First time visiting Arnaud's and I'm glad I did. It was just my daughter and me on a rainy day. Decided to try them out. She got her crawfish and I got the fish plate. Man was it good!So as I always say, first impressions are lasting impressions. Yes, it was a rainy day, yes, it was a cool day but none of that mattered. The staff was friendly, the food was hot, and the price was right. We are definitely visiting again but next time we're trying their coffees.

I used to eat here every Friday but the last 2 times the fish had a nasty different taste to it I just didn't like it. The owners are great people but I just can't trust wasting money like that!!

I'm really impressed with this food truck and the whole set up. I would not have expected Goode seafood to come from a food truck. But they are probably the best place to get seafood in Huntsville.We will definitely be coming back here for more shrimp.My one gripe would be that "mild" is still quite spicy.

One of the best in Huntsville Texas, the food and drink are awsome! Prices are reasonable.The staff is friendly! They need indoor seating but this place is worth a trip, and now they have beer too!

Positive The food came out hot and it was quick. Sweet tea and friendly staff was amazing! Negative I was not a fan of the seafood breading it was tough not crispy as I expected for being fried.
