Twisted Kitchen

I stopped in for dinner one evening. There were no patrons when I arrived, but plenty of staff. The staff were blah. They were not interested in proving any type of customer service. Honestly, they acted like " why did she come in here"? In regard to the food. I ordered a salad with shrimp. It was just a salad. Something you can get for less from salad bars like Publix or Whole Foods. I don't I will be returning.

This is a solid fast casual restaurant if you're in the area and want a quick bite to eat. You can choose from salad, pasta or wraps. We were there for a quick lunch and got the southwest wrap and the Italian wrap. Both were tasty and had plenty of flavor, and the ingredients were fresh. You can choose to have the ingredients of your wrap heated on the stove, or cold. I went with heated for the Italian wrap, which I thought was good because it melted the cheese onto the chicken. There were two people behind the counter making our wraps (you can also build your own wrap or pasta bowl - customizing the toppings), and they were helpful and friendly. We also tried an apple caramel cookie, and that was probably the best part of the meal (granted I have a sweet tooth). There's plenty of parking in this shopping center, and we saw that they also cater if you're looking for an upcoming event.

Nice quick dinner for the family that won't break the bank. Most of the employees are indifferent when we come in but there's at least one nice lady who is super helpful and will bring your stuff to the table when she sees you struggling with kids. Twisted kitchen is not bad for a quick pasta place. I always make my own so I can't say how the suggested bowls are. The veggies always seem fresh, which is a plus.

I got a cheeseburger pasta dish. My sister called and asked me what i would like to eat after i babysat for her. Told me she had this place for lunch with her job and it was good. I liked my food just not too impressed it was flavorful but maybe i need to eat in the restaurant. My food was good but THICK. I wish it was a lil creamier or just more sauce. I think I'll try another dish. Then i can amend this review.

I've been to this location a few times and have always had a pretty pleasant experience. You'll find wraps, pasta dishes, and salads all of which you customize to your liking or pick one of the creations from the menu. With this being a casual spot, you walk in and place your order and you can watch them make your food as you wait to pay. The staff always ask if you want to add anything extra, some free and some not, and will also provide some suggestions on what to add to your dish which I appreciate.I usually stick with a chicken Caesar wrap that comes with grilled chicken, bacon, Romano cheese, caesar dressing, romaine lettuce and I'll add sun dried tomatoes to be a little different. You can get your wrap toasted if you like and it actually makes the wrap even better. The food is delicious and always fills me up. I do think it's a little on the pricier side but can't complain to much since the quality of what I'm getting is always good. You can add chips, a side pasta or side salad to your meal, and they also have cookies, cannolis, and other sweet treats to go along with your meal.You can't go wrong with Twisted Kitchen if your in the mood for something fresh!

I did a pickup order online. I got three wraps and one pasta dish. Everything came out delicious and exactly how we ordered it. The ingredients tasted fresh and ready to order. By the time i got there, my order was ready to go. Plenty of seating inside and clean as well. Definitely will be back again!

Twisted Kitchen is a customizable pasta bar, where you can choose your proteins, pasta shape, sauce(s), and add-ons. There are a few franchises throughout Atlanta, but I was especially excited to see them open one up here on South Cobb, which seems to be a haven for every single fast food operation imaginable. Twisted Kitchen seems to be the healthier answer to all the Del Tacos, Krystals, and Krispy Kremes variety of food that pockmark this busy road (though if you walk down the road to get a doughnut dessert, I'm sure that's enough steps to count as exercise). I went with a cavatappi pasta (rice noodles available for those seeking gluten-free options) with Beyond Meat sausage (tofu also available for vegetarians). I believe a standard order allows you to add four toppings from the mix-ins bar, which includes various vegetables and cheeses. When I couldn't choose between the marinara and Alfredo sauce, the woman preparing my order helpfully directed me to a lovely third option with a perfectly pink hue that had clearly been prepared for indecisive folks like me. Then it was time for them to prepare the meal in a saucepan right before my eyes. My husband's order turned out to be a little lukewarm, and they were nice enough to not only offer to reheat it, but prepare the order from scratch (we didn't want them to, but felt touched that they'd even be willing to do so). At custom-made joints like this one, it's hard to rate the food because it's really up to how well you choose the flavors that work for you. But as far as the quality of ingredients and preparation, I'd say everything was tasty enough. We also selected a side order of Caesar salad from the prepared-and-packaged section that was a great accompaniment to our meal, but I thought it was a little overpriced for the amount of salad within.Though we (and most others) were coming in for the pasta, I should note that there are also wraps and salads on the menu that I believe are just as customizable as the pasta entrees.

I would have rated this restaurant higher but the heavy lady with the locs was so unpleasant for no reason at all. She barely said one word to me while she's making a custom meal. I told her I wanted the classic but didn't see linguine and she just turned around, grabbed some and stared at me. Then I said with meatballs. This unpleasant character placed meatballs and then walked over and dumped it in the pan and walked off. She didn't ask if I wanted extra seasonings or anything. Then she got irritated when I asked for basil. Once ahe dumped in the food, she walked off without stirring it and never came back. WTH? If I was a first time customer and didn't know I could add seasoning I would probably never have come back. She will cost you more business than the service she barely provides. Let her go back out into the world and find her calling. Free her so that we can enjoy our food. I hate experiences like this. When I got to the register do you know that asked me of I wanted to leave a tip? LOL! I WISH I WOULD!

Discovering this place has truly been a blessing. Ever since I began ordering through the Fooda app, the quality of the food has consistently been outstanding. My go-to order is the skillet lasagna with extra marinara sauce and a Caesar salad. Always great service

Pretty sure I saw a 100 Health Score, which is ALWAYS a great starting point! There used to be an Uncle Maddio's here and that's what I was looking for but Twisted was a pleasant surprise.The staff members that manned the grill and took my order were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful...What more can you ask for? The servings are solid, the price falls in line with its contemporaries and the food was good and fresh.Whether you choose from the suggested menu choices or deviate and create your own thing and customize your own ingredient concoction, the food is prepped right in front of you, sizzled up and dished out efficiently...I will absolutely be returning to try some other options.
