Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Service is mediocre. Ambience and seating area feels dirty. The table was dirty and the cashier handed me a dirty rag to do his job. The MR. Beast collectors box is a scam. The chicken fingers are OK. The Texas toast sucks, too salty and it's made with regular thickness bread. This place is more hype than anything. Go to Canes for a much better experience and food.

I live in the galleria area, so coming to sugar land for some crinkle cut fries is crazy. But I did. They were delicious and hot. My 10 piece traditional on the other hand were cold. Hard. Dry. With minimal sauce. No effort was made in costing them with sauce either. Money wasted. Won't be returning

I was skeptical, but their chicken sandwich was very good. They delivered it fast and courteously.Now the price for a chicken sandwich was $6.83, which I felt was ridiculous but maybe not. In up in the air.,

Fast service and the flavored wings are very good. However the breaded chicken fingers are a bit on the salty side.

Fried pickles on the go, anyone? This was my first time visiting Zaxby's and I can't believe I haven't visited it until now. I definitely agree with others that the wait is longer than usual fast food chains, but the food is good. From the About page of their business on Yelp, it seems that they aren't operating like fast food chains and their food is on a made-to-order basis. This could be why the wait times are pretty long, but it's a sacrifice of either wait time or quality. It definitely gave me the impression of fast food with the drive thru window though. We decided to try their fried pickles, which came with a side of ranch. The breading was really crispy and flavorful, but we felt the pickles inside didn't match that crispy energy. It was still a yummy side to try!We also had their Zaxby's Signature Sandwich, which comes with a crispy breaded chicken dressed in Zax sauce and pickles in a buttery, toasted bun. This was really good and we loved the seasoning and the crispiness. Definitely one of our top chicken sandwiches. Their crinkle fries weren't overly salty, which is a big factor when I rate my fries LOL. The inside was a bit softer than usual, but the exterior was very crispy and yummy. Overall, I'd come back to try more of their juicy and flavorful chicken but I'd anticipate some time before getting my food (Note to self: don't come hangry)

Went to the 1960 location and it was ok. Came to this location to redeem a free big zax meal. I asked for crispy fries and as you can see neither meal is crispy fries. I never feel comfortable sending my food back so I just ate it. Next time I want no seasoning on my fries and hopefully they are fried crispy. Also, the ice is better at the 1960 location. Its so soft. Not chik-fil-a soft but nice and soft. LaDarius took our order and was very pleasant and welcoming so I appreciated that.

Rating: 1 starI recently visited Zaxby's for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience that has left a lasting negative impression.The drive-thru employee didn't greet us and seemed irritated, rushing us to order despite there being no other cars in line. When I received my drinks, they were sticky with spilled soda, and I was handed just one napkin. When I politely asked for more napkins, she dismissively told me there were more in the bag and didn't offer any additional help.Additionally, when I inquired about sauces and mentioned that this was our first visit, her response was cold and unwelcoming. She curtly stated that she had already included sauces in the bag and just stared at me, making the interaction uncomfortable.This poor service has definitely tainted my view of Zaxby's, and I am reluctant to return after such a disappointing first experience. Customer service is crucial, and this location failed miserably in that regard.

Service was fast. Food was fresh and the best ice tea compared to all the fast food chains. I don't just taste sugar and water, you can actually taste the real tea.Gave 4 stars because I wish they had gravy as a side for sauce.

They gave me a salad with moldy cucumbers. Never going back. Cucumbers looked out so I started pulling them out of the salad & still planned to eat it. But then I got further into pulling them out & found they were molded. They gave me a replacement but I didn't eat it, didn't give me my money back either.

Service is horrible every time. Every single one of their employees has an attitude, not worth the food. I understand food service is not the best job but they make going here an even worse experience. No greeting, no politeness in the transaction. They stare you down with an attitude on their face and how they take orders. Every worker acts like you owe them something and that they're better than you. They cheat the system of timing themselves at the window. Every single person has to pull-up even if it's a full line and you can't move up anymore. They yelled at us one time telling us "did you hear me? Pull up!" So rude for absolutely no reason. They all need a lesson on how to treat people in general. Get it together! Negative stars if that was possible
