Everything here is perfect! You wouldn't expect this to be a fave spot for burgers and fries (because they have a TON of other incredible options) but please make sure you swing by on a Tuesday to get the best burger you'll ever have. Plus it's all night happy hour on Tuesdays!

All the food we ordered was amazing. The portions are definitely small, even for the "larger" dishes like the steak frites (lots of fries, not tons of steak)The biggest issue was the amount of time between all the courses. We ordered 4 different things and we waited over 15-20 mins between each plate. The quality of the food made up for it each time, but we definitely would've liked it to be a little quicker. We will be back!

Service was good, cocktails were very good, fries were excellent. The butter lettuce salad that was outrageously good last time was very meh this time. Dressing was very acidic, not much cheese and a few tiny bits of shallots and walnuts underneath it all. Mussels were not of high quality and half were dry. Green garlic, fennel and absinthe broth? It barely had any taste. Pork was very good as usual, but wasn't super fond of the curry drops. Paris Brest was good but obviously a few days old as it was hard. A bit disappointed. On the fence if I will return.

Came again just for a quick glass of wine and an app and I was absolutely blown away by a salad...yes I said salad. I could potentially go bankrupt with how much I'm tempted to order this salad. Absolutely killer

From start to finish this meal was excellent! The restaurant has a super cute look and the service was team style and great throughout. We started with deviled eggs and the tarragon salad and even though they were starters and on the lighter side, they were each very good! For entrees we shared the seasonal cod schnitzel and the beef tongue w/ bone marrow toast. The cod schnitzel was super thin, flaky, and crunchy without having too much batter. The slaw and tartar sauce it came with were also very tasty. I'd never had bone marrow or beef tongue before and I was a fan of both! The bone marrow toast was fatty and savory in the best way and the beef tongue was suuuuper tender and reminded me almost of braised short ribs.Dessert was EPIC. The pecan pie had such a nice saltiness to it that created one of the most balanced flavor profiles of a piece of pecan pie I've ever had. I don't even think I can put the Paris-brest into words, but I'm going to try. The pistachio and chocolate ganache were so incredibly light and fluffy, almost whipped in texture and the flavors of each were spot on. The pistachio ganache wasn't too sweet and it honored the nuttiness and saltiness of the nut very well. The chocolate ganache was richer in flavor and balanced with the pistachio per fect ly The ganache between the light, crunchy pastry made for a masterpiece. I think I made a noise or a positive comment with every single bite I took. Well done, Annette.

Annette was the first restaurant I ever worked in and Caroline and the staff were so patient with me because I was so effing stupid. I learned so much about cooking and consistency and genuine care for the craft during my very short time there (I was so completely out of my league). I've grown up a lot since then and I still think Annette is the best restaurant I've ever worked. From the care for the food, to the care for its people, and the deep love for the community and industry. Annette is a place that needs to be loved and supported. The bonus is you get a really stellar meal and service every single time you go.

Wonderful food and service. We started with the beef tongue and bone marrow toast. It was super yummy and our favorite thing. The bone marrow was tender and the bread was perfectly buttery, the finishing salt on the beef was perfect. The chicken was yummy but way too big of a portion for two people especially if you to eat other dishes. The chicken sauce was delicious and the cabbage was perfect. I found certain sections of the breast to be about 30 seconds over and slightly dry. The leg I had was perfect. We also tried the Sun choke gratin. It was good but lacked a bit of flavor and was a bit too mushy. We had the Paris Brest and ice cream sandwich for dessert. The Paris Brest had a very light pastry. The cream was good but super filling. The ice cream sandwich was delicious. Loved the ice cream and the cookie. We tried 4 cocktails and the Chardonnay. The Annette martini and the espresso martini were both crazy good. Loved them both and the Annette martini wasn't too dry and bitter and actually had some smooth notes which I did appreciate although you can't go wrong with a dry and bitter forward one too. I loved how perfectly chilled the espresso martini was. We also got the Montenegro that was paired with the ice cream sandwich. It had a very nice after taste that went well with the desserts. We also had the pumpkin pie tasting cocktail. It was refreshing and very fall flavored. Overall recommend the restaurant. A couple flaws here and there but overall super wonderful and would highly recommend.

One of the BEST places to dine while in Colorado. Tucked in the Stanley Marketplace, this intimate, wood fire restaurant provides the coziest oasis. Let's not even talk about the wine and food options. Just get the beef tongue. --then a little of everything else. There's heart, soul, and so much delicious detail in this space. You can tell Chef cares so much and translates it well through her food. Friends hang at the community table. A night solo at the bar. Date night outside in the heated patio. Just do it. We love Annette!
