I HATE to do this review but wow, this has to be the worst meal I've ever had and it pains me to say this because I've eaten here before. It was so bad I couldn't even eat most of it and had to throw it away I ordered the crispy eggplant wrap. The eggplant was most certainly not crispy, it was extremely soggy, there was no hummus whatsoever and no onions. The only thing I ate was basically the eggs. Everything else was terrible and a waste of money sadly

Yalla Motek serves the best falafel pita I have ever had in South Florida. The falafel is fresh, the eggplant is crispy, and the veggies and sauces add a burst of flavor. Even better, the waffle-cut fries are the perfect pairing with the falafel.I know this place is in the food court in Aventura Mall but the restaurant is still well-kept and neat. I like their minimalistic branding with bright tones of yellow and blue that you can notice from a distance. I also like the fact that they have inverted mirrors so that you can watch them prepare your food from beginning to end. Service is quick and the staff was friendly during my last visit. This is a must-try place in my book!

This review is strictly for the OWNER. You changed the price from $11:50 to $16 for the Shawarma with meat. You charge $3 for the beiruty bread as substitute for the Pita bread. You are already charging for the pita bread included in the price. That means that the beiruty bread cost the customer more than $3. I suggest that you give the customer the pita bread since the customer has already paid for that if they choose to get the beiruty bread. You also charge $5 for a small bottle of coke, really? On top of that you want the customer to pay 18% tip as minimum. If I am standing up and ordering my food, i am not willing to pay your employees salary. It is your job to pay their salary. You don't even offer tap water. I ended up paying $29 and change (btw they refused go take cash, you must be really joking. You loose customers as the leavs are falling from trees) or a greasy sandwich with drink. You must think that you are dealing with a bunch of idiots. This is simple math. SHAME ON YOU. I can say that to your face if you want me to do so. You should reconsider your way of doing business.P.S. I am not a fake account and I not a cocompetitor with the intention to leave a horrible review. Please take my advise and change your way of doing business. We have seen many like you in that mall to disappear in bankruptcy throughout the years.

Located in Aventura Mall in North Miami, this Mediterranean counter service restaurant is part of the food court. I had the Salmon Shawarma bowl with veggie quinoa with the sauces $19. It was fresh, flavorful and delicious.

If you ever venture to Aventura mall. If your kosher / make sure you visit the upstairs location of Yalla Motek, in the food court. You will be in for an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious, transporting me straight to the flavors of Israel. I couldn't help but notice and appreciate the attention they put into their branding - it's evident even on their bags.I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and it was a delightful surprise. The chicken was light and airy, striking the perfect balance of flavor without being too dense. The real game-changer was the amba sauce - it truly set the sandwich apart and elevated the taste to a whole new level. The waffle fries were a revelation - perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They were addictive and I couldn't get enough of them. To complement the meal, I opted for the Cold Mint Lemonade, or lemonana as it's commonly known. It was a refreshing and delightful beverage that beautifully complemented the flavors of the food. obviously, plenty of seating in the food court.

Incredible flavor ! Mediterranean food is one of my favorite cuisines and this place may be my all time favorite that I've tried so far ! YALLA offers bowls, sandwiches, wraps and salads. I ordered their falafel rice bowl and it comes with Turkish rice (or quinoa), falafel, hummus, sumac onions, eggplant, red cabbage, chickpea, arugula salad and a shishito pepper. The falafel was the best I've ever had !! Cooked to perfection with a light crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm not usually a huge cabbage fan, but it was dressed well, softened and wow .. incredible ! I guess I'm now a cabbage fan. The hummus in my bowl was so smooth, fresh, and flavorful. I wish I had more ! I seriously don't have any complaints and cannot wait to go back again. I'm hoping to make one more stop before leaving the area.

Located in a mall food court, you'd never know. The food is fresh. You could see the lamb being freshly sliced. There are so many unique options. It was hard to choose. I went with the falafel pita. It was very tasty. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, though, which is weird when it's coming from a food court. By the time it came out, the pita was very soggy. However, it was tasty. The fries were pretty delicious. My mom got the lamb shwarma. She wasn't impressed, as it was also soggy and the pita fell apart. For her it was disappointing, especially when it costs $16, which is pretty steep at a mall food court. I'd love to try their other concept or something different from here next time I'm in this area. It's definitely unique to have in a food court, and if you want Mediterranean flavors, this is definitely the spot to check out.

Food was excellent. I got the lamb shawarma rice bowl and the lamb was shredded and seasoned excellently. The taste of the rice was fantastic, and the humus was creamy and had great olive oil. I would recommend getting the spicy green sauce which had a ton of flavor. The salad pairing with the bowl was light and excellent. I would recommend getting the lafa/pita on the side. Chicken shawarma was good also, but I preferred the lamb. I liked this option better than the others, so far (I haven't tried all the food court options yet). Price was on the higher side, but you're going to spend money on a meal anywhere there unless you do chipotle. Anytime I go back to the aventura mall I will be coming here (although I would like to try my own arepa next door one time...)

Probably your tastiest option when eating at Aventura Mall. Highly recommend all of their sandwiches and bowls. Waffle fries are a must! All of the staff (front and end) are always smiling and enjoy their craft, translate into how delicious they make their food. Beautiful Mediterranean decor makes you feel like you're in a Tel Aviv Beach enjoying food with aba.

Always great staff at the counter and the food is fantastic. I get the eggplant on Jerusalem banquette, so huge that I take half home. Always good and consistent.
