Best GF vegetarian options for brunch and dinner. I have come before for brunch and loved their dedicated gf options. I recently came back for dinner with my family and there was great options for everyone. I got the veggie wrap but as tacos in corn tortillas instead of a flour wrap. They were great! I also got a flourless chocolate cake and it was so good my dad criticized me for scraping the plate with my fork . The service was great and our server checked various items with the kitchen to make sure they could accommodate my dietary restrictions. The ambiance is a perfect balance of upscale without making you feel out of place in jeans. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this spot - it's perfect for a birthday dinner, family gathering, or a date. It's really rare that Denver has a restaurant so versatile these days! Our server Meghan was absolutely amazing, and got our checks for a large party sorted out really quick. Honestly, she's the best server I've had in a long time - so props to having good people here!I had the turkey panini, we shared a bunch of apps (the standout was the artichoke hearts and the crostini), and most of my party had ice cream for dessert. Enjoyed it here and will absolutely be back!

Acova is home to one of the best patios in all of Denver. I'd love nothing more than to give them higher praise, but I've left here wanting more on numerous occasions. From the same ownership as The Hornet on South Broadway, Acova took over this place from Patsy's, a beloved restaurant from Denver's yesteryear. Visually and aesthetically, they're doing it right. Execution of food and service though could use a reboot.I brought my parents here when they were in town, because I knew it'd be a wonderful atmosphere for dining al fresco. The meal almost never even took place, because when we arrived we were ignored for about five minutes. This wasn't a weekend, it was a normal night during the week. No hostess, server, bartender, etc. acknowledged us. We were on the verge of leaving, but I walked up to the bartender and eventually it all get settled. This is a huge pet peeve of mine, it's like ignoring someone that walks into your house! My dad and I ordered wings to start and these were the star of the show for me. The wings were crispy and well cooked. I wish I doubled down and ordered a second portion of them to be honest! For mains, I ordered the beef short ribs and they were served over risotto. The short ribs were relatively tender and had nice flavor. The risotto, however, was just not good. It's a tough dish to make don't get me wrong, but I couldn't even finish my plate because the texture and taste was off.We also had an issue with one of my family's dishes that was wrong, but eventually they made it right. I appreciate that the server and the GM actually took responsibility and ownership of the situation. I will give them kudos for that! Ultimately they were nice and tried to make up for the previous blunders of the evening.Am I running back? Absolutely not. I've been here a few times over the years and this experience matches all my other ones. But if you simply want to have a few drinks on the patio and soak up the sun, this is an excellent place to be when in LoHi.

This restaurant was my first stop during my weeklong trip to the area. The atmosphere was what you'd expect in Denver, a blend of natural and industrial. The staff were nice and welcoming. I was seated almost immediately, even though the rest of my small party had not arrived yet. The food was okay. Not bad but nothing I would rave about. We had wings and fried artichokes. The wings were a little dry, the artichokes needed a bit more seasoning. For my entree, I chose the short rib and risotto. The flavor was fine and it was prepared well. My friends had the spicy sausage pasta and the salmon. I didn't try them but their rating was "pretty good". Overall I would return but it would not be my top option. The price was reasonable though.

Great gluten free options and a dream for me with celiac! All of our dishes were delicious and I loved the fish and chips which were marked gluten free on the menu. The fried chicken dish was thin which we weren't expecting, but still great. The frozen wine was great as well. The service was very attentive and the interior was cosy. I would def come back next time im in Denver!

The restaurant is cool and food is pretty good. It's more like a comfort food style , so lots of fried chicken, Mac and cheese, etc. I wanted something a little more healthy so that's my own preference and not necessarily wrong with the restaurant. I will say the wine slushy was awesome! We had the mix with st German floater and it was a sneaky delicious strong drink !

Excellent food, excellent service. We had the blackened salmon which was cooked to perfection. It's not a huge portion but the flavors are so balanced with rice, shaved Brussels sprouts, and pineapple salsa. The rice was undercooked and the server, Ethan, was professional and efficient in having our meal re-made. A less experienced server would have offered a side of rice. The mistake by the kitchen didn't end up affecting our enjoyment of the meal at all. The buttermilk fried chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious too. And the berry hot margarita had just the right kick!Ethan was attentive throughout the meal. He made customer service look effortless.

Super neighborhood-friendly fun place with very good eats along with a south-of-the-border flare. Would be on the let's-do-it-again calendar if we lived in the area. But worth a drive even if ya don't.Great patio and excellent service made for a neat place to get together with friends. Here's a close-up of their short rib on asparagus risotto. As good as it looks!

Acova's food is mediocre. In all fairness, there is nothing wrong with it--it's just not as good as the other restaurants at the same price point in the area. I've never left feeling I had a fantastic meal. However, I will say the fried chicken and wings are good.

A warm greeting welcomed us into the restaurant. Our server Nathan was extremely friendly and took care of us when it started to rain outside, moving us inside and out of the rain. We got the Acova burger with sweet potato fries and a delightful aioli for the fries that paired nicely with the Acova Lager. We also got the French dip with regular fries (the Au Jus was very good, I could have had a whole cup on its own).Overall, this place had a nice vibe. I would have liked to come here during brunch, but lunch was still good and they were on top of their service!
