A Little Nauti Food Truck

I'm always leary of seafood trucks at events. It took a long time to get the food so it was hot but not worth the wait. Flour tortilla on shrimp taco was burnt, but shrimp and sauce were good (2 shrimp tacos with 2 shrimp each and fries $15). The lobster/crab grilled cheese was good but a small portion of meat compared to the bread (served with fries $19). He was also rude with a previous customer who had a question about her food and she was polite. He just seemed annoyed with the surroundings in general.

I love a cheeky pun, so the name of this food truck drew me in. I'm glad I checked them out because that lobster grill cheese. Oh my goodness it's decadent. Chopped full of lobster and a creamy cheese on thick buttery bread. Perfect!

This was probably my favorite food truck of all time!!! The food was really good, the service was super fast & the employees were very friendly! The food took less than 10 minutes to prepare. I really appreciated the short wait. I ordered the Large Grouper Taco (without sausage & added Mexican white cheese) and the Crab & Lobster Mac & Cheese. I couldn't decide on one and got talked into trying both. The Large Grouper Taco is really large & comes with a side of fries (I also saw someone order the brussels sprouts & they looked delicious). Everything was seasoned so well! The taco comes with two pieces of grouper, Mexican street corn lettuce, black beans, cilantro & a special sauce. The grouper was perfectly cooked!! The Crab & Lobster Mac & Cheese was really good as well. Not too cheesy, but a tad buttery. You can't go wrong with pasta, lobster and crab! It was a smaller portion but can definitely be shared by two if there is a main entree.

GREAT, GREAT food!!! A little Nauti Food Truck catered my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and it was fabulous! I heard nothing but rave reviews from my guests. EVERYONE loved it. The menu provided a variety of selections that satisfied everyone's tastes. Chris and the guys did a great job getting the food out quickly and delicious. I went to Scofflaw yesterday and was so pumped to see this food truck there! The staff was super friendly and advised me to do the chipotle bourbon and the hawaiin jerk grilled oysters! The seasoning combo on both were amazing, I did like the chipotle bourbon a little more just bc it was super savory! I also got a side of fries which were super cripsy! I hope to see y'all back at Scofflaw

I ate here for lunch today. I ordered the "One huge blackened Mahi Taco", $13.00. Im a bit unsure what to think about it as the piece of fish looked nice, but when you wrap it inside a big cold tortilla and eat it, your tasting mostly the cold tortilla. Maybe I should have thrown out the tortilla and had the fish alone so I could be a better judge. The mango sauce was nice. The fries fair. If you have a good cut of fish, I dont think it should ever be wrapped in something larger that diminishes the fish. If its a lower grade of fishthen yes wrap it to disguise it. The shape of the fish was like a big fish stick. I have no idea if its cut that way from a whole fish or reconstituted.I personally have not encountered Mahi Mahi in that shape before. My suggestion for improvement put some greens and/or vegetables, along with rice, like yellow rice, and a STAND ALONE fish on a plate. Ditch the tortilla and fries. Or offer a choice of fries OR rice. That way healthy eaters dont have to keep hunting. Fries come with other dishes here and on the truck next to it every single thing comes with a pile of fries.

This food truck is beloved at several of the OTP breweries we frequent...for good reason! Everything we've had on their menu is consistently delicious. A must try!

We had their Lobster, crab grilled cheese sandwich for 20$ at the Crabapple festival in Milton. I think it should be called grilled cheese with a taste of crab and sprig of lobster. While the sandwich was the right temperature forget the fries, no one want dried out cold fries, they were not editable. I would skip this truck next time around.
