107 Taste is my go to when I'm craving some ramen or noodles. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Super fast service and the waitress is very sweet and always remembers our order. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot and some good noods and ramen.

This is the mothership of a local chain of ramenarias. It wasn't as good as the Brickell shop, by a mile. The menu is a bit less broad than its Brickell location. It's a lot more low key and humble. Service was a train-wreck. It took ten minutes to get a menu. It took twenty, and two requests, to get a glass of water. They do cater well to locals. The server chatted away with some regulars while I waited another five minutes, in clear view of her, to finally cash out.I ordered the kimchi ramen. I asked for shrimp add-on, but I got pork belly instead. Tasty, but not what I ordered. The eggs had very cold centers. Not a winner. Noodles were perfect. Now they just have to get the other 90% right.Beer, sake, wine, and wine cocktails. Parking is street. Not bad later on a Monday night, but I wouldn't think it was too good at prime time. Add another $3.50 for parking. The bar has been set by the other locations. It's time for the original to step up its game.

Didn't think I'd like this the way I did. The wings (garlic and spicy) were fire. I came with friends on a Saturday night. This is your neighborhood spot. No reason to get dressy. We were immediately seated. There was 1 hostess/waitress so there is a little wait to get things. The place was clean and pretty basic. I ordered the pad Thai with pork, shrimp, and chicken. It was good. Not the best pad Thai I've had but hit the spot the next day. The star was the wings. The crab Rangoon was good as well. Wasn't a fan of the drinks they had. If in the area definitely try!

I think this has been some of the best food I've had in the Miami since visiting. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. Relaxing music. This place is quaint and perfect for a quick date, and also family friendly. Enough food to take home and prices are awesome! Glad we stopped in.

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was to salty and the broth was bland, and it was expensive, not worth going again

Visiting Coral Gables for the first time and came across this gem around the corner from our hotel. The service was great...everyone who visited our table was attentive and nice. We ordered appetizers first, I really enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet sauce and I added the spicy chili oil for a little kick. My friends enjoyed the pork bun and spicy shrimp mayo. Entrees are made to order so you can make some substitutions. Serving portions I would say are shareable so definitely order a few items and enjoy family style. Waitress provided great recommendations so definitely ask!

Came here randomly with a group of friends on a Saturday night, and it did not disappoint! The menu has a lot of fun dish options that range from Japanese udon noodles to Korean tteokbokki to pineapple fried rice. If you're in the mood for a savory and flavorful Asian meal, this is the place for you. The space is relatively small, but there are alot of table option and there was a perfect large circle table to accommodate our party of 6. The service was quick and attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and the cheesy noodle on fire and they were both very tasty and full of flavor! I'll be back soon to try some other dishes.

My girlfriend and I decided to go out to eat after going to the gym. We decided to try 107 Taste, a local hidden gem in Coral Gables. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted and seated by the amazing wait staff of Christina and Tom. The interior was cute and warm and decorated perfectly. It doesn't feel too much and isn't over the top. The mural on the wall and the neon cat light behind us were great touches as well as the circular paintings on the wall opposite the mural. Asian hits were playing so it definitely set the mood. We started off by ordering pork gyoza and tteokbokki w/ tofu to share. The pork gyoza were delicious and stuffed with a perfect ratio of meat and veggies. The tteokbokki was very good and the tofu was nice and spongy and soaked up the flavor well. For our main entree, my girlfriend ordered the Shoyu ramen with steak and tofu and I ordered the Black pepper Yaki udon with chicken, steak and shrimp. My girlfriend enjoyed her Ramen but noted that the broth felt under seasoned. I tasted it and found the same thing. The meat was good but the tofu felt over saturated. My Yaki udon was delicious. The combination of the three meats as well as adding on chili oil for extra spice helped the dish to stand out even more. We finished things off with dessert, ordering a Taro cheesecake and Thai donuts. The Taro cheesecake was good! I really enjoyed it. But the Thai donuts? Wow. Those were a perfect little addition. The sweet condensed milk dip was perfect as well. Overall, this place is perfect for a nice quick romantic date. We will definitely be going again! Until next time folks! Enjoy the meal!!!

We liked it!Our first time at 107 Taste. We're in town ahead of a cruise and Lyfted over from our hotel. We had Hot Tea and Sapporo Beer to drink, then ordered an Avocado Spring Roll appetizer. For dinner, we shared the Black Pepper Yaki Udon with Beef. We enjoyed the entire meal. The staff was quite pleasant and service was prompt nWe took a slice of Coconut Crepe Cake back to our hotel room for dessert.

What a find! Visiting family in Coral Gables and we picked up dinner (and what turned out to be next day's lunch) at nearby 107 Thai. Not a big place, but big on TASTE for sure! Love a restaurant that is not shy about putting out full flavored food. Not hot in our case but absolutely delicious. So tired of bland edamame - this was outstandingly seasoned. Mama's Pork - we need to go back soon to get more! Clean restaurant and friendly and quick (!) service nearby. Cannot be beat - says my family members who have lived in Coral Gables for years! Go here - dine in/take out/delivery (maybe door dash). Easy to find street parking.
