Cute little sushi and ramen place tucked behind a bookstore. Good portions of fresh fish, and a 3 hand rolls for $15 lunch special! The aburi salmon and yellowtail belly was very tasty.

I stopped into Yuki Ramen and Taki Sushi last night with some friends to grab some ramen. This was a new ramen menu from my last visit, so I opted for the spicy miso ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful and it had all of my favorite toppings. It could have been spicer. However, I love the noodles they use: not too thin and still have some chew. I'll ask for the broth super hot next time as well.As always, the service was excellent and I'll be back for more Japanese fare!

The moment you step into the place, you'd feel as if you just flew to Japan! A lot of cute traditional Japanese decor all around you. The quality of the sushi is gosh darn good too! If I was rich I would have ordered one of everything and I wouldn't be worried. The service was also very attentive throughout our whole dining experience. I'm curious about the ramen because it seems people seem to enjoy it here. Next time!

I got Kaisen don with adding Uni. $46. Don't be fooled by the look of the photo. I took the photo before eating with high expectation. I particularly took photo very close to Uni so it looks big, actually just a small piece. Anyway, the size isn't the point. It's the quality, too bad. It's the worst bowl I had ever. Uni $20, very smelly. Not fresh at all. I'm a big Uni lover, I couldn't swallow them. Salmon, tuna and yellowtail cubes are already marinated, (poke type def not kaisen style), and with marinated to cover the smell, still can taste not fresh at all. I couldn't finish them. The rice, gosh, not sushi rice, ok. But the steam rice alone is so dry and bad quality, warm, and hard to chew and swallow.. I just can't believe paid $46 + tax for a bowl of this thing. So so smelly not fresh bowl of stuffs.

The other Taki Sushi location has been one of my fav sushi spots I've been to in awhile when I'm looking for your typical sushi roll options. So when I realized Yuki Ramen was connected to it I knew we needed to try. Since it was a nicer day we decided to take our pup with us since they have an outdoor patio. They didn't have the patio set up yet for the season but were kind enough to get a table out there for us. The staff were super friendly and attentive even though we were the only ones eating outside. I got my sushi fix while my husband got his ramen fix. My husband was really pleased with his ramen... the broth was very flavorful and even had the oil running through it which to me means quality broth! Our daughter also loved trying edamame and gyoza there while also snacking on some ramen. I really enjoyed the sushi I order, especially the Ramen Master's sushi, since it's not something you see on the menu often. The standout for me was how attentive the staff was to our 1 year old but also our pup. One of the waitresses came out with a giant handful of crab to give to our pup. Our dog will forever love this restaurant!

The sashimi is delicious! The presentation is exquisite and well orchestrated. This, by far, is my favorite sashimi in Denver! The outdoor patio is very inviting and perfect for bringing my doodles. Check it out- you'll be glad you did!

I was lucky to find front row parking and the entire restaurant open for just my husband and I to enjoy lunch! He ordered the karaage and a selection of fresh and specialty fishes. I enjoyed the midoriyuki vegetarian miso ramen. The broth takes more than 12 hours to cook and is complex and flavorful. Definitively add the poached egg; it's divine.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place warrants an amazing one!! THE FRESHEST FISH IN TOWN. Sushi is my favorite food and I FINALLY found a place where every single thing I order is phenomenal. Every piece of fish melts in your mouth like butter. You truly can't go wrong with anything on their menu. My husband and I went, then went back twice in a week and brought other family and friends with. Everyone agreed it was amazing. Not to mention the kindness of the staff, and the atmosphere feeling like you're transported to somewhere in Asia. Do yourself a favor and go here. It is absolutely the best sushi restaurant in Denver!
