"While being on a kick for delicious Vietnamese food, this place is closer to us and one that we have visited often for pho. I like how I can understand what's in the broths for the pho. They offer lots of options, but if you want something besides pho, they have it. The other nice thing is that you can get it delivered. while that's not how I recommend it, sometimes, you just don't feel like sitting in a restaurant. It is kid friendly too and a great place to introduce kids to different foods."
"I have been to the Sushi Village in Marietta and enjoyed that location. I was so excited to see there was a sushi village opening up right by my house! It's a lot nicer inside than the one in Marietta. We were sat pretty quickly. The sushi was great! My favorite was the Atomic Bomb Roll. I would order that again! The staff was night but I will say, they do stand by the food counter and just watch your table. It was a bit uncomfortable but I know they're just trying to do their job. Maybe go to the back and just check in every so often like at any other restaurant? Besides them watching us, it was a great place! I would definitely come back."

Visit Restaurant Page"I really enjoyed my meal here. The service was wonderful as well. We started with a ton of appetizers. They came out fast enough and most of them were quite tasty. My favorite was the spicy cucumber dish. It had more heat than what I usually get and I loved it. The crispy salty chicken was the right mix of crunchy and juicy. I wish it had some kind of dipping sauce. I dipped it in the cucumber sauce and that was better. The serving size for both was good for what you pay for. The bread appetizer was also a pleasant surprise. It came with two pieces. My least favorite part of the meal was the cold noodle peanut dish. I just couldn't get into the texture. It was also oily which just ruined it for me. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back. The menu has a lot of options and I would come back just for the cucumber dish!"
"We stopped in for an earlier dinner (6:30ish) and found a good crowd. There was a small wait for a table so we took a couple of the remaining seats at the bar.The menu is focused on ramen, with don options as well. We ordered the spicy cucumber to start. It comes out and is a sliced cucumber with sauce throughout. Such a clever presentation. We both ordered ramen for dinner and joined the clean plate club afterwards. I had the Ichiran ramen and Hubs did the garlic tomkatsu. The pork broth was rich. The noodles are thin and more authentic. They gave us some spices to add heat.Service was friendly and attentive. Real gem!"
"For some reason, I keep turning back to this place when I visit Duluth... possibly because of its convenient location and comfort level?Anyway, I swung in super-early for lunch (first to arrive!), and tried this Omurice Tonkatsu plate, along with a side of Bulgogi Kimbap. First of all, I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but I just had to try their Omurice... which is a popular Korean specialty, where you wrap pan-fried eggs around a bed of Fried Rice, topped with Gochujang sauce. Well, despite NOT being a fan of eggs, I loved their Omurice! The Fried Rice was great as well...So freshly made, with lotsa veggies mixed in. Their Tonkatsu wasn't very big, but it was very good. Thin and crispy, and topped with this zesty sauce. Loved the creamed corn as well. So overall, this dish was a win for me!Surprisingly, however, their Bulgogi Kimbap wasn't as great as before. For some reason, the Bulgogi just didn't taste good...nor fresh. VERY surprising because I've credited this place for having THE best Kimbaps. Hopefully this was a fluke??? As usual, the service was stellar. Also, the place was very nicely air conditioned, with great overhead music.Overall, I loved it here...as usual. Despite the disappointing Kimbap, the Omurice Tonkatsu dish more than made up for it...so can't dock a star."
"This is a new spot downtown. It seems like there are two restaurant establishments in this one space (so convenient imo), Thai Downtown and another Vietnamese restaurant. Just outside along the street you can find parking. Across the street is the Municipal Market. The inside of the restaurant has a bunch of tables that are very well decorated. I ordered their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, extra spicy. It took a minute to get the food but it was good. The noodles were wide and soft, not over cooked. They gave me about 7 pieces of shrimp, standard size. However, the dish lacked basil and veggies - they were there (just green and red peppers) but microscopic except for the onions. There were a TON of onions. I usually like a lot of flavor from the vegetables and herbs and I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't add the shrimp and extra spicy flavor. Would I go back? Yeah, but I would avoid the people at the counter since they weren't so friendly and order at the computer instead."
"Two of us came for lunch on a quiet Thursday afternoon. First, the food. Really good here. I had the chicken in green curry, which was flavorful and pretty spicy as requested it spicy. My buddy had the traditional pad thai, which he enjoyed. Large portions. Service was prompt and friendly. Nice interior seating area with semi-private outdoor dining are too. We ate indoors. It was a little pricey for lunch but worth the treat. Not many folks at lunch time and staff mentioned it gets busier at dinner time.Conveniently located on busy Roswell Rd. Plenty of free parking. Same parking lot as Publix, so did some shopping there after lunch.Enjoy!"
"I've been meaning to try this place and they did not disappoint. Food we ordered was delicious and staff was fast. Tip: I'm not sure how it is all the time in Duluth area. I'm used to tip being automatically added for parties bigger than six. However, I ordered for three of us and the tip was already included. Typically I tip more than what's recommended but when establishments do that, I just stick to the minimum. They also have some cool T-shirt merch for sale!"
"My first time here today. I love what I have ordered from them. Especially green sauce with smoke salmon basil rolls. Very delicious. I got a reward points. But what can I do with its?? Keep collecting? Will be back again!!"
"This is a banh mi and pho shop located in a strip mall area with ample parking. There's several tables indoors. We ordered our banh mi to go. I had the grilled pork sandwich and it was good. The bread was toasty and the pork was good. It wasn't the best banh mi I've had but it was good. I also had their taro slush with boba and it's okay, almost bit too sweet. I did also try their banh mi dac biet which is the classic sandwich and itWas actually better tasting than the grilled pork sandwich, hence the 4 stars rating.Service was friendly. I didn't try the pho but perhaps next time when we are in the area."
"I did a review on this restaurant almost 10 years ago and the food has still been consistently good. I ordered the chicken coconut soup hot pot and the avocado shrimp which was delicious along with the appetizer platter that has a little bit of everything and it did not disappoint. The owner of the restaurant came out from the kitchen just to verify the food was high quality and it was. If you're in the Jonesboro area and you're looking for really good Thai food please stop it Taste of Thailand."
"Walked in with a group of 5 at 7pm on a Saturday. No reservation but the wait was only about 7 minutes. Nicely decorated but too upscale. Very slow service but the food was good and not overly pricey. Hot n sour soup and potstickers were very good. House special noodles, a pork cutlet and salt n pepper shrimp were delicious. I'd be willing to try this spot again but not so n a Saturday night."

I got the steak pho and the shrimp spring rolls delivered, and both were delicious. The steak pho was a big enough portion that I was able to split it into two meals. The meat and vegetables tasted fresh, and the garnishes included added a lot of flavor. I appreciate that they have gluten free options.

If you love sushi you should really check this place out! The service was fast and the staff is really attentive. They have an all you can eat menu. They do not have fountain drinks so everything is served per bottle. They don't offer you water off rip they typically ask in the middle of your meal I'm guessing so you can purchase a bottle drink first. It's a nice little venue with the typical chairs and table style dining. You pick from 5 different courses and you pick about 2-3 things from each course. You are allowed to get more once your first set of food is finished.(trust it's a lot of food). Went fairly early during the day so caught the lunch pricing it was roughly about $20 per person including the drink.

So let me just say this spot automatically and immediately has my attention because it's open until 5:00 in the morning. It is a true late night situation after you've been out all night. It's basically a pho soup type of spot. They bring you the soup itself and all the ingredients that it's kind of like a hotpot situation. You add the ingredients as you go. They bring your tray with everything on there and you at the different meats and vegetables to your liking. For the main course I got the sour and spicy soup and I added meatballs and lamb slices to it.I started with the crispy chicken as an appetizer And I added some Cajun fries just because. The fries were very well seasoned (you could see the seasoning on them), the chicken was really good and flavored very well. It did not come with a sauce to dip them in but they did have a good taste without it. The soup was good and had a good broth base. You are able to pick multiple broth types so you would need to go many times to try them all. But they give you the option to have all the ingredients in the soup or outside (so you can put it in yourself). Meatballs were not really seasoned but they were tender. The lamb and the beef was a little hard to tell the difference but both took the flavor of the broth anyway. This is probably going to be a staple for me as a late night spot because there are no spots that are open up that late. It's not super unhealthy because it's soup, but it is a lot of fried foods elsewhere. But if you've been drinking out in the club or the lounges, it may be something that's needed to help soak up some of that alcohol lol. But the service was friendly, I got seated immediately, I Got treated very well while I was there by the wait staff. This spot is clutch!

Located in midtown. It's a small restaurant with limited tables but there is additional seating at the bar and counter. The service was amazing, very quick and efficient. Food was delicious! Will definitely go back again!

They had me at Kimbap! The variety of Kimbap options here is fantastic. The music, music video feels very clubby inside.Duluth seems to be the place to go for Korean food. It's a good sign when billboards are in Korean off of the freeway. It's located at a shopping plaza that has lots of Asian restaurants and eats and drinks too. Grab a menu and order at the counter and pay. Pager will be handed to you upon payment. Sit and wait for your order to be ready. Fire cheese Kimbap, fire tuna Kimbap, fire squid Kimbap and tteokbokki with an egg and two sides of kimchi. My husband wanted the rose tteokbokki, but it can't be made spicy at all. $44.50. They gave us our tteokbokki to cook for ourselves, great. Not why I go to a restaurant to cook for myself at all. Then again it's not bad cooking our own tteokbokki is that the rice cook was perfectly Al dente and not mushy and overcooked like most places. The sauce has a nice kick to it and foavoeThe fire squid is okay, a bit too rubbery for my liking, so not for me. The fire cheese roll was okay, nothing special for me. I get that American sliced cheese is a favored cheese for kimbaps, but it doesn't have a place in a Kimbap in the end. The fire tuna is by far the favorite and the best out of the 3 rolls. The side of cut kimchi is a bit more aged than I like, more kimchi jjiae ready, as such not fresh or crunchy. The pickled radish is good.

I loved the food, I love Anhs in general so I was glad to try the new location. The only thing is though I dined in and there was a lot of gnats everywhere. Like I was trying to enjoy my food but I felt like they were swarming me & the food literally. So yeah. Maybe since its new I'll give it a try another time and hopefully then the gnats wont be there

I dined in today and it was a great experience. Our waiter Ted share he was on day 3 of employment but we had no idea. Great food and great service!I noticed when I went to update the review, I ordered the exact same thing (with the additional of more protein) I did when I got take out- Tom Kha soup and Drunken Noodles.

We visited this place while taking a break from a local con. We were seated immediately, and found the place to be buzzing with a little vibe you might expect of a trendy ramen establishment. I immediately got lost in the "graffiti" on the walls. Staff was pretty quick and made some good recommendations. I had the Tonkotsu, made with a traditional rich pork broth. It was delicious. The noodles were perfect. I wish the dish had been bigger. Next time I'm going to try the bao/buns. Holler if you're coming with.
Visit Restaurant Page"First off, the Thai Coconut Soup Cup. Imagine a cozy hug... in a cup. It's like your chicken got a PhD in deliciousness, teamed up with mushrooms and chili oil, and decided to go for a swim in a coconut chicken broth pool. It's a spoonful of heaven with a spicy kick that says, "Surprise!"Then, there's the Garlic Eggplant. This isn't your grandma's eggplant. This is wok-seared Japanese eggplant that went to culinary school. It's hanging out with red peppers, bok choy, and onions, all drenched in a sweet garlic sauce that'll make you forget your name. It's like a veggie party on a plate, and guess what? You're invited! Now, let's talk about the customer service. If there were a Customer Service Olympics, these folks would bring home the gold. They treated me so well, I almost asked if I could move in.In conclusion, if you haven't been to Doc Chey's, are you even living? It's a yes from me, and I'll be back faster than you can say "More Garlic Eggplant, please!"See you at the noodle house!"
"While dining at Big B's next door, I noticed the happy hour menu posted on the door at Taka Sushi. It was at that moment I knew I needed to come back and check it out. We'd brought the pup so we needed to sit outdoors... and of course it was raining... but luckily the outdoor seating was covered. Happy hour consisted of half off beers, discounted select glasses of wine, hot sakes & Taka vodka seltzer. $5 California and spicy tuna rolls and $4-5 salmon/tuna/hamachi nigiri. And honestly that's all I need to sustain myself LOL. We ended up gorging on nigiri and rolls - but to fill up further, we ordered off the regular dinner menu. The okonomiyaki hit the spot and the sashimi sampler was chef's kiss! The fish quality seemed lower in the happy hour dishes than the sashimi sampler, which of course, makes sense. I will have to come back again for a full dining experience to get a better picture of it all!"
"Dumpling Factory has become a new staple for lazy Sunday afternoons at Westside Paper. Their dumpling combos, which include a side of delicious soup, salad, or fried rice and steamed or pan-fried dumplings, are a great value meal! You order at the counter and sit, collecting your utensils and bowls near the water station. A cute robot will bring you your food shortly after that.Unfortunately, Dumpling Factory had a deal with Elsewhere brewing for a discount on a pint to bring into their restaurant to drink while you ate. Elsewhere is closing at the end of October 2024 (Support them while you still can!), and that was another incentive for us to ride our bikes there and hang out.We will still be back because the food is delicious and service is excellent."
"Best place in the Peachtree Center. It may be a mall but it's really a food court. Noodle Cafe is about the only thing here that's not fast food. Also the food isn't bland. This is the only thing worth in there. Better than average fastly made Asian food. It has many typical items. There's noodles of course but much more too. Food has some actual flavor. They offer a few spice levels. I like the Hot Braised Tofu With Vegetables as a healthy choice. It's about $7 for a large portion. This comes with braised tofu and vegetables. It's a good price for as much as you get. The vegetables are seasoned without being just salty. It mostly is just carryout. Some tables are available in the food court. The food is premade but you couldn't tell by the good taste."
"Parking right in the front with no wait! This place is bigger than it appears from the outside. Very clean and bright. Our server was Mindy and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the menu plus she had worked at our regular place a few years back so she could lead us to our favorites and boy did she! We got the original Tonkatsu pork with an extra egg (which were absolutely perfect) plus Mindy brought us their spicy sauce to liven it up to each of our tastes. My friend did one container and I ended up using 2 which made the broth so rich and just the right level of heat for me. This place was a great new ramen restaurant for us! Of course we will be back!"
"Fantastic biang biang noodles! Don't expect anything fancy from this spot - it's simply good food that's efficient and worthy. We came at lunchtime and there were barely any tables available. There isn't too much seating inside, but they do have space. You can order on the kiosk, or with a cashier.I got the spicy beef noodles, which was absolutely amazing. The beef was tender, flavorful, and so good with the sauce. They were also super generous with the portion size. For the biang biang noodles themselves, the texture was absolutely spot on - thick and wide and chewy, which held onto the spicy savory sauce so well. I also loved how there was a good amount of vegetables inside too.I would definitely recommend this spot, and am so glad I got the chance to try it! Might be some of my favorite biang biang noodles ever."
"While spending some time, on a cold day, at PCM we decided to get Pho. We stopped by Vietvana and I ordered the veggie broth based pho with tofu. I loved that the tofu was fried. The flavor of the broth was really good. The only constructive criticism I have is that I would have liked some vegetables in the pho. The tofu pho came with noodles, jalapenos and onions. Some broccoli, carrots, etc. would've been nice. Additionally, this pho did not come with the traditional pho toppings: bean sprouts, basil, etc. I would definitely return if at PCM."
"I returned for more...and ordered the same combo, Jjajangmyun and Tangsuyuk...but this time, I opted for the normal, instead of the spicy Jjajangmyun. The one thing that disappointed me was the presentation of Tangsuyuk especially. The toppings were quite skimpy last time too, but this time it was even worse! In my original version, there wasn't any carrots at all...just a few mushrooms. A VERY plain Tangsuyuk...possibly the plainest version I've ever seen?!? So I actually asked the Manager on duty (??) for the some carrots on the side. Thus, in my picture, you'll see a triple dose of carrot toppings. I just wish I didn't have to ask for it. Why get so cheap with the toppings?? It tasted great...but just didn't look as appetizing. Jjajangmyun was solid...as expected. I didn't realize until later that I could have added more black sauce (from the "Do-It-Yourself counter). Also, I found it somewhat hard to eat the noodle and the pork with the flimsy plastic utencils. I know this is a self-order, self-serving type eatery, but actual silverware would have been so much better...easier to eat! So yeah, there were disappointments in some aspects...in their budget-happy ways? Still, the foods made up for it. This is one place where I KNOW I'll get that perfectly authentic Jjangmyun. For that alone, decided not to dock any stars...and am sure to be back."
"Came for dinner a few weeks ago and it was good! They have a great happy hour menu! Our favorite was the chicken clay pot!"
"Noodle has been in College Park forever. I have lived in the area for 18 years and never had their food until the other day. My review is based on a delivery order. I ordered : Yum Yum ShrimpKorean Bulgogi BBQ with ChickenWonton SkinSmall House SaladWhat I received: Yum Yum ShrimpKorean Bulgogi BBQ with ChickenWonton SkinFried Calamari Although I wanted the salad, I was not mad that I received the Fried Calamari, so I didn't ask for a refund. Their mix-up. Yun Yum Shrimp was so good. It was hard not to eat it in entirety from the start. The sauce was perfect. Korean Bulgogi I requested chicken for my protein and added broccoli and onions. It already came with carrots and onions. The portion size is 12-14 ounces. Very large. So large I ate it at two different settings. It also comes with some fresh jasmine rice. The dish was very tasty. I like how they cut the chicken breast. On a bias and not chunks. Very nice. Fried Calamari. An ample portion to share. I shared it with my daughter. The plum sauce was very nice, and it tasted seasoned. Not bland. Wontons are just simply noodles. I should have ordered soup with that. I have to say they were fresh and not stale.Noodle, I will be back for more next time as a sit down in restaurant experience. Loved it."
"New Lan Zhou specializes in hand-pulled noodles. Apparently he makes them fresh every day, which is easy to believe since I've seen him hand-pulling the dough each time I've gone. The effort is certainly worth it; noodles have a nice chew and bounce to them. I've had the duck fried noodles as well some of the beef noodle soup. Both dishes were excellent with very generous portions (enough for at least two meals). They actually do take credit cards here, and orders are conveniently taken via kiosk. I highly recommend New Lan Zhou!"
"Came here for Mother's Day and we ENJOYED ourselves! The food was pretty delicious (ESPECIALLY the chicken fried rice). The portion sizes are huge so definitely expect to take home some leftovers. It was fun watching the robots drive around delivering food. (Although I hope in the future they don't switch to entirely robots and take away the human connection from waiters/waitresses) For now it was a good mix! The restaurant itself was so nice inside, simple but also a classy feel to it.Will definitely return if I'm in the area again!"
"Zoong Guk Jib is the best Korean-Chinese restaurant in Georgia. This place is about as "authentic" and legit as it gets in the States. That's all you need to know. If you want details, keep reading.Zoong Guk Jib or "jung-gug jib" is Korean for "Chinese home." The business opened in January 2022. It's located in the Duluth Village shopping center (Pho 24, Harue Korean Chicken, Rothem Cafe, White Windmill) on Peachtree Industrial Blvd, south of Pleasant Hill Rd. It replaced Korean homestyle restaurant Seoul Shin Jung (which I rated four stars back in 2017): https://bit.ly/3veSv0lThis place is popular, especially among the local Korean community. Try calling and making a reservation. We were able to get a reservation for our party of nine on a Sunday at 6:30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant's two dining rooms were completely full. We heard that waiting for a table here is common. Good luck on the weekends. This is one of those Korean businesses in Duluth that's owned and operated by Koreans for Koreans. Case in point, specials on the blackboard menu, just inside the entrance, were written in Korean only. Don't let that stop you though. The regular menu wasn't great when it came to English translations, but there were helpful pictures and the servers (at least, the ones we interacted with) were nice and accommodating. Plus, you can research what to order on Yelp beforehand.Below is a list of what we ordered, using the restaurant's English descriptions. I'll try to elaborate more on each. This list should give you a good idea of what this place has to offer and how much everything generally costs. I've been to my fair share of Korean-Chinese restaurants on/around Buford Highway and in Gwinnett County over the years and I don't remember any coming as close to Zoong Guk Jib in terms of variety. For example, they offer six different kinds of jajangmyeon and seven varieties of jjamppong (spicy noodle soup). Pretty much all the Korean-Chinese staples are on the menu and we got most of them.Noodle* Jjajang Myun x2 ($7.95 each) - noodles with black bean sauce, pork, and vegetables* Hae Mul Szechuan Style Jjajang Myun ($26.95) - noodles with black bean sauce in Szechuan style with seafood, pork, and vegetablesPork* Chopssal Tang Soo Yuk x2 ($21.95 each) - fried pork with sweet rice flour with sweet and sour sauce* Mapo Tofu ($20.95) - stir-fried tofu, minced pork, vegetables in chili bean sauce. Chicken* Kan Poong Ki ($22.95) - fried chicken in sweet and sour garlic sauce with spicy peppers and vegetablesShrimp* Creme Sae Woo ($28.95) - fried shrimp in creamy lemon sauceSpecial Dishes* Palbochae ($32.95) - stir-fried seafood and vegetables in spicy oyster sauce* Yan Jang Pi ($33.95) - stir-fried starch sheets with beef, vegetables, and cold seafood and vegetablesSide Dishes* Small White Rice x5 ($1.95 each)Everything was fresh, outstanding, and well executed with generous portion sizes.I think Zoong Guk Jib has the best Jjajang Myun in metro Atlanta. It's the best among those I've had in recent memory. The restaurant gets everything right, from the noodle texture to the balance and flavor of the jajang (fried black gravy) that covers the noodles. This was my first time trying Hae Mul Szechuan Style Jjajang Myun. It was something else. The best way for me to describe it is it's "Jjajang Myun Paella," complete with jumbo shrimp, shell-on mussels, octopus, and squid plus pork and greens. The Chopssal Tang Soo Yuk (fried pork) and Kan Poong Ki (fried chicken) were excellent. Both are served with sweet and sour sauce, but the sauces are different. The Chopssal Tang Soo Yuk sauce came with onion, carrot, red cabbage, and cucumber. The sauce was served on the side. For one dish, we poured the sauce on top. For the other, we dipped the pieces of pork into the sauce. It was yummy both ways. I really enjoyed the rice flour batter which had a softer, more delicate consistency. The Kan Poong Ki is similar to American Chinese food, e.g., fried chicken with sugary sauces, but better.I recommend the Palbochae, Yan Jang Pi, and Mapo Tofu. These dishes were filling, satisfying, and packed with flavor. You need to order them with rice. Unlike a typical Chinese restaurant, rice must be ordered separately here. The Palbochae and Yan Jang Pi amount to large stir-fries of meat and/or seafood with veggies and tasty sauces. Add squeeze-bottled spicy mustard to the Yan Jang Pi. The mustard elevates the dish to another level. The Mapo Tofu here is some of the best around.Complimentary kimchi and pickled takuan (danmuji -- yellow daikon radish) was served with our meal. Crisp and delicious.Service was great. Despite a busy dinnertime service, our entire order came out fast. The staff was friendly. And they provided plenty of scissors for us to cut the noodles.Closed Tuesdays.Shout-out to my friend and fellow Yelper Jinsoon Y for introducing me to some of the awesome dishes here: https://bit.ly/3S04Oqp"
"Delicious!! We had a party of 4 for dinner on Thursday, 1/18/24, at 7:30 pm. Valet parking, or you might be lucky to find parking in the garage close by, and there's street parking a little further away. The wait for our table only ended up being 10 minutes or so. Casual atmosphere. Athleisure is perfectly acceptable. Randy, the manager, was our waiter, and he was wonderful. He gave us honest recommendations, which we so appreciated. We split 4 appetizers and we each got our own ramen. Definitely didn't need 4 apps, but we couldn't decide and they were all incredible. Here's what I had:- Truffle Garlic Edamame: Super generous portion!- Shoyu Brussels: Crispy and amazing.- Crispy Gyoza: Good!!- Garlic Nori Fries: OMG, perfectly crispy.- Tonkotsu Ramen: Egg was cooked perfectly. Very good.Even with all the apps, the bill ended up being around $24 each, which is super reasonable.I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!"
"I don't know why this place isn't famous! I loved it! My friend and I were craving Thai for lunch - and this place was the closest for both of us. Upon entering, I was kindly greeted by a gentleman. He was the sweetest and brought my water instantly. After my friend arrived, he told us about the entree orders - how we can choose a soup or salad with any of the curry/rice/noodle options - which is amazing. I ordered the green Thai curry with Tom Yum soup. My friend got the Pad Thai with coconut soup. Our soups arrived in some time and they were both warm and comforting. It tasted delicious. Our entrees came later and they looked and tasted fantastic. 10/10. Totally recommend. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We finished our bowls clean. The prices are reasonable and there's plenty parking out front."
"I came here the other day and found it on seated. It sounded fancy before I got there, but when I got there I could not find it as its where a new Publix is coming and construction going on and had no sign whatsoever, The do have some lunches starting at 10.50. Add 2 small spring rolls for 95cents. The food came quick as only one other table occupied and chef was not occupied. It not a fancy place by any means but Im fine with that."
"Back to overindulge at one of my favorite restaurants! The service is always wonderful. It's spacious and peaceful and there are gender neutral restrooms if you're into that. The honey miso ramen is just as delicious as when I first tried it. Of course I got the buns and pork chasyu."
"Ordered their BBQ pork banh mi and also got to try my friend's shrimp vermicelli bowl. Out of the two, I would certainly come back for the vermicelli since it was a hefty portion and tasted fresh, bright, and delicious. The sandwich wasn't bad but prefer the pork to be sliced as opposed to almost grounded. Something also seemed to be missing that would have elevated it further, maybe scallion oil or vietnamese pâté? Anyways, I would come again to try more from their menu!"
"This restaurant vendor in food court serve traditional noodle. It is in the grocery store food court. The competition in the food court is great but there are plenty people visit the food court and make that very evenly distribute the business. We got the fish preserves vegetables noodle soup. There are a lot of fish fillets in the noodle soup. The preserves vegetables make it a bit sour. Soup base is good. A lot of food that can be take the remaining home."
"Y'all. I finally have an answer for when people ask me for the best pho in Atlanta. Hands down, my vote is for Pho Dai Nam. Ok, listen. I've been here a handful of times and almost every single time I've ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt. I usually don't order this at other pho restaurants but this place does it so well I can't refuse. We are talking about the perfect ratio of soup / meat / noodles. Speaking of meat, they are very generous with their meat servings even for a small order. The noodles are thick and delicious, not the el cheapo kind you find at most pho places. This place also doesn't skimp on vegetables and they also include a side of their house specialty hot sauce with your bowl. The house hot sauce really brings everything together. In my visits, I've tried the following:- Gỏi Cuốn (2): Fresh Spring Rolls with Pork & Shrimp- Bánh Bèo Chén: Savory streamed rice cake w/ shrimp- Phở Đặc Biệt: House special combination- Bún Măng Vịt: Duck & Bamboo Shoot Vermicelli Noddle Soup- Nui Xào Bò/Tôm: Rice Macaroni Stir-fried with Beef or ShrimpEverything is delicious! I honestly can't say I've ever had a bad dish here. I also love the cleanliness of the restaurant. Like most Asian restaurants, service is quick - I oftentimes can come during lunch and not be pressed for time. Pho Dai Nam remains one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants since I discovered it a couple of years ago. If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for?!"
"I thought Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle was great. If I thought local competitor Dagu Rice Noodle was good and I gave them four stars (https://bit.ly/35Hsfz2), does that mean I should give Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle five stars? I think I will. When it comes to Chinese rice noodle soup restaurants in metro Atlanta, this Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle location is the best I've tried so far.If you've been to Dagu, next to Quickly on Buford Highway, Ten Seconds is generally regarded as better because Ten Seconds' broth is more flavorful. I agree with this general opinion.Like Dagu, Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is a chain of Chinese rice noodle soup restaurants. The Chinese name is Shi Miao Dao (or "Shi Miaodao") which means "ready in 10 seconds." There are several Shi Miao Dao locations across the country including New York, DC (Rockville), Philadelphia, Houston, and Denver. This Ten Seconds location in Doraville used to be Qing Shu Malatang, opened in October 2019. Qing Shu Malatang became Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle sometime around the 2022 New Year (I submitted the Yelp business edit to change the name in February 2022 and it went through). After the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, I remember walking by Qing Shu Malatang several times on our trips to Tea Top wondering if they'd survive. Chinese rice noodle soups, with their boiling broths and multitude of dishes, aren't exactly takeout-friendly.During the early months of the pandemic, I noticed Qing Shu Malatang converted its front door to a takeout-only window, similar to Tea Top. The dining room has since reopened with clear dividers in between tables and the business has since rebranded. I was happy to see this place quite busy during our Saturday night visit. And I could see why this place is popular - the food was very good and everything was served quickly.Among my friends, opinions vary about this place. Some people love it and rave about it. Others, like my wife, are lukewarm about it. Those who feel the latter don't think Ten Seconds is bad, it's just not a place they'd go out of their way for or a place with a type of food they crave. As I wrote in my review for Dagu Rice Noodle, the version of Chinese rice noodles that Dagu, Ten Seconds, and other metro Atlanta restaurants, such as Yunnan Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle in Duluth, is known for originated in Yunnan province, China. Hence, "Yunnan" is the business name. Basically, what you get is deconstructed noodle soup: a bowl of boiling-hot, savory broth, a separate bowl of silky smooth, soft, thin, and round rice noodles, maybe a tray or bowl of meat, and a tray filled with small dishes of other various ingredients (mostly veggies).Aesthetically, the presentation looks great. The colorful and symmetrical "deconstructed" appearance plus the ability to put the ingredients in yourself are part of the fun and appeal of these places. Here, you also have the option for your bowl to be assembled for you in the kitchen. If you cook it yourself, it's supposed to take only 10 seconds for everything to cook and be ready to eat. I don't like eating foods that are too temperature-hot so I let my bowl sit for much longer than 10 seconds.Aside from the appetizers and cold dishes on the menu, pretty much everything else comes with everything you need. No "build your own" bowls or anything like that. Think of each entree on the menu as a complete, preset meal. There are nearly 50 soups to choose from and the menu has helpful pictures to ease decision-making.Here's what the four of us got:Apps/Cold Dishes:* A8. Cucumber Salad ($5.25)* A11. Spicy Tripe ($7.95)* A12. Black Fungus with Vinegar Sauce ($5.25)Sour Spicy Soup:* Sour Spicy Slice Beef Rice Noodle x2 ($13.95 each)* Sour Spicy Pork Chop Rice Noodle ($12.95)Szechuan Pepper Soup:* Szechuan Pepper Fish Rice Noodle Soup ($13.95)I enjoyed everything. I love tripe and appreciated the portion size of the Spicy Tripe here. It was delicious. If you like tripe, I recommend it. The Cucumber Salad and Black Fungus (wood ear) were fresh and spicy and are worth ordering as well.As far as the broths went, I thought both the Sour Spicy and Szechuan broths were nice and flavorful. I don't think you can go wrong with either. The sliced beef was served in rolls like at Chinese hot pot. The pork chop was partially cooked, with some sort of coating on the outside (like flour or cornstarch), sliced, and served in a bowl. It was like a Taiwanese fried pork chop, but I'm not sure it was fried. The fish was a whitefish that was served in sizable filets and, unlike the beef and pork, the fish meat was served already cooking in the boiling broth. The small dishes, not described on the menu, included quail egg, fishcake, tofu skin, corn, Chinese garlic chives, snow ear, Chinese pickled mustard greens, sliced ham, wood ear, and iceberg lettuce. All of the ingredients were fresh and good quality. The old Chinese lady servers were curt."
"Best restaurant in the ATL for unique dishes. Their menu has more different items than any restaurant around. Try these three:Tuna Symphony - wonderful sushi Portobello and Spinach - my favorite all timeMixed Veggie Bowl - I know....sounds simple but it bursts with flavor! The best dishes we have had! Been coming here 25 years. Love it!"
"Great good at great prices! Definitely check out the larb and Thai roti, but the basil rolls are delicious as well. All the dishes are authentic and well-made. You can also get large bowls of soup (try the Tom Kha Gai) to share for the table. Pad Prik King and Basil Noodles are both awesome!! I love the Thai iced coffee as well.
