I placed an order for pick up and they weren't even open. They still charged my card. Called their number 7 times and it didn't work!!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. The new management is horrible!!!!

Customer service is terrible here. The cashier is rude and not helpful at all. The wings were a 7/10. Extra hot taste like medium to me. The fries were decent that's about it.

They were very reasonably priced wings compared to others around them. The garlic parm wings have dry rub which is great but they had piles of Parmesan cheese on top(not a good taste). I also had the honey hot garlic but they weren't hot at all, not even a tiny bit. The young lady who took my order via the window was very polite and my wings were fried crispy like I asked.

Update after 1st bad experience with new owners: I put this wing joint in my bag of ( no /go's) for months, but since it's hard to find good wing joints anymore around Atlanta I gave these guys another chance. My wife arrived 45 min before close of store (7:15)pm and they close at 8pm , she stood in line for 15 min behind a slow lady ordering all flats and being indecisive about her order , it is now 7:30)pm . The young lady that always has the attitude comes to my wife and says " she is not taking any more orders , her grill is shut down and cleaned" . My wife tried to argue the point the store closes at 8pm and she had already been their 15 minutes waiting, the "clown " with the attitude wasn't hearing her and basically kick my wife out 30 minutes b4 closing time . This place is not well, Boy do we wish the original owner " Phil" would buy the store back from these horrible owners. Amen

The door that was still open so I walked in bc they are supposed to close at 10 I was informed with an attitude they are closed I asked do you always close at this she said yeah dismissively I normally come during they day so I've never really had an issue apparently them leaving took presidence over the customer service

They took my money. $30 worth of food. I go to pick it up, THEY WERE CLOSED!!! It still processed and went through! I don't even wanna give them 1 star. We tried calling as well, THE NUMBER DOES NOT EVEN WORK!!!! It's ridiculous.

We passed by "WWOW", and my daughter asked why don't we ever get our wings from there. I told her the wings at "WWOW" are straight trash, and it's been at least a year since we'd purchased wings from there. The very next day, I didn't cook, and I thought, let me try "WWOW" again. I must say, y'all did not disappoint, yalls wings were just like I remember them, STRAIGHT TRASH. I purchased a 14 piece with 2 flavors, lemon pepper, and hot. The lemon pepper was dry, and very underwhelming, and the hot wings were awful. The wings were coated with really thick powdery cayenne powder, and they were really difficult to try and eat. Ive never had wings with powdery seasoning like that. I couldn't believe after all this time, the food hasn't improved. There are tons of unpleasant reviews about this place. I can't believe they are still in business. The next time I darken their doorway, I'll be President of the Earth. #FOOLMEONCESHAMEONYOUFOOLMETWICESHAMEONME.....

Unfortunately I have to amend my last review. Apparently there are new "partners/owners" and not only do they have new boards (the old chalkboard was perfect and gave the place a nostalgic vibe!) they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE-EVER! There is a new recording that makes me feel like I'm calling for a doctor's appt. or something, they gave us fries, which we specifically did not order, and old, short celery. They also gave us the exact sauces we did not ask for, forgot the sauces we requested, the wings were too wet, and they didn't put any napkins in the bag. And lastly, we STILL CAN ONLY PAY IN CASH!!! Since the pandemic, cash is SCARCE! Between the inability to order ahead, the suffocating space that we ARE FORCED TO ENTER IF WE WANT TO ORDER DURING A PANDEMIC , it just isn'tWorth it to visit anymore! I miss the "former" owner and his crew, especially the young lady at the front. New isn't always better, and this is a prime example.
