This place is the most accurate representation of the "indo chinese" fusion cuisine that's extremely popular in india. Quick and friendly service with a faux fine dine setting. The spice levels are deliciously on the higher side. Of the many times i've dined or taken takeout from here, these items have never disappointed:1. Veg Burnt garlic fried rice 2. Chicken manchurian gravy 3. Non alcoholic masala lemonade ( ask for less "masala" which are spices4. Fresh lime sodaThe only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that food is not quite consistently great.

Stopped into Wok on Fire after shopping at parkside. Would also be a great spot for a date before a movie. The service was quick & the waiter was very kind. I got the hokka noodles with chicken and they were great! It was also enough for dinner and another generous portion for left overs. Would order from here again!

We've been here five times so far and each time was fantastic. The place looks really nice and fancy, but there are lots of kids and the staff is always extremely nice and attentive so it feels really comfortable. The food was always amazing. We are in love with the manchurian cauliflower especially. The burnt garlic tofu is also fantastic. There is a kids menu too. The prices are totally fair considering how great the food is and the large portions. Love this place!

Update for my last review... This place still rocks!! Don't let the seemingly low volume of patrons worry you. They have a thriving take-out business, and they had a 50-person order go out while I was there despite only 4 couples dining in. The food is AMAZING, FRESH, AND PACKED WITH FLAVOR!

Not really Chinese food. More Indian. Not very tasty. Restaurant empty when we were there. Not a good sign.

Good: Food is good here.Bad: Food order takes lot of timeUgly: Staff will be waiting to argue with customers to vent out their frustration.I think by far this was the worst establishment in the entire United states where I had such a bad experience.Updated after owner comments:Alright I did not want to go in detail but since owner posted the narrative. This is what happened my end.We went in lunch time ordered the food. Like I said before food was good. We decided to order one more dish which took long time to get prepared. After waiting with no food in sight, we decided to just pay and leave and the staff said here is your order while we were walking out. I asked to cancel the order. I was expecting ' no sir we can't cancel' instead the staff said. ' what should I do with this ? I said "keep it" and their response was "you can't talk like that. this is not a McDonald's where you can just say keep the food. It takes 40 minutes to make the food". He was talking in the same lines for next few minutes. I think other tables can vouch for the tone he was talking those things. I could have been more argumentative to his comments but instead kept my calm and paid the bill and came out. I think the argument itself was unwarranted for. Either you cancel the order or you don't cancel the order and charge for it. To the owner I would like to say that , I think the staffs outburst was unwarranted. That's not how you treat your customers. He could have just said sorry I can't cancel the order and that would have been the end of it but the staff wanted to teach me a lesson seems like for asking to cancel the order. You go to any decent restaurant out there and play the same scenario , the waiter would either say "sorry for the delay sure I will cancel the order" OR "sorry for the delay but we can't cancel the order as it's ready now" and charge for it and that's it, that's the end of it.Anyway I thought I was just a scapegoat for the person's frustration that day. Maybe some other customer some other day.

The Pros: The food is good. Good take on the spices and combinations presented. The amount of food received is reasonable for the cost of the dish. The inside of the location is so pretty! Love the decor - somewhat a cross between a "sexy" club and nice dining. The location overall is a good one for the location and the pricing is some what in line with other establishments like this one. The Cons: However, my low rating goes to the service - particular one server. Let me paint the picture like this for you: We arrive and immediately we are greeted by two older men and server #1. Server #1 asks, is this our first time and starts to place the menus on the table. We provide that it is and from there she provides us some additional time to look over the menu and grab our drinks. Issue #1: the menus only list the name and price. It doesn't provide really any information on HOW they prepare their dish. What the adjustment of spice level can be for the dish or anything additional to determine if you want it or if there is something that might not be able to have due to allergies. Suggestion #1: update the menu to include dish descriptions and if the spice level can be adjusted. This helps with understanding the dish and not having confusion with the server trying to figure out what's in it and so on. While we await for server #1 to return, we are approached by server #2. They again are asking if we need any help and if we are ready to order. Okay, it's only been 2 mins, but we let them know we are still looking the menu over. Within 2 mins, server #3 has come over. Again, asking the same thing. At this point, I am like what is going on? Are we talking to long? Then I realize once server #3 leaves there is an issue. There is main server (we will call her "Runner"). Runner is literally running around demanding server #1, #2, and #3 to do this and that. They have no time to even stand and think. You see the stress over their faces - they go to take an order, Runner is right behind them - demanding it be entered a certain way in the system or do this or do that. I felt bad for server #1, she never returned to our table because she was "dragged" here and there. As soon as she would be on the way back, Runner would demand she make this or take this to this table. Server #1 would look at our table, but again - never made it back. There was some much "drama" service was hectic and confusing. We didn't receive some of the items that should have come with the dish. Other tables - were consistency asking for items that should have been provided with the dish. You would look up and see Runner fussing or carrying on with the servers. When in fact, if she would have left them alone - they would have been better at doing their job. Hopefully, this is not the case and this is a one off type of day. Looking at the comments from others regarding service, I don't think so. Runner, should take a lesson in proper customer service and how to treat your wait staff. They are reflect of you - not of themselves. IF you are treating them bad and causing confusion, the rest will be displayed in how they are able to conduct business and attend to your customers. With that, I don't believe we will return for service.

We went on a Thursday night, and there were not many people in there, which was a real shame, because we had a great time. Our server, was a little reserved, but warmed up to us as the night progressed. Now on to the food and drinks. The margaritas were lit. My husband had the mango and I had the strawberry. They tasted amazing, nice cold, and packed a pretty mean punch for a frozen drink. As for the food, we had the lamb appetizer, chicken curry, and hoku noodles. The lamb was amazing, though a bit on the spicy side. The Hoku Noodles were very flavorful. I would recommend mixing with the sauces they provide for extra flavor. The chicken curry was very tasty, as well, but word of caution the mild is still a bit hot. Overall, we had a nice time and we will definitely be back.

I have been here for dining for more times than I care to admit, this is a rock solid place for indo-chinese food! The waiting time for food is not long at all, usually within 10/15 minutes, which is a big plus and cant say the same for other good Indian places (Looking at you Anjappar)Drums of heaven, Manchurial Chicken, Chilli Chicken, Black pepper chicken, pepper cottage cheese, Szechuan fried rice, hakka noodles -- all very good, very satisfying. The corn kernel starter is absolutely amazing, crunch chewy corns smothered in green onion, salt pepper garlic-- awesome.Ginger Chicken, burnt Garlic fish -- also good, but prefer the items above. Was always served with polite service.

Another more than perfect family dinner at Wok On Fire! We have been there several times and each dish from each visit has been exceptional. Last night was no exception. We continue to explore different items off the menu, except for the Manchurian cauliflower, which we order every visit. It is that good! Last night also included the black pepper chicken, orange chicken, burnt tofu and Singapore noodles. The glitz and gleam of the decor is quite upscale. The staff could not be more professional or obliging even to those of us who always seem to arrive awkwardly under dressed.
