The Thai Tea Panna Cotta is made with pistachio shortbread, & butterscotch whip.
Lavender lemonade

The Lemon Meringue Pie's filling was smooth and creamy and the meringue was billowing and irresistible.

The pie had a nice balance of lemon and sweet.
The Potato Gnocchi is made with Florida white shrimp, wild sorrel, crème fraiche, & caviar.
The spam had a great salty & teriyaki taste to it.
We had the Roasted Spring Radishes as our side of vegetables.
Pancake
We started off our dinner with shots of the Apple Blossom cocktail. The Apple Blossom is made with Laird's Apple, lemon, & apple cider.
Mimosa
Holy moly, this skillet cookie was sinfully delicious.
The Housemade Spam is made with pan fried rice cake, rhubarb amba, nori, & smoked pork tare.
The Potato Gnocchi was incredible and became my favorite of the meal.
The Bay Scallops were delicately sweet and buttery with a tender texture.
Buttermilk Pancake

The Bay Scallops are made with sweet pea, ham, bell pepper, & tarragon.
Corned Lamb Hash
As a pick me up before dessert, Ross had an espresso and I had an Espresso Martini.

Great spot attached to the Hyatt Centric. Bar is great with a good selection. Had brunch there today. The breakfast tacos were great. I ordered the breakfast burrito. Order this if you are hungry! It was large and plenty to eat. Service at the bar was great as well.

Modern spacious restaurant inside of a Hyatt. Churro french toast was a small portion but simple and tasty. i probably wouldn't get again due to the portion tbh.Eggs benedict was alright. Nothing to rave about. I did like the crispiness on the edges of the flavorless potatoes.Coffee with chocolate and caramel syrup was actually really good. The lavendar coffee was alright.Overall it is what you would expect for a nice hotel restaurant breakfast.

-Walnut in fashion 6/10 decent but not much walnut coming through. Kind of just a solid old fashioned-Espresso old fashioned 6/10 very espresso forward! - Veggie and sausage hash- sadly was missing most of the veggies and came out just potato and onion and sausage but our server was sweet and took it off - Churro French toast- yum!! Tip: There's street parking but honestly just walk or take a scooterBigger tip: Come for the brunch stay for the drag! We heard a commotion while waiting for our meal and it turned out that we stumbled in on drag brunch day which was an absolute delight!

My daughter & I spent time at this adorable restaurant last evening. The manager, Riley, was the most congenial, accommodating & personable host. He made our evening an experience one to remember. My daughter is in Denver for lung treatments at a nearby hospital. Riley came to the table, spoke to her at length, found out her favorite band and played their music to her hearts content. Jeffrey offered my daughter beautiful words of encouragement, and I loving fist bump, Jelly was kind as could be and Riley, simply the bar by which all mgmt should aspire. The food and service were impeccable, ambiance is cozy & stylish, only to be complemented further by bar staff Jeffrey, Jelly & manager Riley. Hyatt & Apple Blossom should be proud of these outstanding employees who made our experience incredibly memorable.Thank you each & all. My daughter posted videos to her tiktok and the fandom of the group you played (Tokio Hotel) went crazy for her experience.

Wow!Now one of our favorite breakfast venues! After just one visit!!We stopped in on Mother's Day, as our other favorite venues were all doing big brunches. Our preference is to order off the menu vs surfing the brunch buffet. So, we made our way to Apple Blossom - 11 blocks from our home. Not far, but sort of outside our typical range. Especially during a consistent light rain storm. No worries! A shuttle ride from Union Station got us really close. Then a short one block walk to Apple Blossom restaurant - in the Hyatt. Here, the restaurant just had the menu to order from, with a few specials for Mother's Day!Perfect!Along the way we had stopped for coffee. This time, 2 soy milk lattes as the coffee shop was out of oat milk. No worries! These coffees, from Illy, were delicious! On to the menu at Apple Blossom. Our server, gave us a nice overview of the menu and was very friendly and engaging. We loved the menu and after input from our server we decided on pancakes - cooked in a cast iron skillet and then finished in the oven. This would yield one pancake for each of us. She ordered hers plain. I ordered mine with sliced banana on top and Nutella. Both versions of their pancake were fantastic. Light!Fluffy!Delicious!Big!These pancakes take a bit longer to cook. Yet, ours came out fast. In any event, they are worth waiting for!Highly recommended if you like pancakes. Especially if you love pancakes!!Service was great. The venue is very comfortable. And we sat by a huge window and watched the rain fall on 18th street. What a nice breakfast at Apple Blossom!!

Since it was in our hotel we eat there every morning. Staffs are very nice. All of them were super friendly and helpful. They make very good espresso and breakfast. Also they serve tea in a little pot and then you can pour on your on. Avocado toast comes with arugula and tomato and pickled onion with some balsamic vinegar and it was amazing. I took without egg on the top, and also comes with whole potato which was a good combination. Also their burgers are very good but if you want side of bacon or avocado they will charge you 6 bucks. Little over priced. Alo breakfast burrito was very good and very Big couldn't even finish it. Everything Is so clean and tables are always set up for dinning. I wish I had a chance to eat lunch or dinner.

I was excited to try this place based on reviews and photos but was sadly disappointed. I don't prefer to post negative reviews but if your an out of town we like me, I want to give you a chance to make other decisions.Service was friendly but the food was mediocre at best. Coffee was served luke warm (more like room temp with spot of cold due to the creamer) and they failed to share they were out of bagels for the salmon board I ordered until my plate was presented. When I questioned it, the response was simply "oh, didn't he tell you we only had toast or English muffin when you ordered?" It also wasn't until then that I could even ask for a hot cup of coffee. As you'd expect, cream cheese and salmon on toast was quite bland. Son had the breakfast burrito, which looked wonderful but he was also disappointed with the lack of flavor. Given the room temp coffee and meal deficiencies, I was surprised I wasn't offered any accommodation (at a minimum, take the coffee off the check...)

Very cozy atmosphere and the food was all so tasty! The pasta was recommended by our waitress and I'm so glad I got it. The flavors were popping in every single dish though. Love it!

Apple Blossom's Sunday drag bingo brunch is a must! It's so much fun and the food is great! I went with. A group of girlfriends for bottomless mimosas and a good time, didn't disappoint! I ordered avocado toast which was really yummy. Plenty of avocado, fried potatoes were HUGE! I don't usually like mimosas but theirs were fantastic, better champagne choices than other places and the juice tasted fresh squeezed.Highly recommend, the staff is friendly, and I can't wait to go back!

Well I came back here to try and give it another go. Boy was I disappointed again. The food is mediocre at best, even though I appreciate some of the touches they've added to dishes. Nothing felt very inspired. The service was atrocious and when I asked to speak to the manager, the server said she was unavailable. When I asked, apparently her name is Elle or something, I was told she was unavailable. I didn't even see her one time during my two hour meal. What kind of a place doesn't have a manager readily available within 10-15 minutes? That was shocking. Highly recommend not checking this place out...there are several other place close by to dine in with a much better feel.
