This is a hidden gem. One of the best Mediterranean places in Denver. The food was fresh and incredibly well seasoned, the pita was fluffy, and the zaatar flat bread is a must try

Great place with fantastic mediterranean cuisine - all of the falafel/kebab/wraps that you want to try.Feels like a small, family owned restaurant. Very attentive service. They were giving us free lentil soup to go w/ our meals, which was a really nice touch!Flavors and quality of food was excellent. Some parking in the nearby adjacent lot.Prices were a little bit on the higher side for what we were getting. Fries portion was a little smaller.Overall recommended and would definitely return if I were in the area!

Zamans is a really simple strip mall restaurant...do not expect fancy smancy inside decor but what you get in return is solid food with friendly service.First off they have bomb ass Humus and Baba ghanoush both are exemplary versions that do not go overboard on the flavorings....you know the kind that can be insanely smokie.Simple sandwiches and plates of generous well prepared food at pretty reasonable prices await you.My Falafel sandwich was good although I am more the half a warm pita and stuff each side rather than a pita wrap which I do not like.Good Shawarma, solid vegetarian plates. Fries were meh.The food will not wow you like Golden Falafel of Sahara but for what it is and where it is located Zaman will do you fine

Food:So yummy!! So fresh!! (1) Gyro plate (shared with one other person and I'm so glad I did because we still had one serving left even after we split it). The food amount/quality for the price cannot be beat!(2) Falafel appetizer was delicious! Comes with 6 golf ball size. Nice dipping sauce as well Service:This place is fast casual (like a noodles and co, Panera, etc). Easy weekday vibe. The gal at the front was super attentive and got us an extra fresh pita with our to-go box - what?! Super nice!Ambience:Honestly a little lack luster. I'm not sure if it's the lighting or the fact that it's in a tiny strip mall with a small amount of parking. But the food is fire so it's all worth it.This is definitely my new go to for mediterranean food pickup/delivery. Not sure I'll be back to dine in but I'm certain I'll be back!

Wow. Best Mediterranean food I've had in Colorado. I am from south east Michigan where there is a lot of great Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine- so I am picky. Zaman's chicken shawarma is some of the best I've ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I could die happy! Best hummus, and pita bread I've ever had in my entire life. And believe me I've had a lot of it. The only words that come to mind are amazingly delicious and fresh and super flavorful! The Gyros were delicious as well, along with the grape leaves and the tabouli. I will 100% be coming back over, and over, and over again.

First-time experience at Zaman, and I'll be glad to return.Hadn't eaten lunch and only had some coffee and a bit of yogurt for breakfast, so come 2 pm I was hunnngry. But the problem was my honey and I were meeting friends for an early dinner out and so I didn't want to ruin my appetite. Hence the question of what to do. Passed by Zaman and had seen some very good reviews of it and had the great thought: hey, maybe they sell appetizer sized portions of one of my favorite Middle Eastern dishes--baba ghanoush with a pita. I was thinking, maybe I could have a few bites of that and not spoil my appetite for dinner a little later. So that's what I did. I stopped on by and picked up a to-go order since they did have that on the menu and bingo...food problem solved.Didn't just like it. I loved it. Almost as good as Yayha's, my favorite Middle Eastern spot, so I will be happy to try out some of their other dishes. Liked the fast casual set-up and the nice people who ran the place. All-in-all an excellent experience.Sign me,David "Satisfied but not filled up"M.

A neighbor told me I needed to try this place in our neighborhood. So glad I stopped in today and the service is top notch. I had dental work done and needed soft food and the hummus and pita are delicious and so flavorful, just what I needed!!!! I'll be back to try different items soon!

I stopped by here for a quick dinner. The wait time was definitely on the longer side, they do offer complimentary tea & lentil soup which is a nice traditional touch. I passed on both though which I'm glad about because my friend thinks the lentil soup upset her stomach. I got the chicken shawarma & the best part was definitely the pita. My friend got one of the platters but by the time we got home after stopping by voodoo donuts she felt too unwell to eat it.
