Sichuan spicy food ! It warms up my heart eating here . Love coming up here . Love chilli oil braised fish with fried rice. For vegetarians , there are some options but largely the menu focused on seafood , beef and pork. Service and food is pretty prompt. Ambiance is very mom and pop asian owned restaurant . Food for 2 with an appetizer, small soup and entree worked to be 40 usd.Tip : This is behind sweet hut but not in the same compound . It has a different entrance next to sweet hut , with small parking lot.

Last night, we went to Yummy Spicy Restaurant for dinner. I think this restaurant opened in 2017 but we never went there. We finally went there last night. The food there is Sichuan dishes. Many are spicy. The menu was huge, many pages! The waiters were very helpful. We ordered Beef Tendon & Tripe in Chili Sauce for appetizer. For dinner, we ordered Yummy Onion with Shrimps & Spicy Fragrant Lamb. Beef Tendon & Tripe in ChiliSauce was excellent! I loved the chili sauce!Yummy Onion with Shrimps was amazing! Yummy & so many shrimps. We went to many restaurants in Atlanta, they all didn't have that many shrimps.Spicy Fragrant Lamb was great! I really didn't like lamb before. When I was four years old in Hong Kong, I had a soup with lamb. I hated that taste back then. Now, I decided to try lamb again. My husband really likes lamb. The dish was wonderful! The lamb tasted like very tender beef. There was so many lamb that we ended up bringing it home.We will DEFINITELY come back! The food was amazing. The price was very reasonable. The waiters were so helpful. We got so many shrimps & lamb! So many! I loved it!

I came for lunch and was amazed with their lunch specials. Ten dollars on Monday Wednesday and Friday and it's a great portion with lots of options. The parking lot is a little funny but has spots. When you walk in it's a little dark inside. The staff was quick and friendly and the food came very fast as well.

I went around 7:30 pm on a Sunday night with two friends. It was pretty busy but I got seated right away. The service was pretty slow but to be fair and to reiterate, they were pretty busy. I only tried a few items and some were good and some were just okay. Nothing was terrible though. Here's my review of each of the items that I got. Bamboo fish: The breading was thin which I liked. The fish was well seasoned and cooked. However there were way more pepper flakes in the dish than there was actual fish. I'm not sure what kind of fish this was or where the bamboo part comes in, but the dish was just breaded fish and pepper flakes. Not sure if I would get it again though. Sizzling black pepper beef/Hotplate beef: The flavor of this was really good. However the texture of the meat reminds me of textured soy protein and not so much actual beef. I would get this again though. Shrimp: The shrimp I got was just called shrimp in the seafood section of the menu. The shell was still on which gave it a good crunch and the flavor was really good. However it was a little greasy and oily for my taste.Eggplant: The eggplant was the best item I got. No complaints. I would come back just for the eggplant alone. This was just called eggplant under the vegetables section. It was a little loud in the restaurant but that's expected when it's so busy. The restaurant was extremely dark and dim inside. When I left the restaurant at about 9 the outside was darker than inside the restaurant.

This restaurant is located in old Taco Bell. The inside features some neat art although near the bar it was a complete mess of to go containers and surplus. The food was fantastic. The hot and sour soup was nice and peppery. It also was hearty with vegetables and egg. The other apps of dry green beans and crab Rangoon were equally delicious. I was kind of surprised of the price difference f the Rangoon when you only get 4. Their container of hot chili oil was VERY spicy! I enjoyed it but consider yourself warned. My entree of noodles was filling and well seasoned The vegetables were a perfect mix of el dente. I had a lot of leftover food and tasted great the next day too. The service was a little distant. It wasn't busy and we were getting overlooked for water refills and just checking in. I would still recommend coming in and giving this place a shot or two.

This is probably my favorite Szechuan restaurant in Atlanta. (And I have eaten at a lot of them.) The Cumin Beef is out of this world. I dream about it. The restaurant is often crowed, but the team of servers always make sure you have what you need. The ambiance is pretty basic, but cute and cozy. But here it is all about the food--a lot of it piled with dry-fried Szechuan peppers. If you love spicy Chinese food, head out Buford Highway. It's worth the drive.

My parents love this place! We come here often when they are in town. We ordered the following dishes: 1. Dan Dan Noodles w/ Pork2. Pork Intestines w/ Green Chili 3. Cumin Lamb4. Mapo Tofu w/ Pork5. Dry Fried String Beans w/ Pork6. Dry Fried EggplantsEach dish was fantastic. The Cumin Lamb was my favorite and a must order! The lamb is fried to a perfect crisp and comes with fresh onions, scallions, celery, and red bell peppers. Each bite bursts with flavor! Additionally, if you're a fan of pork intestines (which can be an acquired taste), the Pork Intestines w/ Green Chili is well-prepared and a good choice! The food and service is consistently immaculate. Highly recommend!

it was average this time. they were busy, took a while to get waters and our order, the spicy chicken was more batter than chicken, no great but the lamb and lo mein were good! they were running out of mochi (they didn't know what they had really) and the taro boba tea was good but i've had been. i would say it's average this time. everyone is nice, smells great etc but overall, less impressed than last time
