Whoa. Handmade in store, these croissants are nothing short of art. Buttery, flaky, masterpieces. You walk in and the smell is everything. When speaking with the owner you can tell they take so much pride in their product. Now, to be fair, I went in because I wanted coffee. The coffee was subpar and I ended up dumping most of it. But I can forgive that as long as they never slack on the pastry.

The best croissant in Katy area. Talking to the sweet lady is the pleasant too. I love their honey ginger drink. It's made from the real ginger!

This is a Taiwanese owned French croissant bakery that recently opened! They have a small selection of flavors (almond croissant, French buttercream, chocolate, plain, ham/cheese, etc) & they also serve coffee/tea to pair with your pastry The croissants were freshly baked and were warm and crispy I loved how it was not too sweet with the fillings! Give it a try if you're ever in the Katy area they close once they sell out so I'd recommend to go early if you can

Service is friendly and ambiance is a nice, clean, modern atmosphere with plenty of parking spaces share among with other businesses. If you have a tree nut allergy, they suggest to not eat their croissants. They speak both English and mandarin here so if anyone wants to practice their mandarin, then come and try to order. I dare you.Croissants are flaky, unfortunately lacking in the softness on the inside. I can see multiple layers so they almost mastered it (I came around 10:30 AM so it wasn't like the croissants sat out for so long). Unless you get the buttered croissant or strawberry cream croissant, it won't be soft on the inside. My vanilla latte was not strong and did not satisfy my coffee loving heart. No vanilla flavor as the lady probably forgot but still, extremely underwhelming that I just went home and made my own latte. Something to keep in mind is come early because as soon as they sell out, they will close for the day. My suggestion is to call ahead to be sure they're still there.

Just as advertised. Buttery flaky croissants. Fresh made everyday said the owners. We were excited to know the couple who run the store are both fellow Taiwanese. In Taiwan, people go crazy for foreign pastries. Many chefs learn the craft from France and bring it back to share in Taiwan. Looks like Katy, TX got lucky. The husband is the baker, and he makes them every morning. When they run out, they run out. My daughter only eats plain flavor and that is their most popular item. Too bad for her. My husband and I ordered two to split, almond and butter cream strawberry. These guys are gigantic. I really could only eat half but finished off the other one after a while. They were that good. They fillings were seasoned well and not over sweet. The croissant itself were flaky and buttery on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The store looks clean and well-kept. It's a small space but plenty of seating and a cute little fancy nook. I ordered a hot tea beverage. I can't remember the name but it was also deliciously. It was also not overly sweet and went well with the pastries.

Le EatsI'm sitting here in a Bistro on The Bay of Cannes in the city of the same name. In front of me is an ebony hued femme fatale and a pastry that is a metaphor of the woman before me.Warm, sweet, multilayerd, creamy, and supple. Decided that today was a good day to drive far for the buttery croissants. I reached at 9.15am so that I would be able to get what I wanted. I got a strawberry croissant with French butter cream, a French butter cream croissant, a chocolate croissant, a Danish chocolate croissant, an almond croissant with almond butter, and an artichoke spinach feta croissant. All the croissants were buttery and airy inside. The croissants were also nicely layered inside while the outsides were puffy, and the top layers were crunchy. However some parts of the croissants were hard especially the ends. The fillings were of the right amount but they were mainly concentrated in the middle of the croissants (the French butter cream) thus I was overwhelmed with all the cream when I reached the middle. The French butter cream was a little too sweet but the chocolate croissants were of the right sweetness. My favorite was the artichoke spinach feta croissant. The filling was good. Highly recommend it! The owner was super polite and courteous. Service is A+. The bakery had a nice cafe atmosphere. I would recommend to get the croissants to-go since they would close the store once they sell out.
