The Chastain has a cafe that opens at 7am and a more formal dining space that opens at 11am. If you would like to dine in at the more formal dining space, definitely make a reservation. Note that you will have to put down a credit card to reserve.I've grabbed pastries to go at their cafe and had their brunch service as well. Both were great experiences. All of The Chastain's food are farm-to-table. You can view their garden in the back. During brunch, I was told by the waiter that their cheeseburger is one of their most popular dishes. I was surprised to hear this and ordered it. While it is a very good portion, it was a bit salty for my taste. I did enjoy their pancakes, biscuits, and salad however. The Chastain earned a green Michelin star for their commitment to sustainability.

Came here for the first time to their cafe and it was exactly how I imagined! It is adorable on the inside and had lots of outdoor seating. They serve brash coffee but they make amazing seasonal lattes! We ordered breakfast to go and their quiche was perfect. Also got some pastries for later and oh my god.. just one bite of the almond croissant.. you must get it! It was baked perfectly will have to go back for brunch, lunch & dinner!

E X P E R I E N C E we came as a party of two for a birthday celebration. I had made reservations for 815pm on a Wed evening. upon arrival, we were immediately sat. Great for drinkers!pork chopdessert cappuccino: creme bruleeeverything was delectable. I need more of that agnolotti (I don't even really like pasta, personal preference) but it was so creamy and the stuffed noodle was so balanced in flavor and texture. the sweet potatoes are second to none. what a simple side dish but the cheese and the way they fried the sweet potato was absolutely perfection. I also don't ever order pork chops because I've found that most restaurants don't do it justice. I'm a rib eye girl- I like fatty, chewy, soft cuts of meat (basically I'm lazy and don't want to chew my food haha). not only was the pork chop not dry or tough, the glaze wasn't too thick and goopy. the pork flavor shined beautifully through the spices. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of food. S E R V I C E ariella was fantastic. at one point, we had requested to move tables due to another guest to the next table over, was very loud and her voice was high pitched (I loved that she was so excited but due to my medical, I can't tolerate it). ariella asked the host then was quick and discreet to move us; no questions asked. I really appreciated that grace that she gave me. she was also very informative, knowledgeable about the menu. her and the team continually checked up on us and was quick to clear our plates (timely).B A T H R O O M S single stalls, wheelchair accessible S E A T I N Gthere's ample seating for singles, couples and large groups. indoor and outdoor.indoor area: booths, bar and regular table seating available.outdoor area has covered and uncovered areas. there are booths and regular table seating available. there are fans overhead there's also a fireplace area to lounge. *** pets are welcome on the patio!A M B I A N C E no dress code. most were dressy casual. no flipflopsP R I C E 130 + tax + 30 tip

What can I say? This was my first time here, and it was for lunch with a few friends. The experience was terrific from beginning to end. The Chastain serves up elevated American bistro fares. I highly recommend you check it out. Read further to dive into my thoughts on The Chastain. PARKINGComplimentary valet, sure thing! Don't forget to tip. No worries if you don't have cash; it's 2024, so the workers accept other forms of payment, such as Venmo and ApplePay. STAFFThe staff here is kindhearted, welcoming, and friendly. They all want you to enjoy every moment of your experience--all smiles. Shoutout to the hostess, Sharitza, and our waitress, Ariella. FOOD//FIRSTS* Beef Tallow Tater Tots -- Just wow! The tots are carefully fried to perfection. They're crispy yet soft inside, accompanied by crème fraiche and chives, and topped with Kaluga caviar. //GREENS* Vonnie's Sprouts -- This shareable salad consists of Pea & Sunflower Sprouts, Toasted Sunflower SeedsButtermilk Ricotta, Green Garlic, and Parmesan. Refreshing! //SIDES* Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie - Another winner. Flakey and buttery pastry and tasty gravy, all baked to perfection. //SANDWICHES* The TC Cheese Burger -- The burger comprises Lettuce, Pickle, Caramelized Onion Aíoli, American Cheese Ketchup, and freshly ground Chatel Farms Beef. The talk around town is that this is a hot entree at The Chastain. The burger and the fries were fantastic. * Vonnie's Wrap--The wrap comprises Curried Flat Bread, Sunflower Sprouts, Pea Shoots, Lemon Vinaigrette, Labneh Green Garlic Aioli, and Cucumber Salad. If you want a refreshing and healthy sandwich, get this! It's not heavy and flavorful. * Heirloom Tomato B.L.T. --This sandwich has thick slices of Nueske's Bacon, Lettuce, Heirloom Tomato, and Mayo--another delicious sandwich. The tomatoes are grown in the garden out back. //DESSERT* Peach Blintzes -- The Crepe Blintzes are filled with Cheese & Dulce de Leche Peach Compote and topped with Vanilla Whipped Cream. Speechless. I'm a sucker for dessert and pastries, and this marries the two beautifully. Another shareable dessert for the table. It was so good. Overall, The Chastain is a great restaurant to visit for midday lunch with friends, business talk, or dinner in the evening for an anniversary or birthday celebration.

We joined a Mother's Day celebration at this restaurant for brunch. The decor was elegant but welcoming. The service was impeccable and the pastry choices looked wonderful, but you had to go over to the coffee house section to see them. I definitely recommend going there to look before you choose from the menu. There were a number of good brunch choices, and I think that we enjoyed all of them, though I still found the pastries to be the best part. There was a beautiful bar area in front of a large glass window which is definitely worth a look and a photo. This was a nice choice for a special occasion. We did have reservations and I would recommend it. Don't be put off by the long line, as it may be for the coffee and pastry line for takeaway, rather than the restaurant.

The place was packed and buzzing on a Wednesday due to a concert at Chastain, but you would never know it by the service level and speed. The service sitting at the bar was great -- the entire bar staff was communicative and friendly. I really wanted to try a pasta but needed more protein due to my diet, so they asked for chef's approval to combine a couple dishes, and I'm so happy they did. I got the Chicken entree, but instead of the sides subbed the Basil and Burrata Agnolotti. The pasta was so flavorful and light, and the chicken was perfectly prepared (insert *moist* cringe here). I'll be back for dinner for sure!

The Chastain is such a beautiful restaurant! It has great food and service and is most known for its wine and fresh garden vegetables. I tried the roasted mushroom campanelle, which had great flavor and pasta. The French onion soup wasn't my favorite, but my boyfriend really liked it, especially the cheese on top. The basil and burrata agnolotti was delicious, with great flavor; I would definitely get that next time. For dessert, we had the cappuccino, which was amazing--not too sweet, and I loved it. There's free valet parking, and guests are welcome to walk into the garden. **But WARNING:** If you go to the garden, make sure you wear bug spray or long pants and a long shirt because the mosquitoes are crazy--they swarmed us in a matter of 5 minutes! At least you know they don't use any pesticides.

Be prepared for an exquisite culinary experience at The Chastain. Tucked away in the affluent hills of Buckhead, you'll pull up to an open, mid-century modern style home with an expansive garden which grows herbs and vegetables used daily. For dinner, they offer a 6-course tasting menu for $150 with $85 wine pairing or a separate menu to order items a la carte. My party decided to do the tasting course and order a few items a la carte. Executive Chef Christopher Grossman garnered experience at the French Laundry and he pays homage through his thoughtful and meticulously executed dishes.Off the regular menu, we ordered:Beef Tallow Tater Tots ($28) made in house and scrumptious with crème fraiche, chives and Ossetra caviarGrilled Hamachi Collar ($15) topped with ginger, herbs and greens from the garden and white ponzu sauce Tasting Menu:Fettuccini Alfredo with caviar - usually not a fan of fettuccini Alfredo, but this was by far the best I tasted.Smoked Ora King Salmon with white fish chowder, roe and potato mousse - excellent quality of salmon, well balanced with the smooth and neutral ingredients.Lobster and Squid Ink Socarrat - never had anything like it and it was delicious.Grilled Granny Smith Soup as a light and refreshing pallette cleanser.Pastrami Crusted Australian Wagyu, short rib and pierogi - incredible, melted in my mouth. Sticky Toffee Pudding must've been mixed in the ginger sponge cake bc how soft and gooey it was. The sliced pickled Granny Smith apple cut through the richness giving such a sharp contrast. Dessert was served with butterfly tea. After dinner, Executive Chef Christopher Grossman gave us a tour of the kitchen where all the magic happens. Everyone should take the opportunity to walk around in the beautiful garden and get a tour, if possible. Service, food and ambience was all around Michelin stars level. I have a feeling they will earn one soon.
