Monday is definitely a good time to go as everything between wine, beer and cocktail are 50% off; off course I took advantage of wine bottles.Unfortunately the menu doesn't indicate the vintages for their wines so I had the waiter ask back and forth find out the vintages of each bottle. Easier to just add that to the menu but it is what it was.We started our night with an Argentinian Malbec Red Blend from Alpasion Private Selection 2018. For my palate; it was too light and similar to a California style blend.For appetizers:* Beef Carpaccio was delicious. Beef was sliced a little too thick than it normally is but still very yummy with loads of Arugula and shaved Parmesan to top it off.* Spinach & Cheese Buñuelos were ultimately to die for! Full of flavors! Warning they're 4 huge crispy balls. Marinara sauce at the bottom was a perfect addition!* Grilled Octopus was perfectly cooked! Sauces and potatoes paired to the T.No disappointments whatsoever with our appetizer choices!As first wine was a little too light we decided to switch for an Argentinian Cabernet Malbec from Yacochuya 2016 Red Wine was so much better than our first choice.For Main Dishes:* 8 Hour Braised Short Rib looked more of a Chuck Braised. Definitely protein wasn't falling off at all. Mashed Potatoes were suppose to be Spinach but came as a regular Mashed Potatoes with sautéed Spinach on top. Definitely not what menu explained but okay. Need work on it with dish executions.* 40oz Cowboy Steak Waiter came back saying they run out of it They offered 2 - 24oz Cowboy Steak instead which were cooked to perfection. We accompanied it with Peppercorn Sauce on the side, French Fries and Mashed Potatoes. Worth every bite!* Prime Picanha were perfectly grilled but this one was charcoal even better!* Tuna Steak was yummy according to my friend but waiter assumed that since she didn't want the Jasmine Rice and substituted it for French Fries that the other ingredients the dish brought was also to take aside and replace it for a tomato salad. How dare you! Of course we called him out on his mistake and pretty much at the end it looked like a deconstructive dish since he brought everything separately. Never assume a customer doesn't want the other things; always ask!For desserts:* Molten Chocolate Cake was a hit! Very chocolatish which was the whole point!* Apple Tart slacked in every way! Tart was not cooked all the way so that ruined the entire dessert.* Dulce de Leche Crepes. Please make your own Dulce de Leche because it tasted very much from a can. Disappointed as Argentina is well known for a delicious Dulce de Leche. At least serve them with the Havanna brand if you're going to call this places Baires aka Buenos Aires Grill.All in all, it was a very pleasant meal. Music was on point! Service needs to improve but it's pretty still new in Doral area. I enjoy Brickell and Miami Beach location more.

Food is good Argentine meats on the upper price scale, service was very attentive and atmosphere was on the noisy side but like a busy place that it is .Saturday night had a guitar and singer at the bar!Will return.

Looking for a date night spot in Downtown Doral? Baires Grill, the latest addition to the area, might just be the perfect choice. The ambiance is low-lit and aesthetically pleasing, creating an ideal romantic setting.We started with two empanadas, one beef and one chicken. Unfortunately, these were quite forgettable and didn't justify the $6 price tag each. However, the Rosemary Paloma was a delightful surprise--the tart grapefruit and fragrant rosemary made for a refreshing drink.For the main course, we opted for the Parillada for two. This generous portion included various cuts of meat, all cooked to perfection at our requested medium rare. The accompanying fries and mashed squash complemented the meal well.The highlight of our visit was the service, which was exceptionally attentive and friendly.

This was my first experience at a Baires Grill location. Loved the ambiance of the place. The menu has lots of options so you should be able to make just about anyone happy here. My friend and I ordered the empanadas for our appetizer. They brought us the wrong filling for one so we lucked out with one on the house--all were delish. I ordered the mushroom pappardelle pasta with chicken, which was very simple but yummy. My friend ordered one of the milanesa options and was pleased. Service was ok up until the end of the night. We asked to see the dessert menu just in case we wanted to order something and then no one ever came back. I had to stand up to get a server's attention to come bring us the check. I will say, it was getting late on a Thursday night so they were probably in getting ready to close mode. Nonetheless, it's the reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars.

Very nice restaurant and ambiance. Live music was a nice touch. Service was good, attentive. Food was actually pretty good - and drinks were made strong. The menu has a bit of everything and the milanesas are definitely something to try next time.

I hate leaving a review like this, but tonight was the second time I was not seated because the "restaurant closed early". I can't understand why businesses will have posted hours and then close arbitrarily. I dine at this restaurant probably once a week if not once every other week. The last three attempts I've made to dine here, over the last three weeks, two of them I was sent away by 1030 because the restaurant closed. Why have hours to 11 if you're going to close earlier.It's a real shame because the food is great. The ambience is great. I attribute it to poor management and poor leadership. If you're not making enough business to carry the cost of remaining open, then change your hours. It shouldn't be a game of roulette every time your customers want to come for a late dinner.Really sad. Otherwise a solid 4-5 stars.

Just went to this place for a date night, we had one of their shareable options which is an Entraña with two sides (we chose grilled veggies and mashed potatoes). I got major food poisoning!! while we can try to excuse it as a one-time case, this should not be happening at a restaurant whose main focus is on protein. Everything should be spot-on. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Service was actually great. I did not mind the ambiance being loud. However, the drinks were not great, espresso martini lacked balance and Moscow mule was not fresh.

Overall had a good experience on a Friday night. The espresso martini was a bit sweet for my liking, it tasted like from a mix or too much khalua but it wasn't bad, I've just had better. Service was good, not great. Our waiter came by total 2-3 times, including bringing the bill. The food itself was good though, tried the milanesa napolitana with mashed potatoes and both were delicious. My friends had the pastel de papas and the vacío. Both were flavorful and the portions were a good size. As far as ambience, they have fun music and nice decor but the music was a bit loud for anyone trying to have conversation.

I had an amazing experience at this place! I took one of my employees out for a birthday lunch, and she really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent, and the dishes were delicious. While the noise level was a bit high, the quality of the food more than made up for it. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Where do I begin??? We just loved everything about this new location Starting with the decor. WOW, it is beautiful!! Specially the bar. The menu is very nice and the food we had was very good. We tried the Parrillada for 2, plenty of food. The squash gnocchi were great and so were the Branzino and tuna. Lastly the service, amazing! Our server, Andrea, was exceptional as were the rest of the staff that helped. Will definitely be back!
