beautiful, clean & delicious spot to satisfy your bubble tea craving. they have a self-service kiosk if you prefer to order that way, but if it's empty, they'll encourage you to just order at the register. their menu is on the wall & the items change based on the season so what you see at one store you may not see at another. most of their fruit teas have real fruit in them, as recently i tried the passion fruit green tea at a 70% sugar level. extremely refreshing for the hot days. their matcha brown sugar latte is also very good as well. i tried their taro latte which had real taro bits, i wasn't a huge fan of this but that speaks to the quality of the drinks. check this spot out!

Let me preface by saying that when I rate bubble tea places, I usually compare them in relation to Kung Fu Tea because Kung Fu Tea's bubble tea isn't the best but it isn't the worst. It's not my go to spot but it's always a safe option when that boba craving hits. And they have a good variety when it comes to milky and fruitier options. For additional context, I usually prefer fruit teas and adjust the sugar level (typically one level below 100% sweetness). After trying a few of their drinks, I would rank Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea as being better than Kung Fu Tea. As someone who doesn't usually drink milk teas, I like that Yi Fang offers more tea based options. Also, because Taiwan is known for their tea, I like that that aspect is highlighted more in Yi Fang's drinks. There is ample seating inside with a cozy, chill vibe so it's a good place to hang out with friends.Drink Ordered:* worth trying- [Lemon Mountain Tea with Green Tea Jelly and 70% Sugar*]: I like citrus drinks that are more tart so I think 70% is a good sugar level before it gets too tart. The tea flavor comes through and the green tea jelly is a good compliment to the drink. The green tea jelly is similar to aiyu jelly in texture but with a green tea flavor. - [Mango Sago with 50% Sugar]: This drink is a slushy consistency. This drink probably tastes the best when mangoes are in season because with the 50% sugar level, you could tell that the mangoes weren't sweet. Between this and the Mango Pomelo Sago, I would choose the Mango Pomelo Sago because the drink has more depth with the addition of the pomelo.- [Mango Pomelo Sago*]: This drink is a slushy consistency. Similar to the Special Mango Juice Smoothie-o at Mango Mango. The drink at Mango Mango costs less so I'd recommend ordering a different drink at Yi Fang but this is a good drink nonetheless. Pomelo is like a sweet grapefruit and adds a nice citrus flavor and texture to the drink. Would I go back? : Yes. Yi Fang is a bit out of the way for me but, whenever I'm in the area, I usually try to go. Because I've only been here three times, I can't give as comprehensive of a review compared to my other bubble tea shop reviews so my thoughts on Yi Fang may change as I try more of their drinks but I like what I've tried so far.

Stopped by after studying and got the Brown sugar pearl oolong tea latte. The boba and sugar was sweet and really good. Tea was pretty strong. Once it was all mixed up it evened out. So much seating! And looks pretty nice inside. Staff was pretty nice and I got my drink super fast, but I was also the only customer

I hesitate to get matcha anymore bc it's all diluted. This one is strong and gives me that authentic taste of matcha. 25% sweetness was perfect top of the board w this jawn

This place never disappoints - it is authentic bubble tea and there are so many options to choose from! And, the service is what keeps me coming back to this location whenever I am in Philly.

Philly isn't known for having awesome bubble tea, but this is a more upscale boba spot for a fancy drink fix. The tapioca are relatively tiny but fresh. It's cool that they have sago as a topping option. The service is fast and the interior makes for a great work/study spot--I could see myself doing homework here if I was a Temple student. If you're spoiled by cities/locations with solid bubble tea options, prepare to knock a star off this review.

I loveeee Sago. So to find a bubble tea place that has it...I'm in heaven. My sons were super indecisive today, and the customer service was excellent. Super patient with us as we settled on our drinks. I got the mango sago, Malcolm grabbed a pineapple tea with jelly cake, and Max got a mango drink with caramel pudding. All wins! This place is super clean and comfortable, with different seating options. Very authentic, and I will definitely be back soon!

The best bubble tea in the area! You can't go wrong with any of the fruit or milk teas in their selection. The tapioca is chewy and delicious so I definitely recommend that as a topping. Plenty of seating. One thing I disliked was that you are not able to customize ice level with their fruit tea??? Not sure why that is but it was kinda annoying to get a large amount of ice in a drink while it was cold outside.

So glad I live near this gem! It's refreshing to have a fruit tea/boba spot to go to outside of Chinatown, especially since parking at the plaza is ample and free. Menu-wise, the variety of drinks that they offer there is pretty diverse, from mango pomelo sago to brown sugar pearl latte. So far, I've tried both of these as well as the Yifang fruit tea all with 50% sugar and less ice. Out of these, I liked mango pomelo sago the best. I liked the creamy, custardy texture of the mango smoothie, and the refreshing citrusy aroma of the pomelo accented well with it. Sago was fun to chew, but I would've preferred to swap it with basil seeds.Yifang fruit tea was also good, but it's a tad too sweet even at the reduced sugar level. I suppose you could always add more water to lower the intensity and stretch out the drink to last a bit longer.Brown sugar pearl latte was a bit confusing. While the pearls were super sweet, the remaining of the tea only had a hint of sweetness. I suppose the pearls should've been thoroughly mixed into the tea to even out the overall sweetness, but their sugar level was pretty intense that I wasn't sure if it'd be possible. Since I parked my drink in the fridge for a while before I got to it, I'm not sure if this was because the pearls soaked too long in the brown sugar. I'll have to find out the next time I order it.Ambience-wise, I'd say this place is a solid work/study spot as well as a good place to catch up with a friend. I liked the coziness of the overall setting and would love to visit there again.
