fried or seared. Shrimp, salmon or a vegetarian impossible option. This salad gets and 8/10 for me. It was good but something seemed to be missing. My husband had the Cali chicken club sandwich with a side of Caesar salad. The Chicken Club is made up of seared Chicken breast, Applewood smoked bacon, arugula, tomato, pickled red onions, giardiniera aioli, with guacamole on toasted sourdough. Side choices are fries or tots. Any other substitutions are extra. Whew! That's a sandwich! Lol hubby gives it a 10/10 The service was amazing! Josh was our server. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and just and overall pleasure to be around. We will definitely look for him when we go back. Great service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Josh! P.S. This location has a room that can be reserved/ rented for events. Would be great for a work event.

Normally, I wouldn't come to Bar Louie, but we were here on a Thursday night for a Yelp Event and decided to give Bar Louie a try. After my experience at Bar Louie, I can understand why they decided to have a Yelp event here - to drive up the foot traffic because not many people want to come to this place.Disregarding the Yelp event snack items, we sat down at a small table outside of the patio. Surprise, surprise, it was tough getting a waitress out to our table. However after looking around, we did see other waiters/waitress servicing other tables. Us? No one. Clearly, as evident from other reviews, their service is their weakest point. I finally was able to chase down (literally) a waitress and ordered boneless wings with Old Bay Seasoning and a Quinoa Salad. I was expecting a long wait time on the food to come out but fortunately, the food came out after a short wait. However, we had no silverware, plates or even waters (This is a pet peeve of mine when entrees come out before the basics). The server made another trip to get us silverware and said our waters are shortly on its way. We enjoyed our food, which was actually quite delicious. Old Bay Seasoning works really well with fried foods apparently. The Quinoa Salad also came out well with flavor and quite a generous amountWe finished our food and noticed two things were missing. Our waters and our waitress. Another 10 minutes of sitting around and no sight of our waitress. I finally get a scent of her and again, had to chase her down. Needless to say, just reading other people's reviews, Bar Louie has much to improve on. Food is good, but service is lacking. Be prepared for a near extinct wait staff and be extra patient. If you so happened to be there during the Yelp event and also found service to be subpar, I found where the wait staff was. They were dancing on the dancefloor.

I've spent all weekend taking care of two very ill people who have food poisoning after eating a burger and chicken from here. Make sure you get your burger well done and that the lighting is good enough to check if your chicken is fully cooked. Thanks for the literal sh*show Louie.

Had a great happy hour here with a friend. Our server was very friendly. Loved the Diva cocktail. It was burger Tuesday so we opted to get burgers and friends since they were half off (tater tots is also an option!). The place is pretty big, so seems like you might be able to be seated even when they're pretty full. Adjacent to the back parking garage at La Centerra!

This is the first time I've visited Bar Louie since pre-Covid. Back then I was not really impressed with their menu and service. The family and I were trying to find a happy hour spot close by and we decided to try them. I must admit I was apprehensive, but I went because it's in the neighborhood. We sat down at a high-bar table and looked at the menu. I can tell write off they've improved it. I've always remembered they had good cocktails which were well-made and fresh mix ingredients. The wait staff was very accommodating and the head chef (sorry, I forgot her name, but she's very nice short dark hair) came to our table and personally gave us a preview of the updated menu and the restaurant itself. We didn't know they had music on Saturday and game night on Wednesday which is a nice for family, GNO or couples date night. We ordered the salmon sliders, which was so delicious. I couldn't believe how moist and juicy they were. Also ordered the beef sliders, which were also good, and the chicken Garlic Parmesan wings. I ordered the lemon drop, which was so good and made with fresh lemons and ingredients. The other cocktails we had were also well-made. I'm excited to come back and try more items off the menu. So give this place a try if you haven't in a while. You'll be impressed with their updated menu selection.

Very attentive and friendly service. We went for lunch before a movie next door. The Salmon Sliders with everything bagel seasoning are perfect! Served seared on a fresh toasted brioche bun were a perfect lunch. Lots of choices for seating depending on your preferences. Hint: it's on the appetizer menu. Substitute the fries for their crispy tater tots for a perfect accompaniment.

Lunch time and work time, I needed a spot to sit for a couple of hours that has wifi and a beverage and a place to plug in my laptop. I found it this afternoon in Bar Louie.Clean, open, friendly. Not at all busy at 1 pm on a weekday such that I had a choice of spots to sit and found one with an outlet nearby so I could charge up my phone. Meanwhile, my van is plugged in to a power outlet in the parking garage and charging up that battery.From the lunch special menu, a salad and as much as I would have killed a beer, I stuck with water as I'm both working and driving today. I've always been a huge bar Louie fan, best neighborhood bar. I do think the newer staff needs a lot of work. The vibe last night was completely off. Our waiter took forever to bring drinks because he was playing around the entire time with another coworker (twerking, goofing off) I honestly don't think he ever put them in... it took us a long time to go to the bar because my husband really did not want to sit at the bar. Once we made it to the bar I watched our food order sit in the window foreeeveerrrr. :( I didn't want to believe it was ours until I saw her grab it and bring the cold food to us. They should be more customer focused because yesterday was a mess from the moment we got there... as of lately only the original employees are giving quality service. I will write a better review when the time is right
