Located in the Ritz-Carlton hotel in South Beach, it's a nice interior with many outdoor seatings overlooking the pool. Not as vibrant as their original location in Washington DC though - the DC location has lots of energy, which this was lacking. We participated in the Miami Spice dinner menu which is priced at $60 per person. You get five courses per person. We ordered two to share between three people. It was plenty of food.If it's your first time dining at Zaytina, I highly recommend giving their Miami Spice menu a try as it has most of their popular dishes such as Hommus, Baba Ghannouge, Garides Me Anitho, Shish Taouk, Adana Kebab and Seared Salmon.I saw they have a breakfast buffet for $55, will have to try that next time I am in the area. Be interested to see how that is. Service for the most part was fast and friendly.

Zaytinya is so pretty. They have a beautiful indoor section and outdoor section. View of the pool. Went for breakfast and they had a wonderful buffet with so many options. I would def return to have drinks later. The service was great. Did a video review on my tik tok: @jessiica0204https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP819nu9x/

Overall not a great experience. We came in off peak hours since we were staying at the hotel and had not eaten lunch yet. We choose to sit outside, thinking the many fans they had outside would help but honestly we sat between two and couldn't feel them at all. Service was not great. We were sitting there for more than an hour and our waitress checked on us maybe twice? Multiple times we were actively searching for her and couldn't find her. We ordered the cheese appetizer that had three different cheeses and accompaniments. For $22 it was not worth it. My husband and I were both surprised at how small the plate was for being $22. Unfortunately, after this it went even further downhill. We both ordered wraps/sandwiches. I took more than an hour to get them, with almost no one in the restaurant. They also service the pool guests which I think is where the wait time came in. Our waitress came by once saying our food would be right out but it was about 20 minutes after that when we received it. Food was ok. Not great and not worth waiting more than an hour after sitting down to receive.

Had been here for breakfast with the family. Be aware that place is expensive. Breakfast buffet is 55$ per person plus 20% service charge. So we ate a la carte. The selection is very good and seizes are quite huge. Good service, friendly stuff and nice ambience.

Located on the second floor of the Ritz Carlton South Beach in Miami, this Mediterranean inspired restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. I ordered from the 4 course Miami Spice lunch menu $35. My friend had the Salmon Durum with salad $20. Her choice was far better than mine. Although my choices were tasty, they were small and the olive oil cake was a bit dry. The service was very nice. They do add 20% to the check.

Zaytinya is fabulous. I saw that Jose Andres was opening up this new spot at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. They opened around December 2023 and it's been on my list. Love Greek food but then you add the Lebanese and Turkish flavors and we definitely needed to try this place. We were working in South Beach and trying to figure out where to eat for dinner. Zaytinya was around the corner and bonus that it was on the inKind app as a participating restaurant. Score! If you haven't discovered inKind yet, it's pretty awesome. Although it's limited to certain participating restaurants, you pay a monthly $9.99 fee, but you get discounted offers to some wonderful restaurants and on top of that, you get a percentage back on your spendings to use at a later time. We love to go out to eat so this is a perk.Zaytinya is located on the second floor inside the Ritz Carlton South Beach, on top of the main lobby area. The dishes are served tapas style, small plates. The interior dining area is a little more formal so we decided to sit on the patio. Their patio is very garden vibes and modern. Our server was Yanina and she was fabulous, super sweet and helpful with the menu options and very attentive. We ordered the smoked beet salad, seared scallops, bone marrow kibbeh and the galatopita for dessert. The smokes beet salad is absolute perfection! We took one bite and decided it was probably one of our favorite salads ever. All the flavors combined come together nicely. The salad has smoked beets, arugula, feta, pickled onions, clementine, oranges, pomegranate and roasted pistachio. Great flavors and great texture. The dressing is a lemon vinaigrette which I asked about and they said it was olive oil, honey and lemon. That's it. Amazing. The scallops were delicious and tasty. Grilled lamb chops were cooked perfectly at a medium rare temperature and super juicy and flavorful. The sauce served with the lamb chops was similar to a tzatziki sauce with Greek yogurt, cucumbers, and dill. when the bone marrow dish came out, we didn't know what it was. Lol. We saw was bone marrow and we obviously didn't read the rest of the menu item. It was a bone marrow kibbeh. The flavors were just ok, but you could taste the bone marrow and that was pretty good. Kind of wish we ordered the octopus as that is always a good idea. Well, next time. This experience was wonderful. We got to sit on the patio with a view of the Ritz Carlton pool, which was nice. Service was awesome, food was excellent in the vibe was nice. Would love to come back and try some of the other men items.

Excellent Mediterranean cuisine with good service. The only mis was a delay in the kitchen between the first and second courses. Otherwise fantastic food. The waitress recommended the Miami Spice set menu. A great recommendation as it provided excellent survey of the menu. It is too much for one person, but I got through it. Not certain why they called it Miami Spice, as only one dish was spicy in any manner, but it appears to be a Miami marketing campaign, lots of restaurants have a "Miami Spice" menu or selection of dishes. Very good hummus with a unique puffy pita bread. Highlight was the slightly spicy Imam Bayilda, a spiced eggplant, onions, and tomato dish. The Soujouk Sausage Pide was fantastic , but almost too big. It could be a lunch on its own. The mango Greek yogurt dessert was creamy and sweet. Will come back for dinner.

I had high expectations for this place because of the chef but I'm sorry to say this we were so disappointed. We ordered the fatoush salad and beets salad and they were the only good things in the menu.Ordered imambayildi which is an eggplant dish but you can barely taste eggplant in it. Kibbeh was good but overly spiced for my taste. Feta with roasted pepper dip was okay but the bread they served with it was phenomenal. We also ordered adana which was like a stone. I had hard time cutting it with my knife and ended up returning it. And lastly we ordered the whole fish branzino and asked to make sure it isn't dry but more juicy. Once again, it was overly cooked and super dry. Ordered two desserts and herbal teas at the end. Kadayıf dessert was delicious but the chocolate cake was so boring. In addition to that our server wasn't professional. It was so hard to find him. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not going back!

I thought the restaurant was very impressive with great offerings but a touch awkward service. Multiple people will help you out during your dining. This restaurant offers indoor as well as poolside dining. Parking here is pricey even if validated so if you are not staying at the hotel and need to park, I would recommend a nearby parking garage as street parking in this area is extremely limited to just a few cars and Collins does not offer street parking in the area. I went with a friend for the Miami Spice lunch experience and it was a wonderful 3 course feast. Highlights included the eggplant, the falafel, and the mango/vanilla yogurt. There are no bathrooms physically inside the restaurant so I recommend that if you need to use them, that you do so before you start eating. I'm a bit shocked to see an average rating of about 3 stars, this restaurant is worthy of a much higher rating.

After staying at the Rtiz Nomad and having such a wonderful experience at Zaytinya, we were excited to dine with them on south beach. Service was below the Miami average and did not meet the Ritz standard. The scallops were delicious and memorable but all our other dishes lacked flavor and fell short. The staff had a very off putting and unpleasant way about them. I wouldn't return to this location. The atmosphere inside and poolside were lovely and welcoming.
