The donuts are made to order, which is really cool. You can watch them fry your donuts and then decorate them. They have a huge menu with so many different flavors and toppings, and you can also customize your own doughnut icing & toppings. The base donut is vanilla cake.My friend and I shared a box of 6 donuts in the following flavors:- lemon icing with strawberry drizzle- blueberry pancake- cookies and cream- maple bacon- cinnamon bun- chocolate icing with sprinklesMy favorites were the first three, but they were all really tasty! They are really sweet and fun flavors, but I appreciate that they are a normal size donut, rather than an overly huge one."

The other nice thing is that you can get it delivered. while that's not how I recommend it, sometimes, you just don't feel like sitting in a restaurant. Glenda B. "I went out earlier in the day for lunch but by the time nightfall came I couldn't get over the fact that I ate something I didn't want which was Italian food that day so I had to have me some seafood. Since Leila's Land and Sea moved from their location I needed another go to spot. Crab Pot on Godby was closed for the day so I came to yelp and looked at this spot. It had pretty good reviews so I took a chance and did UBER Eats. I ordered the Shrimp Boil Bag. I was amazed at how big the shrimp were in the bag. There had to be about 10 pretty large size shrimp in the bag with two potatoes, 2 ears of corn, one boiled egg and two pieces of sausage. Now my only complaint is the sausage. It was rather tiny for a seafood bag. I almost missed it the pieces were so small. The flavor of the garlic butter was good. Next time I'll just ask for extra. I might order another one real soon this time with crab legs. I like this spot so far. It is located on Old National Highway."

There is street parking everywhere in the surrounding streets. There were a few tables inside, but we did sit outside as it was a beautiful day. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat and shared a turkey club sandwich and a bag of chips. They were busy when we came at 1 pm on a Saturday. There was a 10 minute wait for our food. A turkey club and a bag of chips did cost $16 (a bit pricey in my opinion but inflation is real). It was a decent sandwich with big pieces of bacon and the bread was nice and fresh. This is certainly a must-go if you're in the neighborhood and craving hearty sandwiches. I've heard great things about their breakfast so will try that next!"

We quickly looked over the menu to place to go orders. Chef Penny advised us that it would be a 20-minute wait on fried foods because the fryers were just being tuned on...Wait what?! I was confused, being that they open at 11a.m. ANYWHO!! Orders still placed. The wait was longer than expected, more like 45 minutes. I definitely wouldn't go again around lunchtime. The food just didn't seem fresh. The Mac n' cheese seemed like it was reheated and leftover from the day before . My colleague said their grilled fish didn't taste great and had an upset stomach afterward.Maybe I'll give them another try on a different occasion later in the day to see if my opinion of them changes or remains the same."

Jordan W. "Village Coffee House is a homey, locally-owned coffee shop that matches the eclectic vibe of the Little 5 Points neighborhood and offers a welcome alternative to the corporate chain coffee shops that seem to dominate Atlanta. We visited on a late Sunday morning, and were immediately impressed by their COVID precautions. In an area often teeming now with overly-crowded sidewalk cafes and shops that make me more than a little uncomfortable, I was pleased to see that Village has shut down their interior dining space and now operates fully as a walk-up counter. Their menu was posted outside, making it easy to plan your order before approaching the door. Although I am not sure, Village seems to be family-operated and a black-owned business, and the two baristas working that morning were friendly, conscientious and, most importantly, masked. Although it took a little longer to get our orders than it might at other more well-piled machines, it was worth it. I ordered a cafe au lait, which was a simple but satisfying spin on a boring latte. She had an iced chai with soy, which was rich, spicy and a real treat, along with an iced black coffee for good measure, which was excellently brewed and not sour or overly bitter like some other iced coffees out there. For a snack, we shared a piece of what seemed to be homemade baklava, which was just sweet enough to hit the spot. Instead of opting for Village's outdoor seating, which was in too close proximity to the bustling brunch scene next door, we opted to take our beverages in the park down the street, making for an ideal fall morning. I recommend Village as a great way to support a locally-owned business in a rapidly changing neighborhood, and for a friendly and tasty coffee break anytime."

I was pleasantly surprised by it and happy that the man running the small operation could whip up an item that was let even on the menu. The sandwich was tasty with a big hunk of sausage and came to about $7 which seemed fair. It wasn't busy there and it seemed like he had to turn on his equipment to get things working properly which probably explained why it took about 15 minutes to get the sandwich. K1 offers wings, hot dogs, and some southern staples at an affordable price. My only comment for improvement is that it was a little greasy for my liking but I'd definitely come back. I ordered a glass of wine (ok, two) and started with the burrata appetizer. Was in incredible? yes. Did I eat the entire thing by myself? Also yes. Highly recommend not sharing the burrata. For my meal, I opted for the Cacio e Pepe and mmmmmmmmmwow. It is delivered to you just covered in a mountain of cheese with instructions to mix well. For such a simple dish, it really is incredible when it's made correctly! Looks like this spot would be better suited for a nice date night or for a small group of friends. The place was buzzing with people so that's always a good sign. The hubs decided on the Saturday special: $5.49 all day -- steak sub of your choice of #11, #13, or #19. I ended up with the Italian battalion since it seemed to be the more popular choice as I browsed the photos. At times you have to let your eyes pick your food choice. The hubs seemed to really like his pick of #19. Even though it was a half sandwich, he said it was pretty stuffed and a fairly large one. This was a hot sandwich, and it was a gooey one full of deliciousness. The cheese, onions, and mushrooms just oozed together and added more flavors to the steak. My sandwich was pretty hefty. Despite the bread not being super amazing like it was baked fresh there (still good though), the sandwich overall was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and abundant. It came with extra pressed ham, cooked ham, hard salami, cappacola, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.Overall Baldinos was amazing. These are big healthy wings, about 50/50 flats/drums. My dinner buddy and I split a dozen wings, half wu-tang and half buffalo. The buffalo is awesome, as is the wu tang but I am a sucker for OG buffalo wing flavor. Wings from a bbq joint just are on another tier because of the smokiness. Get these!!!-Char siu ribs--a relatively new addition to the menu. Incredible flavor, so moist, can't sing their praises enough. You literally don't need to add sauce, it's so flavorful on its own.-The green bean side--I would have never thought to get green beans here, it seems really random, but these are some of the best green beans I have ever had in my entire life. I really don't know what they're doing to make them so flavorful. I am not going to let as much time pass next time before a return visit."

A splendid spread of baked goods awaited, but I was surprised how many of them were vegan. I sampled what was described as a chocolate raspberry mousse cake, bearing in mind that mousse is a very non-vegan foodstuff. The rich flavor and smooth texture did little to disappoint, and if it was coconut or something like that there wasn't any strange or off taste to dissuade me from wolfing that thing down. The average diner may just ignore the labeling as to what is and what is not vegan, but those with particular dietary preferences or allergies will be quite satisfied if what I got is any indication."

This is a reincarnation of the Rightous Room in Brookhaven which was at Johnson Ferry and Ashford Dunwoody Rd. Since it is a large strip mall, there is tons of parking. Rudy did a nice job redoing the interior of this place. It's spacious, well lit, not too loud, and is welcoming. Very nice patio out front with plenty of seating. Will be nice in the Spring especially. The menu is pretty much the same as it was at the Brookhaven Rightous. Tony, the head cook, really knows what he is doing. It's pretty much typical American Bar food, but far better than average. I have never been able to figure out exactly what he seasons the chicken quesadillas with, but I swear it might be crack! It is SO delicious. The 1/2 pound burger is juicy and cooked just right. There are several TVs. Maybe not enough for the full suite of NFL games on a Sunday afternoon, but enough to handle most normal sports watching days. I didn't count, but I'd say 6 to 8 TVs currently. It's a good, friendly neighborhood bar. Will likely be a hit with industry folks too late at night. The food is way better than you might expect. We ended up not moving to that area, and I forgot about this place for a little bit. Time passed and I had tried Baby Al's a few times - which I'm a big fan of and which is much closer to me. A few months ago, my mom and I decided to order a delivery lunch from here. We got the Italian beef dipped with cheese, a tamale, onion rings, and a pizza puff to share. Everything arrived hot and fresh even with the distance. The Italian beef was good and flavorful. It was not as big as the ones I get from Baby Al's though. The pizza puff was delicious. I know it's just a microwaveable good, but I hadn't had one in forever, so it was nice for the nostalgic factor. The onion rings were perfectly breaded and cooked but had no seasoning on them. Finally, the tamale was not at all what I expected. It was very small and not really impressive at all. It's not far off from the canned kind if you've ever tried that, just a step up on freshness. Overall, it was a decent meal. They do not seem to have mild sauce as I requested some if available, but none was given. I would get the Italian beef again and pizza puff if I'm in the area, but do not recommend the onion rings or tamales. The Chicago dogs on the site look good, but once again, I usually go to Baby Al's for my Chicago food fix. I still need to try Fingerz and Rickettes one day as I've heard good things about both places as well. Having lived in Chicago for 2.5 years, so far Baby Al's is more on point with what I'm used to, but this isn't a bad spot by any means. I would go with the Chicago dogs from what I've seen or Italian beef if you're in the neighborhood."

I ordered a hot chicken sandwich (level hot) with fries - the garlic aioli is a must - and an unsweet tea to cool down the heat. I've had the Reaper level and the medium heat at Scoville Hot Chicken so I decided to try the hot this time. Reaper was out of the question for me - I was in so much pay during and afterward lol. But medium was a bit mild for me. Turns out the hot was SLIGHTLY too hot for me but close enough to what I usually prefer. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the spice level didn't drown out the actual flavor of the chicken, which is always a plus.
