Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I wanted a quick snack and decided to get a kids meal. Considering it was a Sunday, I had excused the lack of cars in the parking lot and drive-thru. After exiting the drive-thru, I had opened up the small box, which contained two chicken strips and a very small amount of fries. This meal's portion size was for a toddler and not a kid; eight small fries and one long fry, which all looked miserable. The chicken strips were a good size and looked crispy. I took a bite of a chicken strip and it was VERY salty. I picked up the long fry and it was very limp. Zaxby's used to have the best chicken strips and crispy fries. This Zaxby's establishment is a very poor reflection of how most Zaxby's are. I now understand why there were no other customers at this establishment.

My son and I stopped in here after a day of shopping at the outlets nearby. We wanted something quick but also new to us. We don't have any Zaxby's on our side of town, so we decided to try it out. The place was empty and kind of dirty. The floors were dirty and there were not many clean tables to choose from. The staff was friendly. We both decided on the boneless wings and tenders combo. You can't really go wrong with that right? It ended up being a solid meal, nothing mind blowing by any means. We also got an order of white cheddar cheese curds to share. These tasted pretty strange and we couldn't really put our finger on what cheese flavor we were tasting. Overall, our tummies were full, but there was nothing that would make us seek out another Zaxby's in the future.

They advertise tf out of this place on the west coast, so when I had my chance in Texas to slide on over here, i did not hesitate. Way better than the hyped Raising Canes- i said it.I came here like 3 times during my 5 day trip to fulfill my munchies, and man oh man- if you're a chicken wing lover and craving that 420 grinds this will do the job.

Rarely do I ever eat at a fast food restaurant. I despise McDonald's, Whataburger, Chik-Fil-A, Burger King, Wendy's, Jack-in-the-Box, Taco Bell, KFC, and other similar food chains. However, I absolutely downright love Zaxby's Chicken Tenders! They're crispy, meaty, juicy, and tender. A little on the salty side but I always eat them with my own salad that I bring from home. It helps to cut the salty flavor by eating them in a raw green salad. They are not overly breaded lacking meat, as opposed to other fast food chains that offer chicken tenders on their menu. I have had horrible experiences in the past when ordering chicken tenders with all the breaded crust and no meat, lol. As far as their dining area, I have dined in a few times in the past. The dining area was always clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming enough. However, I mainly use the drive-thru when I'm on lunch break at work. It's quick and the tenders are always always always served hot and delicious! The drive-thru staff are always nice and friendly enough. As far as the rest of their menu, I cannot comment because I only ever eat the chicken tenders whenever I need a protein for my salad for lunch which is not quite often. So this review is rated and based strictly on their hot, juicy, meaty, and delicious chicken tenders, their friendly customer service skills, and the cleanliness of their dining area. Five Stars!

The fried mushrooms-chicken tenders and fries, total comfort foods! Always fresh!! I hope the app gets running properly soon!

Zaxby's chicken is very tender and flavorful. I stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered the chicken tender meal that included fries, 3 chicken tenders, Texas toast and a drink. But I did not want the drink and the cashier said she can take it off. To my surprise that lower my bill. Most other fast-food places tell you the meal will be the same with or without the drink.The pricing is good, and the chicken is awesome!

Came here to redeem my $5 off and it was good. The chicken is seasoned, the fries are seasoned and so is the sauce. If I come back I would just get chicken. I may just be partial to Canes but it was cool. The chicken was fresh and hot so that's a plus. I will say I would prefer the person taking my order to not have headphones in so I don't have to talk louder. That's why I took a star off. It makes me feel like I'm bothering him.

Taking away 4 stars for how trash the intercom is while taking orders in the drive thru. It's almost 2025 and their intercom is so trash. Can barely hear the worker and the worker said he can barely hear me. What kind of cheap owner can't buy a better intercom?

The food has fell way off the mountain and the amount of food on the order is misrepresented by the pictures. The soda machine barely has enough flavors as it use too.

Good food , a bit expensive but the Parmesan tenders with marinara is so good. Not sure why there's never people here the food is a lot better than other chicken places
