Amazing first time experience at Alici! FOOD is fresh and delicious!! Beautiful decor of hanging lamps, fresh flowers on table, comfortable chairs and quiet inside. Love the large space inside and outside patio as well, great ambiance! Our server Liz was wonderful and welcomed us by introducing the Italian-focused menu, very attentive and friendly service. For dinner, we ordered:* Cherry Blossom drink - 5/5 refreshing, had two!* Clams Posillipo - 5/5, about 1" sized clams in the most savory sauce!!! You'll need more dipping bread for this (extra portions are $5 - which is kind of weird)!* Zita Alla Vodka - 5/5, large portion of pasta, tasty sauce, portion is enough to share amongst 2 people if paired with a meat/fish.* Crusted Halibat - 5/5, OMG goodness crispy outside, tender flaky juice inside!* Crispy Cauliflower - 5/5, wish all vegetables tasted this good! Perfect sharing portions.* Amalfi Cheesecake - 4/5, nice lemon curd flavor, but what makes this yummy is the wafer-thin sesame tuile (could eat a whole plate of that). Needs something else...A++ highly recommend! It's an oyster bar, but I didn't even have any...definitely will go back and check them out. Was here for a birthday celebration (they had a candle and small dessert), but perfect for any outing, casual or fancy.Parking is big open lot, best to reserve a spot online.

Food was great, service was decent. Only downside and this is not the restaurant's fault but apparently the parking lot is 2 hours free and then you have to pay but it's not really advertised. Got a ticket in the mail a month later for $85! And they "dropped" it to $35 if paid in 30 days. Seems scammy for sure.

I added Alici to my favorite Happy Hour list! I kept seeing this place get posted a lot & they didn't disappoint. I been craving oysters for a min & when I say they are fresh and described how they menu states. They drinks were good too & love the Homemade saltines "not pictured cause we killed those " and bread was good. We'll know next time to spend wisely for oysters cause the price up on some but it's worth it. :Happy hour from 4-6pm ! Great atmosphere and the staff was greater. Can catch us coming back for sure!

Have you ever been to an oyster bar with a dozen different types of oysters from all over the country??? Welcome to Alici Oyster Bar!! This cute Italian seaside inspired seafood restaurant is certainly a must when visiting Atlanta Georgia! We ordered a dozen country wide oysters, the oven roasted oysters, a half dozen crudos sampler and their raspberry Lemon cake! All with flavors ranging from sweet to savory. The service was outstanding did not lack despite the restaurant being fully booked! it was summery, airy and fun! I felt so cute and the food was incredible! I would rate this place a 9.5!

Ran by a growing legend of Italian food in Atlanta, Chef Pat Pascarella, who also runs well formed staples like Bastone and Grana, Alici is an all around excellent place to enjoy Italian classics, mostly inspired by chef's trip to the Amalfi coast. Dishes like whole snapper and Paccheri stand out within that realm, but unexpected surprises like papas bravas and focaccia are remarkable. It goes without saying that oyster selection here is vast and they are very fresh. The team working here that the chef and manager curated is amazing, with everyone being very attentive despite being extremely busy. One of the gems is also the wine list, where bottles are reasonably priced at a 2x multiplier to retail. Plentiful under the radar Italian selections that one might not find in a lot of places. The main area where Alici could improve is the patio, which is a direct equivalent of sitting directly in the parking lot. The fix would require some effort, but building a line of tall evergreen shrubs to isolate it completely from the big parking lot would be a great start. Despite that, the design of the interior itself is quintessential oyster bar, with beautiful tile and a wide door that stays open during the summer months, allowing a patio-like experience, while sitting inside.

We have been wanting to try this establishment for some time. Location and decor are first rate. Food was exceptional - see photos for a closer look. Service will make or break any business. I would highly recommend more training. It took forever for us to even get their attention - 25 minutes before someone stopped at our table to take a drink order and then 25 minutes to receive the order. The best description for our server - apathetic. She didn't turn on the charm, until she brought the bill ( which I had to request ). I think I saw a manager - but he seemed to be hanging out at the food drop by the kitchen and not observing people's reactions or spending time on the floor with guests. Will I go back - not for a while and until they have some time to offer up some training or hire new people. Best Wishes - your concept fills a void in dining in Atlanta!!

First off, absolutely amazing service from my waitress Brittney! Very knowledgeable in the menu as this was my first time here and made my experience enjoyable :)So I came to Alici strictly for their happy hour. I was a little disappointed in seeing that their happy hour oyster was only limited to just one type but I ended up trying 3 different types anyway. They were all super fresh and came very quickly because of the little oyster bar area in the middle where they shucked and prepared the oysters. I also opted to try the crudo which was my first time trying crudo. Brittney suggested the copia crudo which I was skeptical about because peach and fish didn't sound that good to me but it was surprisingly decent. It was a lot more saltier than I had expected, but it was nice and it was a good experience. Next time tho, I think I'd stick with just the oysters hahahaha. Finally, ordered the Al Limon pasta. Came out super fresh and was very good. VERY lemony, so if you're not a fan of lemon flavored dishes I'd skip out on this one. There was no denying the LIMON in its name.Overall super casual but upscale environment. I ended up spending $53 during happy hour which is a bit pricey in my opinion but I did get a few oysters that weren't on the HH menu, oysters, and crudo. Definitely think this is a place where you could come with friends and split the oysters and crudo. Will definitely be back when it's not raining to enjoy the patio!

I visited Alici during happy hour and really enjoyed my experience. I had an Italian 78 which was a grapefruit spritz but my favorite cocktail was the amaro smash. It was so herbaceous, refreshing, and tasty that I had to have two and I really could have had about 5 more they were just so good. The mahi mahi came with 4 pieces and it was very tasty. The lemon aioli balanced so well with the nuttiness of the pistachios against the soft fish. I also had the puttanesca pasta that had a certain tartness that I absolutely loved against the hearty red sauce. Lastly, of course I had the oysters. The daily special offered the james river oysters i believe they were called which I didn't necessarily care for. They weren't bad but compared to everything else I would rank them last taste wise. Otherwise I look forward to returning!
