I have come in twice and both times the bowls were excellent. my bowls were full of yummy ingredients and flavor. This will be at least a once a week visit

bowl was gone in 5 minutes & whoever was on aux had the place bumpin crunchy tuna and salmon bowl also smacks

Want to try out this place to support neighbors restaurant but very disappointed. 2 stars is for customer the worker is very nice not the place or food. Not a typical poke place. They dont let you see all the food item you want to add on your bowl. You can only tell them from the menu name only. All size dish for poke bowl is very little to offer. I want to see how they make it in front of me so i can tell tell i want less sauce or heavy sauce. The bowl look bland. I been eating poke bowl so many places but this place is a thumbs down.

I just went with my wife & the staff was extremely friendly. Our food came out quickly, everything was fresh & tasty. It was a very cool vibe & very clean.We will definitely be back. Great food, good people & good music!!

I wanted to try this place after getting a coupon for it at another nearby establishment. I had a hard time finding this place because the address kept taking me somewhere else. I got the big size which was $16. It tasted great but I think the price doesn't justify the size. You do get 2 different proteins with this size which is nice. I ended up getting seaweed on mine but I didn't ask for it which was a disappointment. Overall I'm not sure I would go again but it's worth trying out once.

Not worth it one bit.Every "regular size" is going to cost you upwards $16 for a bowl that would normally be a small at any other poke place. For a poke place, you would think there were more choices for fish but there are only TWO choices. To add on, the other choices are tofu (an extra $3??), chicken, and shrimp. Doesn't make any sense at a place that prides itself for its poke. Having been to many poke places, the way they take orders is inefficient. Most places make the bowl in front of you and have it ready for you to pay, but you have to list X amount of ingredients, pay, then wait for your food. This definitely holds up the line as people have to decide without the actual food in front of them. It's all hidden behind the counter. The person taking orders was sweet, though.The flavor? Nonexistent. All I need to say.Ambiance isn't the greatest either; the place feels empty and the furniture isn't creative. Lighting in the back is lackluster keeping that back area pretty dark. The place feels like a gentrified hole.I would highly recommend driving farther to get some quality poke in the SW Houston area.

Food was amazing and I recommend you to try the crunch bowl. Best customer service. Great environment.

We went here for the first time. Customer service by the young guy at the register taking orders was awful right when we walked in. The young (maybe teen) guy was very unfriendly, not helpful at all as we asked about how to order, and his behavior was like he wanted to be as stoic as possible. There was another man and woman working who recognized the rude young guy at the register and they made a point to be kind, helpful, and attentive customer service. The food was excellent but the portions were very small for the high price. Wouldn't go back due to not wanting to give good money to the first face we saw at the register who acted awful. Lots of places on Richmond have excellent customer service and with prices this high, we'd rather go to a place that has all employees behaving professional and with nice customer service. Customer service matters if you want to stay in business!

The meal is so cool and they make a fun spin on the pick your own toppings like chipotle

As others have said it's good. But there is barely any fish in it. There are other poke shops that provide a better value.
