However upon returning back to work due to a faulty lid gumbo spilled all over my back seat.

Shrimp and fries also came with garlic bread but I gave it to my husband with his plate. He got a bigger dish!

So this was our first time trying 7Spice and we heard great reviews about the food.

I ordered a catfish poboy. Food presentation okay. Fries were cold. Gish was greasy taste was different, not something I would order again.

The shrimps was good. The fries was kinda like Popeyes. The bread I didn't like but overall it was good

You can find this place in the strip mall with Dollar tree, Wingstop and a few other places. On a Friday and Saturday parking to get a parking spot maybe a little hard to find. I have visited this spot before when it first opened over here and the food was tastey, and not that many people knew about the location in Katy. They have an online system to order but that was slow at the time. I ordered the the Duo Delight which consist of 1 crab cluster, headless shrimp, potatoes and corn. Sausage and egg is extra. We got mild 7 Spice season, it was ok, not a wow factor for me. What really turned me off was that I had several shrimps that weren't deveined which was a turn off. I won't say that I will never return, I'm good on them for a while.

Tried this place. From the sign it looks like a big place. Actually its very small. Walk up order counter. Counter guy seemed bored, threw out a few ideas. We ordered a fish and chicken tender w cajun fried rice. I, a crawfish poboy. First the fish, chix platter. Both looked like they came out of a box. Both w dark coarse breading. Both chicken strip amd so called catfish was dry and flavorless. The rice Looked just as bad w no flavor.Taste matched the appearance. The crawfish poboy was ok at best. The bread was great and toasted perfect. Crawfish were drenched in a what was supposed a remulade. But didnt look like what came w it. Overall not too bad bit differently lacking in flavor also. Fries were way over seasoned, but had the most taste of anything.Most likely wont be back.

Arrived @9:35pm we were greeted with the front desk cashier saying "aww hell naa" @9:45 they turned off the lights, the tv and the soda machine while another employee shouted to everyone IT's TIME TO GO!! We had to change our order to go because clearly we were getting kicked out. This place is so unprofessional whoever the owner is needs to clean house and hire people who actually has friendly customer service. My first and last time at this place! STAY AWAY!!

My husband was so curious about this place. We moved from WA state and they had some of the best seafood boil joint. So, since moving here this is the first place we've gone to and it's more of a come and go kinda restaurant for us. I was expecting more closer to a fancy restaurant. Service was quick but not much of friendliness.

This fried catfish is good but the fried shrimp is horrible . The breading was falling off , i wouldn't get again . The star of this restaurant is that Cajun rice, it's is so delicious and flavor . The gumbo is too watery for my liking . Overall I may come back

This tiny little 'fast food' style restaurant surprised me by how delicious the food was! I was expecting more of a restaurant style, but the small space was nice, clean and intimate. I had fried catfish, chicken tenders & fried shrimp. They were all delicious and well seasoned. Not greasy. My sister had a boil bag of crab & shrimp which was amazing! Checkout was quick and easy! And the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

I ordered on 10/19/23 at 12:35 and gave it 3 stars because my food was cold and one of my potatoes wasn't cooked all the way . Great taste , love the garlic butter , but disappointed that my potatoes boil was cold not a bit of warmth
