Breakfast for 2.- Ambiance (5*)Loved the top floor vibe. Plush carpet, great table setup, lots of natural light. - Service (1*)I really hate to trash service, but it was pretty awful here. Very friendly don't get me wrong, but so so slow, even with almost no tables to serve. Breakfast took 45 minutes. To add insult to injury, server overcharged us an extra side of fruit, but seeing how long it took to get the check in the first place and having somewhere now to rush off to, we just paid the extra amount (at least I knew it would likely get wiped at checkout on account of being a Globalist). - Yogurt Parfait, $11 (2*)Beautiful presentation, but the granola tasted a little stale, and some of the peaches tasted a little old/dry? It was pretty bizarre because it's pretty hard to mess up yogurt parfait! - Value (3*)At least they don't take advantage of their views to charge a premium. - Final WordCould have been a really pleasant experience but the service and lack of freshness really ruined things for me. I actually went back on day 2 (Globalist benefit) and had a similar experience, whereas my colleague refused and had breakfast elsewhere!

What an awful experience and place to dine. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It was nearly impossible to get a reservation, only for us to show up and see so many empty tables. We dressed up because XIX Nineteen is branded as luxurious and elevated, only to find other guests in sweats, casually eating breakfast during their stay at the hotel. How are you going to charge $7 for a speciality drink, only for it to be a tea bag and 3 tablespoons of milk???Jason was a server and he was nice, however, the service was the slowest service. It took one hour and a half for our food to come out. My mom went to pick something from the buffet, only for this server to tell her to not touch anything because food was being put away. How embarrassing and rude? It was my mom's birthday and Mother's Day. I honestly think our food was served from leftover buffets. Absolutely bland and way too simple. No care was given. Both Jason and this other man gave us our food. The other man's shirt was gross and had food spilled all over it. He smelled so bad and as he was putting our food down, he was huffing and puffing. The lox was old and the menu said they serve everything bagels. We got a plain bagel that was stale and just old. The menu is also very limited. The hotel looks dingy and the carpet has yet to be cleaned. Absolutely mortified and upset with my experience. Also, tea parties are now limited to Flower Show week I think...the website and branding is very deceiving online...beware. I'd love my $100+ back!

Took me forever to come here and now it's my new favourite Happy Hour in the city. Tucked away on the 19th floor of the Bellevue hotel is restaurant XIX. With beautiful aesthetics it has a very unique charm. Loved the grand interiors. We had a great time at the Happy Hour the drinks, wish we had the appetite for small bites, definitely going back for more chilled vibes and bites!

Food is delicious. If you're not in a hurry, then this is the spot for you to wait on your food. Took about 30 minutes or more until we got our food. We came here several times, twice as a family and once as just parents having some quality time together. Some photos were for brunch only while others are served weekdays for breakfast. We love coming here for ambiance and the staff is very friendly. Just be patient with them as it seems they are understaffed, but they try their best to accommodate.

XIX! Booked a resy for Sunday brunch to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was amazing! While the food was delicious and the view was chefs kiss, it was really the service that made our meal so special. From our reservation confirmation call to the happy birthday mini cupcakes, our host Chris was so thoughtful. We took his recommendations and ordered the eggs benedict, strawberry cheesecake french toast along with the egg breakfast. We ateeeee. Lol We also ordered the mimosa carafe, which easily had 6 servings. Extra points for Chris giving us the drop on the best spots for lighting so we could take pictures. There were so many good photo ops we couldn't choose just one. Noting: Our reservation was for noon, and the place was superrr chill.

I have been to XIX several times before the pandemic. From the ambiance to the food service it is impeccable. Its absolutely gorgeous! From the hostess to the service my party and I were beyond pleased with the respect you are given, their courtesy and their manners as well. The food is top notch!!! After pandemic I noticed that they don't have a dinner menu and I am really disappointed about that but, on the other hand, the pandemic changed many things. I will still definitely come in but probably not as often as I used to because of dinner menu. Ty so much for your respect that u show ur customers and ur impeccable food! Definitely too notch.

My husband and I stayed in the Bellevue after a show . We had a voucher for drinks after our room wasn't ready to check in. We had a drink at the bar which was good- loved the bartenders- very friendly and attentive. Sunday morning we went to breakfast- I must say it was a huge disappointment. I got the breakfast table which was 27$. Pretty much everything as cold . Potatoes cold and old . Bacon ok ? I had to ask if they were bringing fresh eggs because they were almost gone and looked very unappealing. In addition almost all the plates were dirty. It is also very difficult to try and serve yourself with the setup they have . They are chafing dishes with lids but where do you put the lid while balancing your plate and trying to put food on it. I guess the pastries were good but honestly, nothing made me feel like I had gotten my money's worth. Very disappointing- such a beautiful room too !

The food was always amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful and in my opinion, they had the best tasting Prosecco. I've ever ha. I'm sad that they are temporarily closed, but I can't wait until they reopen. I will definitely be back!
