Zac's Hamburgers

We always visit the Folsom location near Norwood. Overall, a better, home style grab & go burger joint with McDonalds prices. Highly recommend!The service: Fast & friendly, no issues.The vibe: We opted to eat inside. Small tables but we managed, they squeeze seating to accommodate a decent crowd. Could use some TLC in terms of cleanliness. It's very retro, home town diner with throwbacks like Eye of the Tiger playing which we sung along to! The restroom is out back if you need one as well.The food: My bf's family are regulars & we always eat here AT LEAST twice every visit. Ordered a couple #2 combos & a Zac's bacon double cheeseburger. Everyone's food was delicious! Juicy burgers, plenty of toppings, crispy fries that aren't growing in salt. For the price ($10.50/combo & $4.50 for burger), you can't beat the quality. No complaints here, 5/5!

If you want good burgers and bang for the buck, this place is it. Do order ahead or you'll be waiting forever. Service is always as fast as they can be, and quite friendly. Definitely an old joint, but still a nice place to grab a quick bite.This is the best burger joint in Ridley for me.

This is a packed crowded tiny and dirty little burger joint. Perfect for the Diners/Drive ins/Dives crowd. This would most definitely rank as dive. The dining area is cramped and could use a thorough cleaning. The bathrooms are outside and there really isn't much space left in the place to wait for take out.As for the food. These burgers rank up there with some of good ones. Juicy and not overcook. Toppings done just right and the only reason for any stars at all. The his place would rank higher in my book with a drive through to avoid having to go inside.

Got burgers and fries this week. Not our usual, but were in the area. Glad we did.We got a double cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger with bacon, and some waffle supreme fries (with chili and cheese). Burgers were greasy, fries less so. Still, everything was gone with no leftovers. Haven't been to McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's or Five Guys for burgers in some time. Local places like Zac's make it easy to pass those up Parking: Easy, in their own lot. Return: Yes.

I've eaten at this location on Macdade Blvd several times over the years and have always enjoyed my visits. You can find plenty of parking on the side of the building. The inside is pretty sharp with clean/newer tables and chairs, easy to read digital menus and their open kitchen. The usual ladies were behind the counter taking orders and working the flat top. The staff is always friendly, helpful with the menu and anything else you need. On my most recent visit I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. After you order and pay you can take a seat and someone will bring your food out to your table. They always give you a big portion of fries. The burgers themselves are simple patties cooked on a flat top much like you'd find at Charlie's down the street. The burgers are always consistent and most people order doubles given the size of the patties, but I still stick to a single. Single cheeseburgers are $4 ... I think I walked out spending $9 and change on my combo meal. The pro of this location over the one on Chester Pike is you have more room and don't end up smelling like fried food. They aren't the best place for a burger, but they do a great job and are a "Delco" staple in my opinion.

My wife and I were trying to figure out what to eat for dinner but we wanted something quick and good. We ended up stopping by Zac's and we didn't regret it. We ordered cheeseburgers and spicy fries will all of the toppings you could think of. I will give the staff credit they were patient and figured out a way to change our order to the spicy fries. The wait wasn't too long and the atmosphere was ok but needed to be cleaned. There was a good amount of crumbs and trash on some tables and chairs. The food was good and reasonable, we were able to enjoy it once we arrived home.

I broke my ankle so I cannot drive. ONLY reason I used delivery. Also, for some reason they are not doing DoorDash. But they use Uber eats. I received my bag completely stapled closed. Missing items, some items wrong. Called the store. They said they couldn't do anything. Didn't even try to help me at all. I will NEVER order from Zac's again if this is how they treat their customers. ZERO stars!!!!! It made me put 1 star sadly. Again, never again will I patronize this establishment. They have kids who think they know what they are doing. They didn't even try to help me. So, lost a good customer.

A great little place for a delicious hamburger! Wish I tried a milkshake too! Would definitely recommend Zac's if in the area!

I am a regular at Crum Lynne location, who is always good. I tried Folsom for the first time in a long time today, as it was on the way home. I was put on hold for a few minutes, while I heard woman talking endless in the background. I guess they did not want my business, so I went somewhere else.
