Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Here for a late lunch. Nice and peaceful, some pretty good cleaning going on. The staff was friendly and seemed to be having fun working, which made for a better experience.Ordered the Big Zax Snax-a 3-piece tenders meal with fries and their phenomenal, ''melt in your mouth" garlic toast, ranch dressing and a medium-sized drink. Several sauces to choose from-either on the side or tossed, like we typically do. Portions are just enough, so fully satisfied, no leftovers. Free drink refills top it off. Overall, great meal.

Zacby's on Barker Cypress (across from the Berry Center) is one of the worst fast food experiences I have had in a long time. The counter person taking orders had a face mask on and she mumbled all her questions and answers. I asked her to speak up but she didn't. There was some kind of fryer buzzer going off and on the whole time we were eating!! The food was horrible. Fries were cold and tasteless. I asked for spicy on my chicken sandwich but it was tasteless also. Will never go back to this place.

Ordered a 10 piece wing, was told to pull into a parking space to wait for it to come out. Waited 20 minutes to have a person come out to tell me they gave away my order to someone else and they don't have any more wings. Never again Zaxby's. Never again.

First off I am a very loyal customer I have order led through the drive through and couldn't order what I wanted because they said they couldn't make anymore fresh food. I had to compromise what was available and asked them to make it fresh. They told me it would take about 3 minutes and once I received my order, the food taste recooked & everything was cold. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and the quality of the food that was served. I will never spend a penny here ever again and will let everyone in bridgeland know to never eat there ever again. Worst $22 I have ever spent & I Regret going!

I went to the fry location to grab a chicken sandwich to go pretty much after they open and expected a fresh sandwich. I must say customer service wasnt bad, it was actually the signature chicken sandwich that i didnt like! It was soaked in that over seasoned sauce on both buns which made me bread soggy! Plus they give you a box of fries that also gets soggy! The fries are not seasoned so you have bland soggy fries now! I will pass on getting any sandwich's with fries again!

Drive-thru took over 10 minutes and there was no one in front of us. We ordered three tender meals with wings. We came on a Saturday at 11:30 so not sure why it took so long. The chicken is always very tender and the sauce is amazing. Won't be back to this location though, they seem to have started to slack on customer service and efficiency.

Great customer service, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean dining area! I came in on a workday during my lunch break and placed a to-go order. I ordered a salad consisting of lettuce and cucumber only accompanied by five pieces of chicken tenders. Their tenders are very delicious and extremely flavorful. I enjoy chopping the tenders into bite size pieces, and distributing them onto my salad. It's absolutely delicious! Because the tenders are a bit on the salty side, I always order a salad consisting of only greens in order to balance out the saltiness of the tenders. Furthermore, It does not require any salad dressing because the tenders are so salty and full of flavor, it accommodates for all the other extra salty items like the cheese, the dressing, the tortilla chips, the bacon bits, etc. Therefore, I always eliminate those items from my salad because that's just too much salt for me. My blood pressure would skyrocket high if I don't balance out the salt levels! Others may enjoy eating all of that salt, while others may be conscious of what they put into their bodies. Well, for those who monitor their salt intake, this review is for you. Moreover, the tenders are accompanied by Zaxby's complimentary dipping sauce which is also exceedingly salty. Contrary to the tenders being salty, I can honestly say that they're always served piping hot at any Zaxby's location. Overall, my experience at this location was a pleasant one. I didn't have to wait long for my order. When I walked in, the place was busy with diners, but no one was in line. I did, however, have to wait a few minutes before they waited on me because they were extremely busy with the drive-thru orders. The guy that waited on me was courteous enough to tell me that he would be with me momentarily and apologized about the wait. I highly appreciate great customer service and that's what he displayed by acknowledging my presence, rather than ignoring me as if I wasn't there. They were fast, friendly, respectful, courteous, and welcoming. If I ever stop by again, I wouldn't mind dining in because the dining area was tidy and clean, very spacious, and to my liking. The only complaint I have is that the food is too salty, but that's to be expected, because it is a fast food establishment. I can say that it is one of the few fast food joints that I patronize. Because of health issues, I try to stay away from processed foods at least 80% to 85% of the time. However, I highly enjoy Zaxby's tenders because they're always served piping hot in huge, juicy, tender, and meaty portions. Plus, they're not like Whataburger nasty chicken tenders, full of breaded crust and no meat, lol. Zaxby's chicken tenders are all meat and worth the money that you spend on them. So, whenever I'm in need for a quick meal or lunch for work, I always order their tenders with a nice green high alkalinity salad. Four star rating in my opinion.

Do not eat here! Food is not cooked fresh, ever. You can ask.. but they won't do it. Service is trash. Someone had their kid behind the counter while they were working. Trash all over the floor. Bugs flying over the drink station. Unprofessionalism floods the place. Staff on phones. Everyone is rude, and clearly don't need to work. Today was my last day eating at this restaurant. I gave them many chances, but today was the last straw. Whoever the manager is should really reconsider the entire operation.

If I could rate zero I would. The employees are rude. When I advised them of the order being incorrect the guy said "You want a refund or something?" The shift supervisor was just as rude and she was careless. This location is in my neighborhood and I will NEVER go back!

Well, as much as my family likes Zaxby's, this may have been our last trip. Placed the order through their app for curbside pickup; app gave 6:45 PM as pickup time, and we arrived at 6:46 and checked in by phone. And sat...And sat...And sat, while drive thru orders were moving through zippily. After 21 minutes of nothing, I called back to ask if they were making progress, was told they were boxing it up and got hung up on for my temerity. Five more minutes pass, food finally appeared, but no drinks. Took another 5 minutes to go in, make 5 drinks, and saunter back. We sat for 31 minutes, never received either an explanation or an apology for the wait, but I did get a snotty "Have a nice day" from the woman who brought the drinks.To add injury to insult, one of the orders was tossed in Nuclear sauce, which was NOT what was ordered; this is a potentially dangerous mistake to make, and given the attitude we received, may very well have been intentional.I can say this is undoubtedly a Bottom 5 Customer Service experience, and I've had some BAD service in my life. They sell chicken fingers, not haute cuisine, for Pete's sake; how long does it take to fry? I will be contacting Zaxby's corporate as well to follow up on this review...
