Burger & toppings fresh. Lemon pepper nice and zingy. Fries are fresh but could be crispier.

Came to grab wings one night and wasn't too impressed. I ordered the honey hot with lemon pepper and the wings were fried too hard for me to finish them. I don't like super soft and fatty wings but this wasn't the move. The skin was too hard for my liking. The wing size was perfect. I don't like really big wings. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

They've discontinued the tots and now only offer undercooked fries. Which are served in the STEAMED TO HELL containers. What are y'all thinking? Do better.

Looking for some wings, I came across WNB FactoryFor my visit they were having a pickup special for $29.99, which includes 30 wings, large French fries and 4 sodas. Wha??? Sign me up for that! I also ordered a side of onion rings.They allow you to split up flavors 10 at a time, so I got your traditional buffalo wings for 10, lemon pepper wings for 10 and wet lemon pepper for the last 10.The wings were all well flavored, and at least for the dry lemon pepper wings, they remained crispy for the short drive home. The French fries were not much to speak of, but I did enjoy the onion rings.Because you're in the Shamrock plaza, parking is definitely not a problem here. It's just a matter of how close you are to the store, but this lot never really fills up so I think you'll be fine.There is one red light exit onto Druid hills road, but you can also get out onto Lawrenceville highway, although keep in mind traffic this way can be a challenge, especially if you're turning away from Druid hills.Nice WNB factory that is clean and convenient. Might be worth checking out if you're interested in some wings.

4 stars for a solid wing spot.My wife and I were looking for some wings the other night when she came across WNB Factory near our house. Located in the Publix plaza at the corner of North Druid Hills and Lawrenceville Highway, WNB Factory is a small unassuming little spot that offers a wide range of food beyond just wings. However, what got our interest was the fact that WNB uses cage-free chicken for its wings. While not quite organic, we appreciate the fact that this chain is at least trying to use better products.We've been 2 times so far and ordered once through the app (not so great) and once over the phone (much better and easier to order). Our food was ready in about 10 minutes and was pretty cheap considering what we were getting (less than $10 for wings combo). The wings, while not the absolute best, were still pretty solid and the fries (which comes with optional seasoning) were solid. The venue offers Pepsi products (interesting for an Atlanta store), but you can upgrade to a shake for just a couple bucks more. I drove over to the little store for my most recent experience and the cashiers were pulling down Christmas ornaments and greeted me as I entered the store. They were very polite and grateful to see me and gave us a 10% coupon to entice us back next time. I've ordered wings from lots of places and usually the to-go order handlers aren't terribly pleasant, so their attitude was a nice change.Overall, the WNB Factory over on North Druid Hills provided us with a good take out wing experience. If you are looking to grab some quick, cheap, tasty, and a tad bit healthier food, then you should give this spot a look.

I attempted to place my order over the phone to save time, but was met with an automated system asking if I had my card information ready to place an order. I did not feel comfortable with that so I ordered when I arrived.The floor was dirty and littered with trash. There was a fallen Caution wet floor sign a couple feet from where you order.I asked a question about one of the dishes offered and was answered promptly and enthusiastically but was dismayed when the second I looked up to decide if that was what I wanted (which wasn't long) the associate resumed her phone conversation. When I was ready to order I almost had to interrupt her to get her attention.I paid around 12 dollars, and was handed a receipt with no estimated wait time (because she was on the phone I presume).Waited approximately 10 minutes and was entertained by the afore mentioned associates loud phone conversation. I was notified the food was ready and made my way up front. I was not shown my food or handed my bag. To be fair she was disabled (missing right hand, holding phone in the left).To the left as you walk out the door all the condiments you could need are placed relatively neatly. I did not see any utensils though. Thankfully I didn't need any.The food was good. I was pleased to find my turkey burger wasn't dry. While it wasn't the most flavorful dish the ketchup was able to top it off for me. The fries seemed fresh and were crispy. In my opinion portion for the price was fair. If you're expecting great customer service or even a clean floor; steer clear. But if you are like me and simply looking to grab a decent bite that won't put a hole in your pocket, I would recommend.

I can't give this business more stars simply because of the price. The food is ok but the pricing is outrageous. The food is waaaaayyy overpriced. I do like their wings and their shrimp is ok too.

Wings were the primary reason we ordered, and I'm disappointed to report that my wings both tasted and smelled like fish, which is confusing for two reasons--firstly, chicken is not fish, and secondly, I didn't order any fish.Aside from the fish flavor, I can't say the quality or preparation of the wings was good either. The skin was nice and crispy, but the chicken itself was quite dry and rubbery. We tried the wet ranch and dry rib Sriracha flavors. I think the sauce/rub might have been decent, although it was somewhat hard to tell due to the smell and taste of fish overcoming other flavors.lWe also got their knockoff Chick-fil-A sandwich with a side of onion rings. Thankfully, the chicken sandwich didn't taste like fish, but unfortunately, it didn't have much flavor otherwise, and the texture was similarly rubbery to the wings. The pickles on the sandwich were quite tasty, however.The onion rings were ok. On the plus side, they weren't too greasy, but didn't have much seasoning. The more I ate, the more I liked them, but I probably wouldn't get them again.All in all, given the number of comparable places nearby, the only reason I would recommend this place over any other is if you were after fish-flavored chicken.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !I placed an order at 12:25 pm for 300 wings and 2 orders of the largest fries schedule for a pick up at 5 PM . This order was for a resident event for our Halloween party . I called a couple of days prior just to know the requirements for placing a large order and ordered way ahead of time ask . I sat in ATLANTA TRAFFIC FOR 43 min and get there late @ 5:26 just for them to tell me my order was canceled because they didn't have enough wings! How is a wing place out of wings ?? While the cashier eat her BBQ wings ( she was eating and had sauce all on her fingers ) she states " they called me " but never received a call . Now let me take you back , when you call them your talking to a call center and not the actual store . Not to be raciest but they sound like they not in the country ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She calls the manger & he was not help as well . We end up going to the NUMBER 1 WING SPOT IN BUCKHEAD WINGS 101 ! I placed my order @ 5:36 for 300 wings and fries and it was ready by 6 ! Honestly that where we normally go but decided to go to here because it cheaper ! If you want to try WBN go to the camp creek location or just go to wings 101 .. Good customer service and wings at both locations

Ordered online because although I work in the Tucker/Decatur area I never eat out here! It was a pretty small spot but super clean, the person at the counter was so sweet and friendly, and the food was finished in about 20 minutes or so. We got ten wings (lemon pepper), two large fries, and a turkey burger. Wings were a good size and my partner rated them "1000%" Theyre already planning the next time we're coming back. The fries were amazing honestly! For a spot like this usually the fries are crappy, soggy and under or over seasoned... these were great. We paid about $33 for both of us, which was a little pricey but also I am SO FULL! It was well worth it to me, inflation has everything high these days :)
