Yuki Hana

Beautiful Salmon Teriyaki bentobox presentation for a take-out order. Everything was packaged so nicely... and tasted fantastic. The salmon was so light and delicious! I also ordered a Lobster Tail roll; which was unique because of the fresh lettuce ingredient. Looking forward to dining-in sometime soon.

I don't actually understand why this place is rated so highly. The food is pretty bland. The ingredients used is mediocre. The only thing this place has going for it is the location

New restaurant that just opened up 2 months ago! I got the ocean roll and the Tiffany roll with a avocado ginger salad. My husband got the fried rice, dynamic and volcano roll! Everything was super fresh and delicious. The service was great! They really put the time into getting the freshness ingredients and putting detail to their dishes. 10/10 recommend !

I had such a wonderful meal, the sushi was well-made and tasted great. The employees were attentive and pleasant and happy. It makes me wish that I had ordered more, I will definitely return next time I'm in Katy

This spot is pretty good! We were greeted immediately and got a nice booth. It's a casual vibe and it smells so good as soon as you walk in!The menu has a huge selection of specialty and classic rolls. We tried the dynamic and spicy lover rolls. Both super tasty!They also have a bunch of grilled items and other hot plates. You can also choose from a decent selection of appetizers like gyoza, carpaccio, and miso soup. They have craft cocktails and other libations. We got some hot sake! Great spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner with friends.

I was really impressed with the food here! Staff was great too! Will be going in the rotation for sure! Lots of different rolls I haven't seen before! Won't let me tag them but it's Yuki Hana in the Whole Foods complex at Fry/99. The Passion roll - so good! You could taste that delicious king crab. The Yuzu Yellowtail was a fave too! Menu is much larger than my pix show...

The food here is incredibly fresh, and the sushi rolls are simply delicious! Plus, you get generous portions for the same price you'd find at other sushi restaurants. We tried a variety of signature rolls and sushi/sashimi, and each one was a tasty delight.Now, onto the must-order items:1. You won't believe how super crispy the fried tempura is!2. The OJ Salmon was such a delightful surprise, and it's definitely worth trying.3. And let me tell you, I absolutely loved the Hamachi Kama!Overall, this place is a gem for sushi lovers. I highly recommend giving it a try!

One and done. Will not be back. Overpriced low quality food. Does not use sushi grade rice.
