My friend and I came here for a quick meal and drinks. We ordered the wings to snack on and two drinks. The wings were good. A bit too much sauce relative to its size but for something to snack on, it was fine. I orders the spicy drinks and I thought it was a good drink. I think the prices for the food and cocktails were a bit high relative to the taste, atmosphere and aesthetics.The restaurant had a tavern feel to it where there are lots of wood aesthetics from the walls, columns and decorations. If you're coming for drinks, I feel like the aesthetics really elevates the experience.The bartender was professional and courteous. They were quick to clean the plates after we finished and made sure to check in on us.Overall, a decent place for drinks and get together.

Beer is good. Food is okay. Low rating and reason we will not be back is the Hospitality Fee that is slipped into the check. This is what now has been created folks.

Nice place. We were sitting outside and our server was nice. The food was delicious. My friend and I ordered the same pizza but in different styles :) She ordered a deep dish and I got a regular style pizza. We got a White Truffle Pizza, it was amazing. It tasted great. I will come back for more.

Twice in one day, liked it that much!The brunch options were great, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We came in at 10 am for brunch and again at 7 pm for some drinks and a bite as we were staying next door. The portion sizes are very generous, and prices range anywhere from $7-$29+ so you really don't feel skimped, it's definitely value for money.The ambiance was spot on. Not only was the decor unique, the music, lighting, color, and character of the restaurant all come together so perfectly. The coolest piece is the bar - over 12,000 shiny pennies make up the bar top. The restaurant still shows its historic tavern character but has been brought into the new age with its design and modern layout. Zander is the best, they made sure to look after us and kept the drinks coming! Will definitely come back when visiting , a solid 5 stars!

It's been over a handful of years since I've been here. Again, I've come for brunch and it was not busy at all. We were there at 1030 and stay until past 12 and it was not filling up at all. I was fine as I'm not a fan of crowded places and the fact our food came out hot and we got to enjoy brunch without feeling the need to leave so quickly for others. The wings were my fav and the sambal ranch is an amazing dip. I'm going to have to make this dip at home for my wings. The breakfast pizza is what I had for brunch and it was super filling. Made of tomato-bacon sauce, mozzarella, home fries, eggs, sriracha hollandaise, and everything bagel seasoning that is a loaded breakfast pizza. I was full after a slice and a half. I saw my friend's dishes and they looked very big and satisfying and I believed they enjoyed their entrees. Brunch is good here. I'd come back for the wings.

I should have a review for this already, but here we go.I had the special cocktail which had tea and bourbon which was disappointing HOWEVER I had the special pizza which was street corn and that should be a regular on the menu. It was not overdone with sauce or mayo, which is a concern when you have 2 sauces but the kitchen did great.Service was great.

This was the worst food I've ever had in south Boston and this year. It literally couldn't get any worse than this. I requested the buffalo chicken pizza which they ran out of the fried chicken at 7 O'clock on a Friday while only 4 other tables we re there. By the time I got my food ( the burger and the chicken sandwich for my girl friend we literally wanted to throw up. I would never recommend this place. The bar manager seemed to have an attitude while we requested drinks that didn't have Vodka. They literally only have vodka drinks and an expresso Martini as their drinks. This is a place I would tell anyone to save their money on and never come here.

The last leg of my Boston foodie tour was to Worden Hall. Immediately you're struck by the facade of the place, it continues inside with mega spooky, historical vibes that give the place a very interesting experience.Blessing our taste buds for appetizers this time was the Hot-honey Worden wings-- crispy and satisfyingly sweet with a slight kick and the Street Corn nachos-- housemade cool ranch tortilla chips, grilled corn, queso sauce, chipotle crema, cilantro, cojita cheese. Both stellar and lived up to the recommendation. For entrees my group ordered vegetable curry with a grilled chicken breast added and two orders of the hot chicken sandwiches rounded out the table. If fried chicken, hot honey, citrus slaw, pickles, garlic aioli on a fresh bun sounds delish, then you're at the right place. Easily a top tier hot chicken sandwich in my book. Curly fries were simply, but bomb as well.Boston is definitely in my near future and I'll be sure to float Worden Hall as my recommendation.

The deep dish pizza is not actual deep dish pizza (the sauce goes on the top and the cheese goes on the bottom). It's more like Greek pizza and pretty small for what you pay. I've had decent food there at brunch, but this pizza was not what I was expecting.

I've been to this place a few times now and it continues to disappoint. The food is not good and the service is extremely slow and unkind. I won't be back
