Stop by during soft opening (everything 20% off).Inside looks like it's setup for karaoke at night. Loud Vietnamese music and big TV screens. It wasn't crowded at all so service was nice and quick. Oxtail stew herb style w/ egg noodle - it had a good flavor and oxtail was tender and not chewy like some other places. Egg noodle soup - it was good, light flavor and not enough noodles. The food was too good that I forgot to get a photo. I thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered and the cafe sua dau is very strong and delicious! I can't wait to come back. The service was quick and everything came out as we requested. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were attentive. This place is a great family business that everyone should give a try!

This restaurant actually deserves 4.5/5 stars. Wow, this Dry Vietnamese Egg Noddles Special - Mi Thap Cam Kho (shrimp, squid, fish cake, pork, stomach) was "AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS" $12.99 4.5/stars. It also comes with a soup on the side. I came here with a friend for lunch around 11:30am and was seated right away. Customer service was great and very attentive. This place got pack quickly during lunch time. The Hu Tieu was very flavorful & authentic. We also order an appetizer, Fried Rice Flour Cale w/Egg - Bot Chien $8.00 4/5 stars. The freshly homemade Green Soy Bean drink was delicious 4.5/5 stars. Definitely will come back.

i recently dined at bao bao mi gia, a new vietnamese noodle restaurant in houston. they're currently in their soft opening phase and everything is 20% off for the first month. they have a lot of noodle options! we got the fried rice flour cake w eggs, egg noodle beef satay, and roasted duck soup w noodles. our favorite was the roasted duck soup with noodles. the broth was very flavorful and had an herbal taste. the duck itself was super tender!what we got:- bánh bột chiên/fried rice flour cake w eggs- mì bò sa tế/egg noodle beef satay- mì vịt tiềm/roasted duck soup w noodlesig: @whatsviveating

The service here was friendly and food was very delicious. The pricing here is not bad considering the prices of other restaurants.

Ŵe came mid day during grand opening. Plenty of parking in lot. The staff was very helpful and quick to serve us. Best for parties of 4, but tables can be combined for parties of 10. Calm vietnamese music playing overhead.Bot chien had a good crispiness to it., served with a side of pickled carrots and jicama.Mi came loaded with vegetables on the side. This place is fairly new, nice and clean. Service is very good and food is even better. Our first time and we ordered only two kind of noodles and drinks. My egg noodles; cooked to perfection and springy. Soup on the side has minced pork and I didn't taste any MSGThe sate chilies sauce and pickled green chilies were also done to perfection! Can't wait to go back with more friends to try out other stuff

Visited this place for an early dinner catch-up with a friend, and being a fan of Asian noodle dishes, I opted for the egg noodle with BBQ pork and wonton (dry version) where the broth is served on the side. The presentation was impressive, and although it had a slightly unexpected seafood taste, which caught me off guard at first, but the dish grew on me. Overall it was delicious with ample sauce coating the egg noodles and the exceptionally flavorful wonton.The Vietnamese coffee packed a punch with its bitter and robust flavor. It wasn't as intense as the coffee in Vietnam itself, but it still had a strong kick.As for the location, it seemed to be situated in an empty plaza at the moment, but parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty available in front and around the restaurant. Inside, there were numerous booths and tables, and the service was swift; my food didn't take long to arrive.
