So unorganized and rude. Promised to do a cake for us and we discussed all the details in multiple emails. She forgot to send me an invoice after I asked twice her preferred method of payment and then one day before the baby shower, Erica tells me she does not have time since I did not pay a week before. I am a repeat customer and always paid as soon as I received her or anyone's invoice but SHE never sent me the original invoice. Unbelievable--now I am in an awful situation--I would not use her if you need to ensure it will be done--she had no empathy that she was ruining my sisters baby shower because of her lack of organization. She never once told me she had a deadline of when I needed to pay or I would be removed from her bake schedule. She complained that she was a one person shop with no staff--so beware because she will cherry pick what she wants to actually do!!!!

I contacted her for my wedding and she responded initially asking about about my budget, etc. I responded about my budget and told her what desserts I would like and wanted to know if she could make them and how many I could get for my budget. I never got a response back most likely because my budget was too low for her, so maybe she felt like it wasn't worth her time. I felt like it was rude and unprofessional for her to leave me hanging like that. She could have at least responded and informed me that she did not want my business.

I wasn't impressed by her work at all. I ordered some desserts for my sisters bridal shower. In my opinion she is expensive however, her work does not match. The mini donut tower was falling apart as soon as I removed the wrap she wrapped it in and looked nothing like the examples I gave her. She does not pay attention to details and her work is extremely sloppy.

Perfect cake in taste and design. Everything went smoothly between order, design requests, payment, and pick up. Erica was very friendly and professional, and I loved using her for our friends baby shower cake. Everyone loved the cake, and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

After having not so great luck with another vendor who had horrible communication, I found Wink by Erica and I'm glad I did. I was a bit hesitant to contact Erica because of some of the reviews on here but after going for it and using her services for my wedding last weekend, I'm now here to say that if you're considering using Erica for your dessert needs, DO IT!I contacted Erica a month before my wedding and she not only had great communication/response time but she was also pleasant during my back and forth of trying to figure out exactly what desserts I wanted. I didn't have a very clear vision and not once did Erica get frustrated or seem bothered by my lack of vision...instead, she provided me with pictures and explanations that helped me finalize my order. Once I was able to decide everything, the invoice/payment process was easy and Erica remained in contact with my day-of coordinator regarding delivery which I am told was also a seamless process.I appreciated that the website has a detailed menu of dessert offerings and pricing because I didn't see that offered by many other vendors.I also have to mention that the mini donuts are to die for! I don't think I left any for our wedding guests lol. The cake pops were also a hit!Would definitely use Erica again for a special event! :)

Full disclosure: The owner, Erica, is a friend of mine. I'd seen pictures of her cute baked goods on Facebook, ranging from cupcakes and cake balls to macarons and cookies. For my best guy friend's wedding, I decided to refer her catering business. They had already ordered a wedding cake, but needed an alternative for gluten-allergic guests. What better option than macarons? Most macarons are gluten-free, unless there's an ingredient added to achieve a specific flavor, such as Oreos in cookies 'n cream. We set up a complimentary taste test with Erica, who readily met us with samples to try. Despite changing the order on her a few times, she was patient, easygoing, and very prompt with her responses. I'm not the most forgiving person when it comes to response time, so I'm tremendously appreciative of this last point. In all honesty, I was a little nervous at first. I only knew that they LOOKED adorable, especially the ones with unique designs like Hello Kitty macarons or Minion cupcakes. I was fully prepared to step in and say no if they didn't TASTE good. What a relief. They were absolutely DELICIOUS, and I'm a tough critic on macarons. Everything about it is flawless. The shell is slightly crunchy but makes way for a soft, gooey center. The filling to shell ratio is just right, and tastes exactly as it's intended to be. They ended up ordering 3 dozen panda macarons in a green tea flavor, and 4 dozen turtle macarons in pistachio. Yes, you read that correctly. Pandas and turtles! Erica had never made turtle ones before, but using just a Google image, created the perfect one. Best of all, regular macarons are only $1.75 each, and custom designed ones are $2! She can and totally should charge more. On the day of the wedding, she showed up precisely on time, and set them up on the dessert table. We had anticipated that many of the guests would want to know who the talented baker was, so we asked her to leave her business cards. The macarons were a definite hit. Erica, please open up a storefront so I can buy these wonderful treats whenever I want!

I ordered a 2 tier cake for my son's birthday and it was delicious. A little pricey so expect to pay close to 300 but it definitely fed a lot. She was quick to message me back and pick up was very easy. The cake stayed intact and didn't melt even with Texas weather. Will definitely come back for more desserts next time.

The website may look pretty but correspondence and professionalism is lacking. Business phone listed is not strictly a business phone and Erica got angry that I texted. Must email and wait! She actually missed an email from me and that is why I texted. I had a decorative change request for my cake that i did not want her to miss again.Oddly, her pick up hours are also not customer friendly. She actually cancelled my order and I see from other reviews that she has treated other customers in this manner.Perhaps a blessing in disguise that I went elsewhere.I just ordered a beautiful cake from Le Petite Patisserie. The owners could not have been more helpful and lovely to deal with and they get 5 stars!

Very unprofessional.I contacted her regarding my son's first birthday and she got back to me with couple of questions. Afrer a week of waiting she did not answer my emails. A total waste of time, and she ruined my plans. I wish I read these reviews before wasting my time. Just avoid!

Erica made my son's 1st birthday cake and macarons. They were beautiful and delicious and definitely made the party over the top. My friends couldn't stop raving about how delicious the vanilla cloud shaped macarons were. We will definitely be ordering again for the 2nd birthday and any other excuses to have some macarons.
