"I took my husband here for a special occasion during our vacation with our daughter. He wanted some place a little bit upscale, but sticking with the southern bbq theme which dominated our vacation. The ambiance is upscale rustic with dim lighting without being considered romantic. It was definitely a cool feel. Our server was very nice and attentive answering our questions and even playing with our toddler. Kids were definitely welcome here even though it clearly wasn't their marketed crowd. We sat at a booth and ordered a few drinks and appetizer to start. We got the fried green tomatoes. They were absolutely delicious! The breading was crispy and the bacon jam enhanced the salty/savory flavor profile. We were incredibly surprised by how good they were. For my entree, I got the baby back ribs. They were fall off the bone with smokey, savory flavors. It was very good. It was very good and came with sides of cornbread and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was standard good, but the cornbread was delicious. The perfect pairing of sweet and savory while being moist. It was very good! Plus, you got all that food for around $23. I was left feeling very full. During our dinner, I had to use the bathroom and everything was clean and well maintained. You know if the bathrooms are clean, they must care about cleanliness. We were very happy with our time here and I recommend if you are in the area."
"Love the vibes. Sat outdoor to enjoy the sun. Our server so sweet & friendly. she always check on us. Food is good. Love the crab dip & seafood pasta. As for spicy garlic noodles, it's an okay for me. It's too saucy. Overall, I will rate this place a. 5. Already planning to be back with our big families on this upcoming holiday."

"Food is amazing at Perry's.Anytime hubby & I go here food is always delicious.Been here two years in a row for our birthdays."
"I don't visit my friends and family in Mansfield often (it's been 10 years), and we try different places but Our Place is the only place we have breakfast. The ambiance is delightfully cozy. They've freshed and expanded it in the decade since I was last there; all my favorite decor items were still there, still fresh looking among the newer things. And they all looked so good together. The wait staff is friendly and prompt and super helpful. And the food is always good. The last time I was there - 10 years ago - I had the pancakes and eggs with bacon and I still remember it. A whole decade later. Good food. They've changed the menu slightly but all my favorites are still there. This time, we ate there twice. Saturday morning, I chose the Texas Waffle plate, with eggs and bacon. And this time, they served the coffee in pottery mugs, lovely large pottery mugs. And they sold them. I got the dark blue one and will enjoy it and the memory of the people working there - hopefully not for another whole decade. I might return sooner. But until then, I have the lovely mug.We also ate there Sunday, before I returned home. This time, I had one of hte mini breakfasts - 1 egg, 1 piece of bacon, and 1 biscuit - plenty to see me off on my return journey. As always - delightful waitstaff, prompt, helpful, friendly, and the food hot and fresh, well prepared and delicious. The best parts haven't changed in a decade and I hope they last decades longer."
"Yes. Resounding yes! Stellar food, great value. Still want to try their burger at lunchtime on Friday. The port chop is the star of the show. Everything is done very well. Never a disappointment in all the times I have been."
"We loved the decor and the ambiance here. It had a lively after work bar area. Our server was very professional. The Buzz cocktails that we had were extremely delicious. My friends each got the 1/2 chicken dish and devoured every bite raving over the flavor. I got the Wagu burger with fries and thought that it was good but not great. I will give it a five as all things added up to me definitely being happy to return. They even make and sell their own soy candles which smell wonderful. They were burning here and there around the restaurant and added to the cozy atmosphere."
"HG Sply is in a nice location on the banks of the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, just off the Chisholm Trail Parkway. They have an interesting menu with minimally processed, responsibly sourced food. Burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, bowls and heartier dishes with meat, fish and sides. They have a nice cocktail menu, too, that changes seasonally. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed, and you can park for free next to the restaurant in the garage."
"This is a review for the brand new Non-Alcoholic beverage menu.We came in tonight for the new menu and got to try them on the house. What fun!! Thanks, first off to the best server ever! And to management for the kickoff event. The mocktail menu exceeded our expectations. It was beyond combined ingredients. Instead, it was fun, energized creative concepts. I started with strawberry citrus and loved it. It had tartness and was sooo good. My companion had Dr. Pepper with vanilla bean cream. I assumed it was cream soda but no it was cream. Whole new level of drink. It was our favorite of the night. I let our server pick our third drink which was creamcicle. I also wanted to try huckleberry but was so full by then haha! I can't wait to go back and try some more."
"This was the best meal I had in Fort Worth. The steak was amazing. The sides were delicious and they have an extensive wine selection. I hosted a private event here and they let me bring a long horn on site for the guests. It was amazing"
"Service was good and the portion sizes are definitely Texas made. The front door was super weird though, took us a little bit to figure out that was the entrance. The food was also on the salty side. The brussel sprouts were my favorite thing I ate, I could've just eaten those by themselves."
"Dined at Stock & Barrel on a Thursday evening with a group of friends. We were seated immediately when we got there, the place is well done and different than typical Dallas restaurants. There is street parking around, or a lot across the street. For appetizers we tried the crispy truffled oyster mushrooms, wagyu meatballs, whipped feta, and braised ribeye cigars. The oyster mushrooms seemed like their take on using mushrooms to make a calamari-like dish. I liked it, but couldn't eat more than a few pieces as it was a bit oily. The whipped feta dip was perfection. Salty, spicy, and perfectly paired with crostinis - yum! The group loved the remaining items, and especially loved the wagyu meatballs. For my main dish I got the falafel sandwich with fries on the side. The fries were very good, perfectly crispy and just the right thickness. The falafel sandwich was very flavorful too, but unfortunately I was too full to dive too deep into it. I guess a good problem to have, right? Our server was friendly and on top of it. Overall, great experience at Stock & Barrel!"
"Date night last night we decided to give Sundown a try. We were hoping for seating on the rooftop however we weren't allowed to go up. Perhaps there was a private event. We opted for patio seating since it was such a nice night. To start we decided to share the Kale salad which consists of Arugula. Kale, radicchio, apples, goat cheese. Chili pecans, pickled red onion, craisons, and topped with pomegranate balsamic vinegar. The salad was light and refreshing and a perfect size to share. We also ordered the Mac n cheese and for an entree the braised short ribs|Demi glaze|garlic whipped potatoes and brocolini. The short ribs were amazing so tender and flavorful, I can't wait to go back and order this again. To end the night on a sweet note we decided on the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream."

Stopped by for weekend brunch and we had a really nice time! I can't remember our server's name, but he was a lovely college man with a great attitude. I started with a delicious Guava Jalapeno Margarita. Highly recommend as it was very refreshing in the hot summer weather. Foodwise, tried the following: Mini Elk Tacos - very tasty, but I would never be able to tell it was elk if the menu didn't say it was. The other flavors covered the elk too much making it a bit disappointing.Barbacoa Chilaquiles - the absolute worst chilaquiles my guy and I have ever had in our lives. Extremely soggy chips, which is unfortunate because the barbacoa was delicious. We actually ended up sending it back because it was too gross to eat (note: this is definitely not how chilaquiles should be despite what the kitchen staff says).Wagyu Pastrami Hash - this was insanely good! Such a unique and delicious dish! We could not get enough of it. The flavors were perfectly balanced and complimented one another in every way. Would come back here for the guava jalapeno margarita and the wagyu pastami hash for sure!

Excellent weight staff enjoy the Texas fig salad along with the spicy noodles with chicken. The full-size portions were enough for two people to split.

Couldn't wait to go to Perry's and left disappointed.Had a reservation for 3, for our annual Christmas get together. Was seated within 5 - 10 minutes of arrival. This restaurant is beautiful. The decor gives luxury, the lighting is dim, nice for a date night.But....the service! Immediately the waitress vibe was not good. Sadly I feel that she stereotyped us, and she looked like us. It took forever to get our drinks (2 mocktails and a lemonade). 1 drink was returned due to it tasting like mint and the drink ingredients didn't contain mint. Next one was brought out in a dirty glass with something red on the inside of the cup.Food finally arrived, and one person's order didn't come out. Again mind you it's only 3 of us with very simple orders. We told the runner what we were missing, he said it's coming out, and never did. We advised the waitress after she finally made her way back to our table, as well as asked for plates for the sides that had been just sitting. She insisted that she did put the whole order in and would take care of it. A few moments later the manager came out with the entree, apologized, and said it's on the house. The pork chop bites were tiny, overcooked, and overpriced. The vegan chop steak was great, and so were the sides. The sides were actually really good. Once we received the check the entree that was on the house was still on there, we told her, she got an attitude and said well he didn't tell me. But she fixed it. Will I go back? I doubt it. Bad customer service is a BIG no, no for me. The food was okay but nothing I will be talking about in the future. We still enjoyed ourselves, but the service was simply unacceptable.

Our Place is located off Debbie near the FM 157 in Mansfield, serving great breakfast and brunch in a lovely environment with plentiful food choices for the whole family. We visited this fine establishment on a Sunday right after the brunch rush and had to wait a couple of minutes in the waiting area to be seated. The interior is well decorated, and there is an abundance of tables and chairs to sit at for families and large groups. We were seated, and our drink orders were placed along with menus that were provided to our table. We went ahead and ordered a black coffee to start the day off right along with the chicken fried chicken that came with vegetable soup and a choice of 2 sides. We also ordered pancakes, bacon, and 2 over medium eggs. We ordered a kids' plate of macaroni and cheese and fries. Our server came and brought a basket of freshly baked bread with muffins. The chicken fried chicken was perfectly battered and deep-fried golden to perfection. It was smothered in a creamy gravy, and the chicken was well-seasoned and moist. The vegetable soup was flavorful and complemented the dish very well. The bacon was crispy while the pancakes were fluffy and soft. The eggs were cooked just right with the perfect amount of ooze coming from the yolks. The macaroni and cheese was definitely cheesy, and my daughter enjoyed the dish quite well. The star of the show was the baked bread and muffins. They were nice and warm and airey, and I found myself devouring every piece of bread along with the churned butter. Our Place was a terrific place to eat for a Sunday brunch, and our family enjoyed it very much. The customer service provided was top-notch, while the staff worked effortlessly to get guests in and seated. The food quality and service were outstanding, and the prices were fair and affordable. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something new but most of all to get my hands on the freshly baked bread.

Highly recommend Perry's for any special occasion--a birthday, an anniversary, or even if you're just looking to impress that date. This place will not disappoint. The staff is attentive, the service flawless, and you'll want for nothing during your visit. As a self-proclaimed steak snob who can cook better steak than 90% of restaurants in DFW, I can confidently say Perry's is in the top 10%. Their steaks are phenomenal. Order one medium rare, and you're in for a treat--it's that good. The wine pairings are equally impressive. It's clear the staff is well-trained to recommend the perfect pairing, and they absolutely nail it every time.I highly recommend Perry's for an unforgettable dining experience.Also....dont sleep on the sea food. That sea food tower is down to impress. If pasture food isn't your thing....pull something out of the sea. It's all good.

This place is great - the food is delicious and made from scratch, the service is always prompt and attentive, and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Starters: I love the deviled eggs & truffle fries Entrees: My favorites have been the fish tacos & chicken parmesan - my fiancé loves their burgers and pizza

Love this place. The food always feels so fresh and when they open up the windows on a nice sunny day, it's an outstanding place to stay for a long lunch. I've never had a bad experience here; the servers are top notch.Today I had The Fried Rice bowl with quinoa "meatballs." It's my favorite thing there. I've tried to duplicate it at home to no avail.

This is a great place to grab a late night dinner! Love the camp-themed vibes of the restaurant, their extensive beverage list, and creative dishes. I stopped by for a late date night meal and left very happy with the experience! Our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed during the meal. We started with the cheese curds with nashville hot ranch (amazing). The portion was a bit smaller than expected, but still really good. I got my to-go here, which is spaghetti and beetballs. My non-vegetarian boyfriend loved it - this dish is so complex, creative, and really nutritionally dense. It's also just delicious! He ordered the kung pao bowl with tofu - it was alright! Overall, I'm a big fan. The booths are spacious, and so many items on the menu are a hit. As a side note, they have the best bang-for-your-buck lunch special I've seen in DFW, so I would recommend that as well! My only grievance is they got rid of two of my favorite dishes ever - the nashville hot portobello and the banana foster brioche french toast. Please bring them back!!!

"The Common Table is the place to be for brunch if you're in Dallas. It's officially a "must-visit" any time I'm in town. I dined on a Sunday morning. I strongly recommend making a reservation beforehand as the seats fill up quickly. It's a lively brunch (hip-hop themed) so expect to be yelling to communicate but you're only communicating if you're not singing to the music, eating the delicious food, or cheering your mimosas. And honestly, you're gonna be havingsuch a great time you probably won't even notice the volume after while. This restaurant has amazing energy and is a huge space with indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the blackened chicken and scrambled eggs over grits. 10/10. I want to say I would order this every time but after tasting a bit of every dish on the table, I'm excited to try another flavorful, fresh, dish. Definitely go check out The Common Table."
"One of the best bars in FW!I went in early on a Friday for lunch! It was quiet and slow, and the bartender was fantastic!! Knowledgeable and friendly!Upon his recommendation I tried the Potion #9. Think blueberry lemonade, and you cannot really taste the alcohol, but man... it's there! Excellent balance!I had the Pot Stickers for an app, and they were great! Crispy fried on the side, and full of flavor! Would highly recommend! For my lunch I had an Aussie & a Viet Philly pie! The Viet Philly pie was pretty fantastic, and I really enjoyed it. The crust was light and flaky, and it was full of delicious filling and caramelized onions! The Aussie pie was closer to a cheeseburger filling, and tied as my favorite! It was a different flavor, but I really enjoyed it!For a quick lunch, this place nailed it!5 STARS"
"Stumbled upon Lower Greenville upon a recommendation of a Dallas native. We drove from downtown to this area. Hide is located in the center of the Lower Greenville neighborhood. This area is known for Greenville Avenue, a lively dining and nightlife strip packed with trendy bistros, tequila bars and convivial patios hung with festive lights.Hide has two levels and the rooftop patio looks very inviting. We came early afternoon so that area wasn't open but Happy Hour was in full swing. Happy hour has a variety of drinks and food items. We got the the smash burger and crispy artichoke for food. The burger was really delicious. The crispy artichokes were too greasy. The drinks were super tasty. My husband grabbed an old fashion and he ordered me the Mai tai. Both cocktails on HH but you had to pay for the premium ice cube for the old fashioned which was used for 2 drinks. My husband liked the fact that they engraved their initial into the ice cube. Very good experience at this bar. Our bartender was engaging and had some awesome red tattoos. Wish I could give her a shoutout because her drinks were made with care. Check this spot out if in the area. I would hands down recommend this establishment."
"If you've seen my previous reviews you know I am a big fan of Tavern. I rarely eat a sandwich or burger, etc. because ... bread... Carbs. LOL. But I love bread, sammies, and burgers of any and every sort. Today because I was particularly hungry I was weak and opted for the French Dip. LOL. I love French Dips. This was good, but not up to what I would have expected from Tavern. I loved the way in which it was sliced into three manageable sections (two of which went home!). What was missing for me was the robust, rich, beefy flavor I'm hoping for in a French Dip sandwich. I would love to see more cheese, more mayo and a much, much more robust and flavorful au jus. The flavors just did not sing. But I made a discovery that is going to prove problematic for me on future visits. The French fries. Damn. I cannot undiscover this. LOL. These this are so ridiculously, crazy good. Wow. Thin cut, crispy, perfectly seasoned. So good! Finish them while they're hot."
"Take out deliveryEverything came in the order and packed well. Had the Manhattan Bowl and the Chicken Bowl, and a side of Garlic Fries Both were really good and just the right spice on each dish. It was more than enough for two people. Even had left overs. I recommend this place for take out and I plan on ordering from there again soon."
"Nova, the neighborhood bar for Bishop Arts, is top-notch! If you haven't visited yet, you're missing out. This bar is the go-to spot for locals who enjoy its friendly and inviting atmosphere.Nova's full menu is available until midnight, and they offer a late-night menu until around 1 am. If you come hungry, you won't go home hungry! I recently tried their new menu and was blown away by the Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Salad. I added Scottish salmon to mine, creating a meal so delightful it made me skip all the way home.Another standout is the ribeye paired with a crab cake. The crab cake, made with bell peppers, is unique and pairs wonderfully with the steak.Whether you're looking for a great dive bar, a place to meet new friends, or a spot to grab a bite to eat, I highly recommend visiting Nova."
"Arguably the best patio in dallas (grapevine bar gives it a little competition) but it's Definitely the best thing to happen to west dallas since trinity groves. Great food Lively cocktails and super awesome service The patio is HUGE, pet friendly, and "divided" into dinner and bar area but the two areas compliment one another I've been here twice now and missed the live music so I can't comment on that but all of the food has been amazing My favorite snack was the Cuban cigars and our favorite main was the burger Favorite cocktail was the margarita with the spicy situation upgrade (add incrementally) They have fire pits and food trucks And complimentary valet I think you have no excuse NOT to come check it out You'll thank me when you do"
"Absolutely loved this place, will definitely be visiting again! It's industrial chic inside, think cement and brick dressed up with leather booths and warm wood. The bar is beautiful! My friends and I started with cocktail flights, all delicious (the Kitty Coley and Old Fashioned were my favorite). We split Mac n cheese, a tenderloin grilled cheese and the shakshuka. The food was great (portions were a bit small but big flavor).Tito took care of us, he was very attentive and friendly. The manager also checked in, all around great service!"
"We enjoyed Bin 303 again last night with guests from overseas. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating. Our food was delicious between the salmon; the ribeye; and the filets. The kids burger (ordered medium) was well done and not eaten. We waited at least 30-40 minutes from the time of ordering until our food was brought out. We also ordered dessert and it was all delicious (key lime pie, chocolate mousse, and creme brûlée) and waited about 15 minutes for them. Overall a good experience, despite a long wait times. The restaurant itself is very cute, but attire of some of the other waitresses made it seem very informal despite menu prices. One waitress wore a see through white tshirt with no bra and nipples were very visible to everyone; quite off putting for such a nice restaurant."
"Super friendly staff! Chill & casual ambiance with surprisingly good food! Cocktails are exceptional and the beer selection is extensive! Solid happy hour and trivia in Thursday's are good fun."
"The place is a good option if you are around the area. It seems very popular for locals. - The food was good, but honestly it wasn't wow. It was well portioned, and it's the typical comfort food. They do have hamburgers, sandwiches, and salad options. - The service was extremely good. Our server Zita (I hope I am spelling that correctly) was on point with her recommendations, and very attentive. - Parking it's shared with all the other locals, so it may get packed at peak hours. - they have plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and it's good for small and larger parties. They have booth, table, and bar seating."
"The best fried rice I've ever eaten in my entire life The food quality's consistently, the staffs are always friendly and helpful I have took most of my friends/family members to this every time someone paid us a visit"
"Food was pricy but you get what you pay for and we got far more in quality, service and ambiance than we paid for. We will be going back and we are all looking forward to it. Thanks for the quality of food and friendliness of staff that was shown to us on our first time visit. As I said, we will be back!"
"Neighborhood Services is wildly popular in the Dallas area. They're a part of a restaurant group that includes Montlake Cut and Town Hearth. This is my least favorite of the group by a large margin. Don't get me wrong, nothing is bad. .. just not what I was expecting considering the reputation. The "CFS" or Country Fried Steak is one of their signature dishes. It's made with wagyu beef. I can't say my pallet was sophisticated enough to discern the difference. I found it to be a little greasy, yet dry. .. could've used a bit more seasoning too. The Crispy Shrimp were pretty good, but standard. The hand pie was exceptional. I'd go back just for dessert. Service could've been more attentive, though not rude. I'd revisit if someone really wanted to go. I'd stick to appetizers, cocktails, and desserts though."
"We absolutely adore the original chop shop. It is so good so fresh and so delicious they make some of the very best sandwiches. I always go for the green power drink kale number four. I think it's so good so fresh I have them shove a whole lemon in there it's delicious, very friendly"
"Come hungry! Portions here are very generous and filling -- I thought prices were fair for the amount of food of you get. We ordered the Cowboy Cobb Salad, Tostada Chips & Queso, Firebird, Hand-punched Fries, and a Chocolate Milkshake. Everything was pretty good! I especially liked how generous the Cowboy Cobb was -- it was my entire entree, but I had to share with it my husband because of how much food there was. My husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich very much -- it was pretty spicy; and a mess to eat. Queso was actually a bit too salty, so we couldn't eat too much of it, but the milkshake really balanced it out. It was really hot when we came, so we couldn't sit outside, but there were tables and high-tops inside to choose from. The decorations and theme were super fun -- it was loud and casual. Service was the weak point of this experience. It was self-seating, so it kinda felt like we were initially ignored or forgotten by the staff, even after smiling, making eye contact, and waving at someone. It looked like there were a lot of waitstaff, but only one gentleman (Tramaine) was running around and helping the tables. He took our order and checked up on us periodically, so he was actually great; but I'm not even sure if we were technically in his section because it felt like he was running around the entire restaurant and I remember thinking that the others should be helping more. As a result, service was a bit slow; but I can't fault Tramaine for that as it was a pretty busy evening. Overall, it was a good experience! We really enjoyed the food and thought the theming was nice. The restaurant is also located in a nice plaza where you can walk around afterwards to get some fresh air and digest. LOL."
"Great food, the menu is limited and pricey but items always taste great. Get a shareable board or chips--they're all amazing. The wine list is extensive! There are other drinks but I cannot go here and not get my favorite wine, F Bomb. This is the only place I've ever seen have it. They do take reservations which I highly recommend. The inside doesn't have much seating. The patio has a great ambiance. Sometimes there's live music. End your night outside with a s'mores board!"
"If you're searching for a brunch spot that nails both flavor and vibe, look no further than Suburban Yacht Club! Their brunch menu is packed with incredible options, and I couldn't get enough of the hot honey chicken sandwich. The crispy chicken, paired with just the right amount of sweet and spicy honey, was a total game-changer.But the epic breakfast burrito was equally unforgettable--loaded with all the right ingredients and full of flavor in every bite. It's perfect if you're craving a hearty, satisfying brunch option. And let's not forget the mimosas, which were absolutely delicious and refreshing, making the entire experience that much better. This place knows how to do brunch right!Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a standout brunch experience. You'll want to come back again and again!"
"I got the butcher burger with fries ($17.99) for takeout during lunch. It was a little over 20-minute wait and the host was very accommodating providing water. The burger was excellent-- very juicy and the sauce was amazing. It was one of the best burger I had in a while. The truffle fries were also very crispy and good. I would go back for a special occasion as it looked like a fancy restaurant!"
"This is a very elegant restaurant. Before you even visit the place, please set a reservation because it gets busy during the weekends and parking is only reserved for the restaurant. People will be towed if you arent a guest and you park in their exclusive parking lot. The menu is very simple and the food is delicious! The burger with bacon mixed in the patty made me question its safety. Pork is supposed to be cooked to 165F and having a burger with bacon mixed in that's not well done (or cooked to 165F) could be a health risk since the server asked us how we wanted our burger cooked. Maybe yall can answer this question? Overall, besides food safety, my group and I had phenomenal food! Our server was patient and took her time to repeat our orders back to her. The cherry on top was the carrot cake which was incredible!! It's homemade. Not too sweet; absolute perfection! Overall, this is a good place to dine."
"Love that the patio is dog friendly and the veggie burger is Smokey and delicious!! Our server was incredibly friendly! The patio had fans that kept us nice and cool on a 90 degree day. Prices are great and my dog loved that they offered him a beef patty! I was also greeted by a lovely special needs gentleman - I think it's so wonderful this business employs and supports people with special needs. I'm proud to support this local business . We will be back!"
"Was stranded in Dallas on Christmas Eve. Found this place trying to have dinner and a drink. Absolutely amazing service. Eli (bartender) was phenomenal. Great drinks and very personable.Ordered the French Onion soup and it was very good. Followed up with a short rib special that, unfortunately, came out cold. The flavor was good but it was cold. I mentioned it to Ely (normally I would just eat it was Christmas Eve and I just really wanted to be home) and he took care of it immediately.Had the schnitzel instead, very good!Recommend this place for anyone wanting good food and great service!"
"Aaron was our server very attentive, the food was delicious, we had the Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans.... We were celebrating our grandsons birthday, he had the Bison Meatloaf, it was yummy as well. They brought him a slice of cake with a sparkler!!! Nice!! Will definitely return!!! Great decor!"
