The best meal I had in Houston! Everything about this place - from food to service was 10/10. I really enjoyed the thick broth and noodles and the soft shell crab went perfectly with it. Prices are very reasonable and this will be the first spot I go to the next time I'm in Houston.

This place is okay. My friends and I ordered the BÁNH CANH Đặc Biệt and the Mi Thap Cam. The Mi thap cam was good but honestly, there's better spots in the Bellaire area. As for the BÁNH CANH Đặc Biệt, it didn't really look anything like the picture we saw on the menu so we were a little confused when it first came out but everything still tasted good. The only thing I wish they did differently was the deep fried soft crab- there was a little too much batter. Aside from that, the service was fast and I appreciated how they gave us cut up chillies on top of the steamed bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime.

This place is sooo good!! I got the banh canh special that comes with fried soft shell crab on the side. Broth is very flavorful and lots of seafood. Price is cheap and service is excellent. I don't understand how it was so empty. Best spot I've had in Chinatown area for sure!

We went late at night so plenty of tables available. Server was friendly and the place had cute decor. The rau ma drink was alright but the nuoc Mia was good. The Banh canh was delicious and I would order it again. I like mine thick and they delivered on the soups thickness. I like how they put the soft shelled crab on the side so it doesn't sit in the soup and get soggy.

Stop by for a late lunch on a Monday. Pretty dead but expected for the time we went at. We both had the basic dish Banh Canh Tom Cua with thick soup. You can have it either way, thick or watery. It look different than what we expected but it was very flavorful. Needs more noodles in the dish since we like carbs. Overall we enjoy the meats but it could be better quality meats. Will be back to try other variations.We also had the sugarcane drink and it was ok. Tasted too sweet. Customer service was good. They checked on us after we got our dish and that's rare for places like these.

So good. The restaurant was nice & roomy. Ordered at the register. I ordered for take out $65 worth of food and got a free $5 gift card for ordering over $50. Food came out quick. I ordered the chao long, the seafood salad, filet with macaroni, the udon with thick broth and one with the thin broth. The thick broth was so thick it took me a minute to get use to it. But the flavor for everything was so good. I definitely want to check out other stuff menu was way bigger than I thought it would be.

I love this place! I don't know if it's considered a hidden gem or just a local spot but I'm usually the only person sitting inside when I come to eat. We get the same thing every time; B8 Bánh Canh Chá Cá, 1. Co'm Thit Nurong under COM TAM, and the egg roll appetizer. I always add vinegar and lime juice to my udon noodle soup and this just sets it off. The servers are always friendly, and the inside decor is nice with beautiful wood tables. The Vietnamese coffee is strong but the condensed milk makes it creamy and less intense. The prices are really reasonable and you get a good amount of food for the prices.

Service was great, our waitress offered recommendations too. The broth is very flavorful and I'd suggest getting it w the thick broth instead of the clear one. Probably one of the better meals we had on our Houston trip. Would come back again

Great service when I was here. They're quick to give you recommendations so you they can get an order in fast for you. Got seated right away on New Year's Day noon time. I ordered their rice w pork chop/shrimp/chicken and it was delicious . Menu has all varieties of things to order from here!
